My experience with Terros has been extremely frustrating. I have been tossed around from psychiatrist to psychiatrist and it’s frustrating to have to start over each time. I’ve had an appointment scheduled and waited and waited for the provider to log in, then when I finally got ahold of someone after about 45 min, I was told he was out of the office that day. I am out of town for the summer and have been trying to get a prescription filled and Terros has been extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating, telling me their doctors can’t send prescriptions out of state even though I spoke to a pharmacist who said they should be able to. When I asked why they wouldn’t send out of state, I was told “It’s Terros policy.” I asked why that was the policy and was told “Because it is policy.” So I am basically out of meds for the summer. I DO NOT recommend Terros if you want good customer service and easy communication.

My husband and I received our two Covid vaccines at this Clinic. Both times the staff was unbelievably kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. As a nurse practitioner who is familiar with various medical facilities, I was very impressed with the care and attention we received. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for medical care.

I’ve been going here over two years and have realized that it is a joke and they want you to relapse so they can keep their numbers up by not graduating you! After calling and speaking to Families First case workers and asking to be placed in a group that I can benefit from and actually get something out of I was denied and have to stay in the same group I have been in for a year and half! What am I going to get out of a group that I could teach at this point? Ridiculous!

I have been going to group counseling at the Stapley location for just over a month. I have had counselors before this and Ryan is probably the best counselor I have ever had. He has a understanding of what we as individuals are going through and doesnt just fake it through the classes. Real discussions about real life things that are presently going through his groups lives. I feel lucky to get a real counselor that is understanding and keeps it real and isnt a fake person. Kudos to you Ryan other counselors could learn something from you.

I think Diana Kirby is the finest counselor that I have ever come across. We did have some substitutes and it showed me and the whole class that Diana should be overseeing all the counselors at Terros and I think they would be a lot farther ahead. Diana is truly brilliant with her tactics. I got more out of the 3 months with Diana than I did in my past 40 years. Thank you Diana you are an angel.

How does this organization maintains a licensing is beyond me. Unprofessional and unhinged experience. If you need mental health go somewhere else.

Ive been in Ryan Youngs class for about 4 months and hes a wonderful instructor. He really relates to his clients and understands their care needs are based on the individual. Im grateful to have had the experience to be in his groups.

Train yolanda to do her job or fire her. Constantly hanging up without answering questions or telling you an appointment date without putting it in the system. Make her do her job at the very least.

Absolutely horrendous! Every time I set an appointment, they call to tell me its been cancelled. Largest, quickest turnover of staff of any place Ive ever seen. Dont bother getting attached to anyone there (therapists included) chances are they wont be there for very long. The only people you can count on seeing repeatedly are the front staff. They are very nice and try their best to help and accommodate but its just as hard for them to help you resolve your issues because theyre dealing with the revolving door in the back too. I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend or otherwise. If you are looking for consistent help in recovery of any kind, I would suggest you look elsewhere! Not only can they not help you get better, they seem not to even care if you do or dont. Hard pass on Terros Stapley!

This facility is disgusting. The staff treat people horribly and do not keep their facility clean. I went in to use the restroom while waiting for a family member and the toilet had feces on the bottom as well as the top of the toilet seat. There are loose wires hanging under their sink and plastic tubing from the sink plumbing that is broken off and just laying in the floor. Also the floor itself is filthy and looks as though it has not been mopped in weeks.This is a health hazard and a major OSHA violation.To the managers/owners, learn to take pride in your company and try to keep it half way presentable. Teach your staff to treat people with respect.

The employees here are pretty great once you get involved but up until then good luck dealing with the process of getting in.

PREJUDICED AGAINST PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND PEOPLE WITH FULL TIME JOBSDon’t answer the phones, call back at the most inconvenient times (people have to work and have to go to school, we can’t just sit around all day waiting for a call back) FOR A MONTH and then they deem you as “unreached” and close out your case.

I’m only giving them a 1 because I can’t do zero. I went there and described how I was feeling, and telling them the symptoms I was suffering from. They set up an appointment for ASAP but apparently ASAP to them is a month later even when they every sign that ASAP should mean ASAP. I called to try to get something sooner only to be told that a day earlier is all they have or that I can just show up and hope a person doesn’t show up to their appointment but it’s quicker to just wait and go to appointment instead of waiting hours and hope someone doesn’t show. I told them since it’s obvious they don’t care and are pretty much taking a chance and playing with my life that I would like to cancel the appointment and play that game as well. Is it normal to schedule appointments a month or two out for people saying they want to die and have a history of suicide attempts?

They treat you more like an inmate than a patientThere are five other clinics that accept the same Insurance within 10 minutes. I chose another one I suggest you do as well!So nice to be helped by someone that ACTUALLY cares about you and wants to help you. Rather than just process you like you are an inconvenience

Wonderful place. I take i.o.p classes 4 times a week with jennifer spaude. Its awsome. Great class great teacher.

The staff are great, SOP instructor Ryan Young stopped a guy with a knife once.. hes basically a hero

Office runs smoothly. Normal wait time. Plenty of seating in waiting room thats not congested. Appts needed.

One small issue I was registered to recieve appointment reminders via text messages from the behavioral and medical clinic just in case i forget to write them down yet i never received them which caused me to forget a few appointments. Otherwise the counselors and group meetings are awesome and i have gained slills to help aid in my recovery

After those bad reviews I am affraid to make an appt in this place. Somebody can recommend another one please.The appt is not for me is for my mother in law and I wish she not be in that unrespecful treatment with the staff. I think people dont have to pass for this unfortunate treat, their life is not easy to be tread in that way for insensitive employees.

Ira called me a control freak during my counciling. She discontinued my service without giving me an explanation or providing referrals. This experience caused me secondary trama. Be careful and be prepared to be your own advocate.

They didnt send my referral to my dermatologist and they dont answer the phone!!!

Its coo I guess I just come for relapse class it fun and I also learned a lot thanks to iyans class idk if I spelt his name right but hes a good therapists

MUST READ!!This place is detremental to anyone seeking mental health help. I dont know about their group therapy but I have been coming here for over a year and they would sooner have me die then help me to function and get better. Doctors cycle/quit so often that they have to outsource to people from other states that you have to deal with over skype/computer communication. These doctors dont stick around for very long either. I was told to stop taking medication that put me through such terrible withdrawals that I thought I was going to die only to have the replacement medication be denied at the pharmacy because it would react badly to the other steady medication they had prescribed me. You will NEVER be able to get in contact with your doctor and getting a nurse to call you back is IMPOSSIBLE. Have had the doctors call out on days Ive had scheduled appointments in which Id have to schedule another appointment WEEKS later. They have NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! You are simply meant to suffer. I hope people that work there are just volunteers because they show NO compassion or effort to help. Just because I cant afford health care does not mean I want to be treated like this and neither would I think anyone else would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!

I have never encountered a more incompetent medical facility. First off I had an appointment back in November to refill a prescription... in order to get said prescription I had to get an EKG (which I did). The medical assistant took said EKG and scanned it (I watched her do this). Then they got this new med provider so I had to go in again at the end of December because the other one couldnt do a 3 month refill since she was leaving. They lost my EKG (it wasnt in their system... not my problem that the medical assistant wasnt trained properly to scan stuff) and she was extremely rude and was reluctant to give me my prescription... Which she did but apparently didnt sign any of them... So they are useless. And I find this out on the day I ran out of medication and now this is this med providers last day and the Stapley clinic did nothing to help my situation which wouldnt have happened if they had a competent person writing scripts. They wanted me to drive an hour away to see if she could sign the scripts she gave me in December. So instead of fixing their mistake they are inconveniencing me for a week until a new provider can see me. If they went out of their way to help it wouldnt be as frustrating. Its one thing after another with this place.
