Cant beat the price and customer service. I purchased glasses at this location two weeks ago. I had the best customer experience that I have ever had purchasing glasses. This is the third time I have purchased my glasses here.

Great service and better counsel than from my previous doctor. Dr Wu is competent, thorough and listens.

I have a disease that affect my eyes day and night and cause me pain, when it gets bad and I dont have the eye drops I need I start losing sleep for days at a time.I explained all of this to the rep on the phone twice and she still scheduled me.9 days later at that appt, I was ultimately told they wouldnt do anything to assist because each optometrist is different and will do different things. Thats fine and dandy but you make me wait and suffer for 9 days to find that out and now who knows how long to get into another place all the while I can barely get even a few hours of sleep a day, burn in hell.

Costco optical in Mesa AZ has the best customer service! Each one of the employees working in this department are extremely helpful. I’ve been using this Costco eye department for 10 years. Before Covid the frame choices were amazing. Hopefully they will get more inventory soon!

My specialist was great but I had asked for my pupilary distance twice and it was not given to me. I am a bit disappointed as I will have to find another time to come in during my work week.

I love Costco & am absolutely appalled with the service here . It’s 2019, Great Clips has technology far more suitable than Costco for meeting their customer needs . Maybe they could try sending a text when your # is called , maybe they could do an online check in , maybe they could let you make an appointment . You either show up when they open or sit there and wait forever . I tried to go shopping while I waited ... but they are clearly in the dark ages and I missed my # by 2 . If there was only some technology to communicate that it was my turn. Maybe like a phone .. I’m so irritable that I almost just went somewhere else ... but I’ve already wasted an hour here so ....

Price is great, selection and queue system are not. Much too long a wait and much too slim a selection for anyone to feel like they have received a top quality service or experience.

Dr. McClellan and the Oasis Eyecare staff at the Costco Sossaman and 60 location receives a 5 star rating because of their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dr. McClellan is persistent with trying to find and provide me the best contacts for my vision. She thoroughly discusses the issues regarding my astigmatism and the challenges that come with certain contacts/ brands, etc. She and her staff have been extremely kind and always communicated with me the wait time regarding appointments. Dr. McClellan is a friendly, compassionate Doctor who takes time with her patients to ensure the best product for your needs. The staff always informs you when your product arrives and even calls you to remind you of upcoming appointments. Other families who do not live near this Costco location, travel several miles just to have Dr. McClellan care for them and their children. Thank you Dr. McClellan, staff and Optical Department for EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE and taking such great care of my vision needs! I appreciate you all!! Laurie W

The staff is following Covid protocol and it is irritating, however, the staff smiles, stays positive and is very helpful at Sossaman store! Can’t beat the prices.

I tend to give 5 stars if the place is at least adequte, but Oasis eyecare located within Costco deserves 6 stars. Dr. Wu is a pleasure to be around, she has an enthusiasm for her work and life in general that is infectious. I never feel rushed and the many people that Ive recommend in the seven years Ive been going here echo my statement.

Costco no longer takes insurance and an eye exam is around $80.00. I really liked my Doctor, so disappointed.

The optometrist is closed for seven weeks. They are seeing people at another location but they will only take my insurance while they are not located inside Costco. Even though it is the same Dr.. So they have all my records and will not see me.

I wanted to buy and get information on changing my contacts because the manufacture has discontinued my current type. I waited for my turn and stayed positive. From the start as I came over after she called my number, the associate looked like she hates me and life. I gave her my prescription and asked what should I get instead? She said she didnt know and come back when I do. I then asked based on my prescription what can I get, I need contacts and I was told I can order some here. She answered with , yes... do you have any other questions or are you done... with a snooty face. I was shocked how uncalled for and wasteful this attitude was. I waited for my turn and have been respectful and even kind this whole time and she made it clear she didnt want to help me at all. I told her maam, YES, you can order me my contacts, if you are saying I can only get this kind of contacts on the prescription, can we order them?. She said fine and rolled her eyes as she typed my order. When she was done, I said nothing at this point because she didnt like me talking, she literary said you can come get them in a week, you will get a call.... ARE we done now? Are you done? I ignored her, said yes and told her to have a nice day, because I dont think she knows what maturity and respect looks like. She was loud about her rude and unprofessional behavior, so she wasnt worried to be over heard. It was my first and last time getting anything from Costco Opical, if you hate your life that much like that associat did, there is no reason to be working there. Dont needlessly add uncalled for misery and disrespect just because you dont like your job. Costcos other departments are amazing by the way never had something like this happen at Costco before. Just the optical area.

Pricing is great but it takes SO LONG to be seen to order or pick up. Frustrating but I cant beat the price so Ill wait.
