This place was originally known as Emery and then name changes to Ear to Hear which I found out early in 2020 In Nov. 2020 I started calling for and appointment and my calls were never returned. Yesterday (12/3/1920) I drove up and found they were closed permanently. I called Blue Cross to find out what to do as they are who I go through, they didnt even know they were closed, they checked and said yes they are out of business. Leaving me hunting for a place to adjust my Widex hearing aids, as I have till April 2021 before my insurance will pay for new ones at another place.
Laura the new owner, who is also a hearing instrument specialist, performed a thorough hearing exam and explained each step as well as what she was looking for. She described each type of hearing aid and the pros and cons. She created a hearing aid model for the hearing aid that I was interested in. She carefully fitted the model to my ears and demonstrated how my hearing could be improved. My partner who was there during the entire hearing smiled when I could her without confusion. I felt that Laura was patience and genuinely concerned about helping restore my hearing. I highly recommned Ear to Hear for you hearing needs
