This place has the worst ethics Ive ever seen. Some guy in st clothes is walking about while getting blood work. Guy was her boyfriend. Took 2 hours to get what was needed instead of a usual 20 min visit at another poorly run office. Then wanted another visit to go over my tests and why would that be needed. Or a HIV study test? Having knee surgery. Definitely over billing. I would go to the local vet first

I truly appreciate all of the kindhearted employees at Gilbert Primary Care. Physician Assistant Anne Sopeland is a huge help w/my medical needs ...Front office staff is always friendly and gets everyone taken care of as quick as possible. Phlebotomist was also wonderful to deal with and found my vein quickly and drew my blood painlessly . So big thank you to all of you! Stay safe and healthy yourselves. I contact Gilbert Primary Care (which is my doctors office) for covid Testing. I called the office and I was told the nurse practitioner I could come down for testing at anytime. Well, that as not true when I arrived for testing I was told I had to make an appointment for testing. I had the leave and come back an hour later for testing.I was informed my results would be back in 3 to 4 days. I called the office everyday inquiring about my results, because I was not allowed to go back to work until my results came in. I received a call 13 days after I was tested to be informed I was negative and I asked why it took so long and it was unacceptable. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told he might call be back. I never received a call back from the office all I wanted to know is why the results took almost two weeks. I received a bill for $2591.00 for Covid testing from a lab in Atlanta, Georgia for my Covid test. They NEVER informed me my results were being to an OUT OF NETWORK lab in another state. The customer services is horrible.

This is where my doctor works! I think everyone here is really nice and polite and respectful of all of the people who need to visit! I really like going here! This is the best place to go! I would give them a hundred stars if I could! 🐾🐾

Difficult to talk to someone on the phone. They always put you on hold. Ive been trying to talk to anyone all morning. The phone system keeps reverting back to the main menu. Either they need more people or a better phone system....or both. Once you get in staff is OK.

Extremely poorly run office. My doctor left over a month ago and they have not notified patients. Her medical assistant left a week ago but yet their automated service still says the dr. is still there and you can leave voice messages for her medical assistant. No one is monitoring the messages that are being left. Took over a week to get my medical records faxed and I was told that if I requested that they be faxed, they would charge me. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone, even to make an appointment. When the office isn’t run professionally, it reflects very poorly on the entire practice. I can understand why my doctor left.

Today was my first appointment at GPC, and it was excellent! The staff was professional, warm and happy to help. The doctors were happy, professional, knowledgeable and very caring. I will definitely return in the future!

Absolutely the worst for communication! My Dr is awesome, but the Billing department and staff are completely worthless and rude!Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I reccomend you do the same until they can figure out how to communicate with their clients!

Dr. Pimentel, her medical staff are truely patient centered. They are engaged and listen to the patient. They are available for the periodic urgent need. The admin staff follow up with you and are courteous. Top shelf

Easy to get appointments, most always a pleasant experience. They have shorter than normal wait times. Several doctors to choose from.

Ive been seeing my Dr. Here since I was 15, so over 20 years. Even though I now live an hour away, I still make the drive because I love my Dr. So much. Shes been treating my whole family for all these years.

My hand surgeon recommended Gilbert Primary Care for Pre-Op exams so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment unaware of the various negative reviews on here. Im sad to hear people have had bad experiences but personally, I have nothing but good things to say about GPC. The front staff were polite and helpful, Dr. Molly Finley was likewise kind and knowledgeable and I was in and out in a timely manner. The office was tidy and clean as well. Zero complaints from me, would happily visit again in the future.

Had an appointment with a P.A., who was very nice, but referral to specialist never was transmitted correctly! Ive called THREE times to get this process moving forward with NO call backs!!

Not a good place. Double booked my appointment. They need to get advanced to send emails or text messages. They said they left me a message. My mail box is always full. It doesnt allow people to leave voicemails. A lot of people dont check VM anymore. Smells like an older generation that hasnt showered in a month. Ill be going elsewhere.

The physicians and staff at Gilbert Primary Care are very knowledgeable and caring. I have been a patient at GPC for over 10 years and would highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Jordan as well as her P.A. Anne Sopeland.

Some of the staff are very nice but this place overall does not have it together. It is extremely difficult to get a call back from anyone, which was really frustrating when my prescription got messed up and I was experiencing problems. My husband called for me at some point and had to be very pushy to get someone on the phone and the nurse/ma was rude to him. I still havent gotten a call back from the very last time I called and I have since switched to a different doctors office.

Going here for 8 years my doctor has gone thru at least 10 medical assistants never ever recieve callbacks one time got call back 10 calendar days later!!! Mistake with how my script was written habe been waiting 8 days for them to correct it! 90% of the get very very rude treatment on phone hsve talked to doctor about 12 times over the years nothing changes am on the process of looking for new primary physician so Im stuck dealing with incompetence an rudeness and terrible care!!#

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. The Dr. is good but the office is terrible. Waits over an hour are not acceptable. Call backs from the office never happen. The office needs new people with new procedures.

Ive never had an issue with any of the staff or doctors here. The staff is friendly and the doctors are great

Cant get through to make an appointment. Can only imagine how bad health care would be, if you could get in.

Very frustrating experience. I was told I could receive treatment here but it took 4 months to get it started. I was told in the begining that I would be able to do my treatment from home but the doctor I was seeing took a leave of absence and was pushed to a new doctor who told me there is no way I can do my treatment at home. Avoid the migraine and avoid this place.

Always had a great experience with staff here.

It takes about 7-10 days to get prescriptions, or even to have a call returned!
