The doctors there are great my neighbor and I both are patients here and the doctors are very thorough seem to be genuinely concerned with the health and well-being of their patients. The girls at the front desk are phenomenal great personalities beautiful smiles and always seem to be in a very cheerful mood. I have to say the same for the doctors assistant as well we have only met one but she is super sweet and these people genuinely do care. My doctor is Dr. Mendelson. He is new to the practice but he is awesome and has a great bedside manner I am a new patient here and have only been there a few times but I could come in in a bad mood and leave with a good one thats how great these people are. I would recommend this practice, this location at least, to anyone!!!

Im a nurse that suffers from severe Menieres Disease, so I know how the healthcare system works as well as my disease process. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location because I felt unheard. If a patient is very familiar with their disease process and what alleviates their signs and symptoms, dont toss pills at them to mask their symptoms. I thoroughly looked to make sure this provider could perform the particular procedure I needed and on all websites it stated that he did. It seems that he does more sinus surgical procedures vs. myringotomy. Im not as hopeful in the AZ healthcare system, even as a healthcare professional, but hopefully someone will listen. Everyone, including this provider was nice, but feeling helpless and hopeless is not how one should feel after leaving a doctors visit.

This is the WORST Dr to ever go to for your needs. They will NOT call you back with the results of tests they requested to have done. We call, they say call back, we call, they say call back, then they say come in...and no fricking results because he failed to request a comparison study from the previous test....Uh NO, this is not how any professional should operate. The staff is very rude and does NOT have any bedside manners as doctors should have...medical school 101, he fails! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE place to go!!!!! Our worst experience with any doctors office in our life. Cracker jack box is where this guy got his degree from and his staff should all be fired.

CAUTION!! DO YOUR RESEARCH......Please do not have any sinus surgery with these doctors. Go to a plastic surgeon. I went in for chronic sinusitis and the doctor suggested surgery on my septum to resolve the matter. I have had previous septum surgery but I was willing to try anything, I was desperate to get better. Fast forward to present time. I still have chronic sinusitis and now I have a perforated septum due to sloppy splint removal after surgery and now have poly beak deformity because of the 1 cm hole that was left from the skin being torn away with the splint, and I now need reconstructive surgery. I went in to see the doctor a few months after surgery (I had no idea I had a hole in my septum) complaining of pain and daily bloody nose. The doctor accused my of picking my nose. I didnt know the scab was from the hole that was infected. He made me feel dirty and I never went back and I have lived with this pain since 2011. Please learn from me. There has to be a better way. It is only recently that I understood the magnitude of my situation. I didnt even know what the word perforated even meant. I found no compassion at this office.

TWO PROBLEMS:#1. I set up an appointment to get a cyst removed. One of the people working the front/back desk looked up the prices of the procedures they can do and told me it would be $248 for the cyst removal. The appointment was on Wednesday (the 4th of September); and I made it to the appointment early so I can fill out the paperwork. It was RIGHT THEN AND THERE that one of the receptionists told me I owed $215 just to walk through a door and be seen by the doctor. I was NEVER informed of this EXTRA $215 I had to pay. I had only $300 to get rid of the cyst which has been causing me pain for the PAST FIVE YEARS! Therefore, IF anyone would have told me about the EXTRA $215...I would have NEVER set up the appointment. I wasted THREE HOURS that day getting ready and driving out to their Tempe office. All that just to drive back home with NOTHING but an added headache just because SOMEONE didnt tell me about the $215 EXTRA I would be forced to pay. Then, one of the receptionists claimed the $215 was a deposit. When I said, Oh! So, the $215 goes towards the cost of the procedure? She disagreed with what I just asked and said it was a deposit so the doctor would see me. Umm..........HOW IS THAT A DEPOSIT?!?! That sounds A LOT more like JUST PAYING for a service!-RECEPTIONIST: You need to pay the $215...just consider it a deposit.-ME: Oh! So, I get the money BACK in some way/shape/form?-RECEPTIONIST: No. We just keep it after the doctor looks at you for about a minute.-ME: ??????? Do you even KNOW what a deposit means? Because, you keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means.THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME HERE!!! I get told by ONE thing by ONE nurse/receptionist; then, ANOTHER nurse/receptionist tells me ANOTHER thing. If this office cant do the SMALLEST and SIMPLEST things correctly...how do they expect me to trust them with the BIGGER and MORE IMPORTANT things? Clerical errors are the BIGGEST causes of deaths in hospitals; which brings us to #2.#2. I realized, the receptionists werent the best (nor, would I consider them decent). And, my mothers appointment was coming up on the 10th of this same month. And, since I cant trust them to do the SIMPLEST things correctly, I didnt want my mothers procedure done here (since its fairly COMPLICATED). I just didnt want my mothers arm to end up where her ear should be because the receptionists and nurses cant get their communication straight WITH EACH OTHER.So, this past Thursady, I tried calling them...and calling them...and CALLING THEM...just to get the USELESS answering machine EVERY SINGLE TIME! GREAT! Now, I have to make ANOTHER trip out there to the Tempe office. When I get there, they tell me they dont answer the phones after 4:00p.m. for some reason. Thats frustrating; but, whatever. I tell them to cancel the appointment for my mother (I have authorization to do this; I make/break ALL of my mothers appointments). The receptionist said she would cancel the appointment. She turned to her computer and hit a bunch of keys on a keyboard and said, There. Its canceled. When she did that, my thoughts were, Thats odd...it SOUNDED like she didnt do anything. Now...I have NO IDEA how I know what DOING NOTHING sounds like from her pushing a bunch of random keys on a keyboard...but, THATS EXACTLY WHAT SHE DID...NOTHING!!! Because, the next morning (Friday), I get a phone call asking me to CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT on the 10th, which was SUPPOSED to be CANCELLED!!! Thats 100% PROOF that I am a super-hero! I have the power of knowing when people are doing NOTHING, when theyre pretending to do SOMETHING. Villians beware!I suspect them wanting the $250 Missed Appointment Fee is what that receptionist was after.I would give a ONE STAR review. However, Dr. Mendelson is a pretty good doctor. The only thing I would say he needs to change about himself is that he has very little patience; and it seems like hes always rushing to jump to the next patient ASAP! His receptionists/nurses are not the best, but hes okay.

Massive waste of time and money. No help outside of trying to run a laundry list of test to rack up the bills. Waiting for a call back from a doctor for something i could take over the counter to help with my sinuses. Its been 3 months dont think i am gonna get that call.

About 2 weeks ago I literally woke up deaf which is as frustrating and frightening as it sounds. I could have gone to the emergency room, waited hours to be seen and pay an exponential amount of money just to be referred to a specialist or find a specialist on my own that would get me in quick. I chose the latter and found ENT Specialist and very glad I did. The entire staff has been wonderful and worked quickly to diagnosis and treat my hearing loss. The receptionist named Stormie made sure my FMLA paperwork was filled out and faxed right away and called me to let me know it was done, that is customer service that a lot of medical offices seem to have forgotten about. Both the PA Suzanne and Dr. Fateh my audiologist are amazing, their knowledge and compassion is definitely comforting in a such a stressful situation.

(2017) Worst possible service:1) wait time after they call you in is unreasonable, I had to wait 20~25 mins just sitting in the chair once I was called in for the doctor to even come in. 2) The ENT checkup I made was recommended by a chiropractor due to the symptoms I was having, and the ENT doctor gave the slightest care to my symptoms and did not diagnose what my CHIROPRACTOR was speculating my issue was; my chiropractor even suggested me to get an MRI to confirm his speculation of what might be going wrong, and then suggested me to another ENT doctor who just might care more and do a more thorough job. This is the worst medical office I have ever visited, and Ive visited medical offices in third world countries. Only reason I gave a one star is because I cant go lower or negative, the doctor does not understand the pain and suffering one has to go through for weeks when SHE does not pay detailed attention to her customers.

UPDATE : Called and spoke with Angela who was Phenomenal , Great customer service. The most professional person I have encountered there. Angela is going to speak with her Manager Shannon and get back to me after this has been looked into.If I could I would not give any stars. My son had tubes put in , in October and it has been nothing but a cluster since. I received a letter in December saying I missed an appointment in November which I did not ( their staff failed to cancel the appt ) and I was being charged $50. When I took my son in for the next appt earlier this year I spoke with the front desk girl ( I do not remember her name ) she spoke with the office manager who said they would waive the fee since this was the first time I had missed an appt. Which is still BS because I did not miss the appt. Anyways I received another letter a month or so after that stating I missed the appt and need to pay $50. I called and spoke with someone who said there isnt a note on the file stating I owe money and to not worry about it. When I went in for my sons appt last week there was no mention of it. I check my mail yesterday and what did I receive? A letter saying I missed the appt in November and need to pay $50.I called and left a voicemail to be called back immediately and still have no received a call back. Also I have to pay $35 every time I bring him in , the PA I believe. Not even the doctor that preformed the sx sees him and is always late. When she finally comes in the room she is in there for a total of 5 minutes AT THE MAX and then leaves. I travel a far distant with 2 young children to come to this office. Myself or my children will not be returning to this office and I will make sure to let anyone I know , know not to go to this office.

I’ve usually not had bad experiences but this time was different. I got to my appointment 10 mins early just to be told the doctor is running almost an hour late. No one called to let us know or give the option to reschedule. It was about an hour and a half before I was even taken back into an exam room. We make appointments so we can work around them. I had to cancel all my plans afterwards just because I wasn’t going to even be seen by the doctor before they started. So annoyed.

This experience was one of the worst I have ever had in a medical office. The audiologist and the receptionist were fine. Everyone else was an example of how not to act in a medical office. My primary care physician, who is excellent, has been discussing referring me to an ENT for years. I’ve resisted, and we have tried everything else, including allergy treatments, to avoid seeing a specialist. I tried to tell Dr. Mendelson and his nurse this, as well as the details of those years. They completely ignored me. They could not have been more condescending, and their listening skills are laughable. They just wanted a quick summary so they could rush to a conclusion and get me out. I stopped trying to correct them very quickly, because it didn’t take me long to realize they didn’t really care; they just wanted me in and out of there as soon as possible. The doctor decided I had allergies and TMJ, although I have zero TMJ symptoms and have been allergy tested twice and given allergy shots only a few years ago. Somehow he decided “few” was “many”, and I would need allergy testing and treatment again. I guess they make a lot of money on allergy testing? I guess the fact I’ve been taking Flonase and Zyrtec daily for like two years, that I wrote down on my history and said in person twice, meant nothing to them? Regardless, I’ll be cancelling the allergy testing they scheduled for me, and requesting another referral from my PCP, hopefully to an ENT who pays attention to my medical history and doesn’t talk down to me. I’ll grant you that I’ve been sick and was looking ragged, but that’s no reason for medical professionals to disparage and condescend to me. I was desperate for help and hoping for good answers when I went today. I left in shock and completely depressed that I had wasted my time and money here. Save yourself some pain and find a different doctor.

This place was a total joke. The entire staff was unprofessional and wasted me time with everything. The billing department was the worst. I would not have given one star, but forced to. I will continue to post bad reviews about this company whenever I can. If someone from the company reviews this, please contact me, but just like your answering service, it probably wont happen.

I brought my daughter here and did not have a good experience. I was put in operatory and a few minutes later a blonde woman walked in, sat down and started typing on the computer. She did not introduce herself to me so I waited in silence. she heard me speaking in Spanish to my kids and she immediately grabs her walie talkie and mumbles something then a second woman walks into the room and starts speaking to me in Spanish asking me why I’m here so I tell them I speak English. they did not apologize just tried to laugh it off. The blonde one tries to examine my daughter but unfortunately she is not good with kids either so the exam doesn’t go well. They don’t say anything except to follow them into another small waiting room where I waited forever to get put into another exam room with another woman. By then my daughter wasn’t too happy so that test did not go well either because she wouldn’t stay still. Then I get put Into an office with the blonde lady again and her translator and they said that they have to do surgery and that I have to set up another appointment to see the doctor. So who did I see? The appointment to actually see the doctor was months away. My pediatrician followed up with me and told me that “specialists” said the test was incomplete because my daughter wouldn’t cooperate. So why did they tell me she needs treatment? I truly felt like I was being treated by how much my insurance pays instead of being treated like a person. That’s typical when you have ahcccs the only way they can make money off of you is if they do surgery or the most expensive treatments. (the unfortunate thing is I actually pay for this insurance.) So i took her to another doctor and we are starting a less evasive approach first because her case is not as extreme as these “specialists” made it seem. Please do your research and get second opinions don’t let just anybody tell you what you should or shouldn’t do with your child or yourself for that matter.
