Sunland has been an amazing company caring for my mom for almost 2 years. First when she had recovered from a hip replacement and also during covid. The staff brought masks, gloves and cleaning supplies to help us feel at ease when the caregivers would come to our home during the height of Covid. Our caregivers are very respectful and patient with my mom and her feisty personality. They know her temperament and how to address her needs with care. She has grown fond of our caregivers and the staff that comes to check on us. I wasn’t sure how long I was going to need caregiver services for my mom and now it’s our new normal. Sunland has provided us with the dependability and peace of mind that I can ask for help whenever needed. Thank you to the entire Sunland staff for taking such good care of our seniors!

From the moment I spoke with Jessica at Sunland about care for my 94 year old mother in Gilbert who was diagnosed with Covid 19, wonderful things happened. Jessica immediately started arranging caregiver and nursing support and kept me up to date. Jessica and her Sunland Home Care team are AH-MAZING!!!!!My step-father was supported last minute while living at The Springs of Scottsdale. He was discharged from the hospital but needed 24/7 support for 5 days to get back into his routine.Jessica was so efficient and supportive via text, she was able to text me the paperwork to get everything signed up and within 2 hours had a care provider at the Sr. facility ready to stay overnight with my step-dad.WOW is all I can say, she and the Sunland team of care providers are exactly what I needed for a short care but full care need.And then when my step-dad fell and we were back in the ER, who did I text with for support, Jessica again and she helped figure out what to do since she did not have enough staff to support me that weekend. As he moved through the ER to inpatient care for 3 days and then got moved to a Skilled Rehab facility, I still contacted Jessica to understand what I might do with the rehab facility and then back to the Springs for him to have continued care.If you are in need of support and home health care for your parent. Traci, Jerry, Jessica and other Sunland staff in the last year have done multiple donation drives for multiple causes. The most recent drive was a humanitarian donation of items sent to soldiers serving overseas in Afghanistan. During the height of initial Covid-19 climate Traci and her staff organized a food drive that yielded two truck loads of food, as well as mass personal protective equipment to essential staff in assisted living communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. I cannot say enough good things about Sunland Home Care. My family had an emergency situation where we needed to have a caregiver start immediately to help our father when our mother was unexpectedly hospitalized, both of whom are in their 80s. Adam Young returned my call promptly, assessed the situation by phone, then did a home visit with my father the same day, then lined up a caregiver to come that evening. This attentiveness was so appreciated as we were trying to coordinate services from out-of-state. We were able to arrange care for our dad and kept the caregiver(s) scheduled to help out when our mother came home from the hospital. The caregivers were literally Angels on Earth - they kept us informed on how our parents were doing, helped clean and prepare meals, assisted with their bathing and dressing, ran errands to the pharmacy and grocery store, and took them to medical appointments. The services were reasonably priced and we will use Sunland Home Care again, if needed. Exemplary mix of professionalism and compassion.

Adam was so kind and understanding when we called and told him of the needs we had for our mother. He took interest in her and followed up a number of times to make sure everything was working out okay.
