Never go to this woman. Avoid this clinic if you can. Ive been sick for months, and have gone to numerous doctors. Finally, after a night of incredible pain, I decided to call this clinic and make an appointment with the first available doctor. Everyone besides this witch was helpful and kind. The minute she came in, she refused to look at me and pressed herself against the wall as if I had some disease she could catch by being within three feet of me. The whole time, she belittled my condition and situation. Ive had trouble finding a doctor for my diabetes and she instantly shamed me for not sticking with a doctor who made me uncomfortable, and wouldnt even prescribe me insulin when I had none left. This woman asked questions in a condescending tone and, when I didnt give her the right answer (as if theres a correct answer to questions about how you feel), she would sigh heavily and roll her eyes. She should have NEVER been given a medical license or even hired. Being a doctor takes some form of compassion and understanding and its clear that this c*** doesnt have a shred of that in her body. Very disappointed. She deserves no stars and should be fired.

I saw this FNP because I could not get an appointment with my usual physician for a prescription refill. This individual made a note on my chart to cease the prescription of a medication I have been taking for 6 years because she didn’t feel comfortable prescribing it. This note on my chart prevents my usual physician from prescribing it now. Absolutely atrocious demeanor and belittling attitude. When I explained that I hadn’t taken my medication in a week because it’s nearly impossible to schedule appointments through Desert Grove anymore she rolled her eyes at me. If you get scheduled with Toni Tanzella, change it immediately.
