I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from this Walmart center five months ago in Mesa. I am now having problems with both pairs of glasses which I spent $750 on. I Moved Winslow Arizona took my glasses in to have them repaired because I also have a warranty. Winslow Walmart said I did not purchase these glasses from Walmart that I purchased them from another vendor that has nothing to do with Walmart even though the store is in Walmart. I went to Walmart because I knew I was moving and Walmart is all over the country now they’re telling me, That I need to ship my glasses to the Masa Walmart to get repairs at my cost. Do not buy from Vision center! Customer service is The worse! if I could give zero stars I would.

When I showed up to let them know I need an eye exam. They denied my service because I’m Deaf! Who does that?! Looking forward to hear from my lawyer. I appreciate your hospitality.

Stopped in today without an appointment for an eyeglass repair. Margaret the manager was able to complete the repair complimentary I’m totally happy with my repair and the customer service.

Rude staff. The only real help was from keith. The rest are unhappy trolls. No one there smiles as a trait of classic customer service. Gray area when buying glasses and when the prescription expires while your new glasses are under warranty, they want you to have spend more money for that extra prescription cost so they can then honor the warranty. Total example of fascism in our country forcing people to pay more for some healthcare service. I will getting some insurance and going someplace else.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have been put on hold multiple times within the last hour and a half, when all I wanted was a copy of both my contact lense prescription and eyeglass prescription. I have spent the better half of my afternoon catering to 3 of the employees lack of efficiency non-diligence, and complete disregard for phone in customers time.I would advise new and/or returning customers to show up in person as they seem to be more focused on face to face interactions.

The employees are always so nice and the doctor actually explains everything to you which is a huge bonus. Its hard to believe they are actually located inside a Walmart. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Was seen right away, staff was helpful, and the doctor really took the time to make sure my prescription was right.

Come in as a walk-in, was seen right away. Staff was very friendly & courteous. I was pleasantly surprised be the exceptional service.

Be prepared to wait. I was told the eye exam would take between 25-35 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time. It took almost two hours to get out. Follow up, I was told, takes 5 minutes. Took over an hour and a half before I left.

Its a nice place, customer service is good, everyone is nice but it takes waaay to long for the doctor to finally call you back.. With Appointment! Could be waiting for about an hour after your scheduled time so be prepared. Been comin here for couple years now

$900 glasses and no warranty. Now my glasses are smokey.. never coming back here.

Poor staff help. Got my glasses and they had to remake the lenses. Been waiting the 2nd time now over 10 days. Never again!
