Dr. Ihms is a wonderful doctor and man. He actually cares about his patients. He takes time to listen to your concerns. He doesnt rush to get to his next patient. He is what all doctors should aspire to be for their patients. I am so grateful to have him for my doctor. I trust him completely with my health and my life. Hes truly one of a kind.

Nice office. Easy to find and good parking. Everyone was nice, service was great. Would give 5 stars but the lady that booked me sent me to the wrong floor initially.

Dr Ihms is easily the best doc I have ever encountered. So genuine and kind and sincerely interested in my life. Ill go to this Doctor for as long as I can. The only downside is that because he is so amazing, he can be hard to get an appt with since he fills up so quickly, but hes worth it.

A Very knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. He convinced my wife and I that we needed to proceed to the ER immediately for some necessary tests. And, boy, was he right. We were lucky to have had him.

He is always professional, caring and respectful. I have referred him to friends and family, all who absolutely appreciate and continue to use him as their primary physician. I have AHCCCS health insurance. In the past I felt like it limited my health benefits in many different ways. However, today I’m grateful because it allows me to place my healthcare trust with individual’s like Dr. BenIhms DO. As my primary care physician he can handle most of my health issues, so I don’t waste my time At additional facilities. I’ve even showed up 1pm instead of the scheduled 11am appointment, & his office staffworked me in. Yes I’m glad to say that Dr. Ben Ihms is my AHCCCS accepted PCP.

Dr. Ihms is a very kind and thoughtful person. He is very thorough and keeps great records as well as knowing you very good bedside manner. He keeps good track of your health monitoring your records across many specialists and will fight for you against insurance companies to get the medicine and services that are best for you.

Doctor Ihms is our familys favorite doctor. Ive been in AZ for a few decades, and have seen my fair share of doctors. Doctor Ihms CARES. In fact, hes such a fine doctor, that I pay OUT OF POCKET for him (hes not on my insurance, although he does take many other insurance plans)... and thats saying something, because I can see pretty much any doctor I want and my insurance would cover it.This is one of the last, great doctors who actually sits down with you to figure things out. Too often today, we see doctors that just give you pills and move on to the next patient. Not Doctor Ihms - hes attentive, caring, accurate, and he is always thinking outside the box.Im never switching doctors again -- Im staying with Doctor Ihms
