The rehab my son was in chose Ilitchi Home Care as I do not reside in AZ. I work in the medical field, so I know what this should look like. What a disappointment Ilitchi was. The people were friendly, but the skills and administration is subpar. Calling the office was like calling a dark hole. Is there an administrator? No one answered, or returned calls. If I didnt have the cellphones of the team, it would have been disastrous. I would not recommend Ilitchi to anyone. There was no collaboration or oversight. I had been pitched a bad apple and there was no recourse. I would NOT recommend Ilitchi. I would look somewhere else, and avoid Ilitchi.
