Heartfelt Hearing is the best. I got my aids and they are the best I ever had. Ive had them over 6 months and Im still excited about them. This is the best I have ever heard. I went here and bought $4000 dollars for hearing aids and after I got them she would not service them she told me her son told her its against the law to see me because of covid 19 but she did not want to travel 1 hour to her office. I checked with other hearing aid places and they did by appointment only. I had to send them back to the manufacture and I am sitting here with no money or hearing aids. So much for a caring person. Shame on you Lesa. Do your self a favor and look some where better like anywhere.

Lisa is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in choosing the right hearing aid for the individual. I am a pilot and have to hear and follow directions from Air traffic control. She help me program my hearing aids specifically for this task. I am also a physician having to talk to patients when I can’t see their face laying on the table.
