I’ve seen Dr Allen for two injuries now and both times he and his staff have given me exceptional care and service. Twice, I’ve come to Dr. Allen for a second opinion after an injury. The first time, I saw Dr. Allen after another podiatrist recommended surgery to fix a broken bone. Dr. Allen recommended a more conservative approach. I fully recovered and avoided a painful, costly surgery.Recently, I came to Dr. Allen after an ankle injury. An urgent care doctor took X-rays and diagnosed it as a sprain, but Dr. Allen quickly saw I’d fractured a bone. I feel confident I’m getting the best care possible. Dr Allen truly cares about his patients’ overall well being and he and his office staff have gone above and beyond normal expectations to help me recover.

Scared of needles I avoided getting my constant ingrown nails taken care of. Dr. Allen uses an expensive liquid to numb you before they even use lido/novocaine for the procedure. I had to massive ingrown nails treated by cutting the sides and I did not feel any pain at all! Im going back to address other foot pain now that I know it wont hurt like I thought it would. Thanks Allen foot team!!!

This office is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and peasantry starts from the front office staff and resonates into the back office. Dr. Allen has an awesome bed side manner that makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable medical condition. Dr. Allen’s medical assistant is so warm, friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommended Dr. Allen’s office to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist.

My husband goes here and I really liked Dr. Allen so when my son needed to be seen this was wear i wanter to take my son. The staff is great and friendly. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner! He is really nice and cares about his patients.

Great experience with every one. So happy my PCP referred me to Dr. Allen. She calls Dr. Allen “The Foot God”. He really is! And did I mention his staff? All of them were friendly & helpful.

The staff is so amazingly sweet and professional. So nice such a warm and friendly environment. I have a 2 year old and they treat her so wonderfully and don’t have a stigma against her.

I went for my initial appointment September 11th. I was told by front office they would call me back with more insurance information, costs for surgery and scheduling. I told them I was trying to get it done ASAP. I called back two weeks later to get an update. I was told they had just received the paperwork from doctor and would call me back with all the information. I let them know again I was very interested in scheduling soon. I called back another 2 weeks later was told the same information. I explained to the lady I had been told that two weeks ago. She said I’m sorry I’m working on it. Finally 6 weeks later I got a voicemail letting me know my information had been completed to call the office back to review the information with them. I’ve called three times and have left three voicemail for someone to call me back with the information during business hours. I still have not heard back from anyone. I had a great experience with the doctor he gave me the information I needed but unfortunately the staff that handles fees, scheduling etc needs help or more training on how to communicate with patients. There is 0 communication from front office. Hopefully with this review I can get a call back to go over fees. I have never been to a doctors office and waited this long to hear back from front office or see how much my surgery was going to cost and what days they had available for surgery.

Excellent experience as always… The front office staff is genuine and catering as is doctor’s assistant. I have been seeing dr Allen for years and the entire office has always taken care of me. Thank you add Allen’s office.

Dr Allen is great... if you can get past the front desk!My family has used Dr Allen in the past for foot issues, so I naturally tried to schedule an appointment for an ingrown toe nail. You must go through a call tree to (maybe talk to a human) to schedule an appointment. With no one to answer the phone and when answered hung up on (this happened on 2 different days/calls) it is too frustrating to continue to track down an appointment.I called Dr Robison; he is a foot doctor near by. I didnt go through a call tree answering service; instead I spoke to a live human on the second ring and able to schedule an appointment for the following week. No stress.

So attentive while remaining professional, the doctor and staff made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. We are glad we found Allen Foot and Ankle

Dr Allen is amazing!! Had surgery on my left foot... pain free for the first time in years. It even helped with my diabetic neuropathy somehow! Cant wait to have surgery on my right foot! Honestly the staff was kind at my visit and dr. Allen really tried to understand my situation and how we could help me. However, I had my appointment with them 2 weeks ago after having a trauma accident with my foot and they still haven’t got back to me about scheduling an MRI. I called last week and they said the request got shuffled in some papers (probably lost it) and they would get back to me in the next 24-48 hours. It’s been 5 days. Taking my business else where I guess after paying for a consultation that really didn’t do much good.

Ive been a patient with this group for many years. There isnt enough room to list all of the things I love about Dr. Allen and his staff. You will never meet more kind people in a medical setting. Dr. Allen is extremely knowlegable, skilled and his bedside manner cant be beat. Ive refferred many people to Allen Foot and Anke. Several years back, I moved and I know make a 45 minute drive to keep going to them. I once tried another podiatrist closer to home and the difference between the two was incredible. These folks are worth it!
