The receptionists and doctors are always wonderful! We arrived early for this appointment to make sure that all of the paperwork was in order but then the doctor was about 45 minutes delayed for the appointment. It appeared that the appointment time was triple booked or perhaps many of the other appointments were way beyond their scheduled times. A 10-15 minute appointment should not require 90 minutes in the office.

This was my first time at Family First Vision Care as I had just moved back to Arizona. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from ALL staff. Its seriously hard to find these days so thank you! Jason was so personable & friendly! I also really appreciated that Dr. Vega took the time to educate me on everything. Because of your staff, you have me as a loyal customer.

We had a great experience with all of the staff and everyone made my anxious and shy 5yo feel welcome and comfortable in what can normally be a scary situation for him.We will all be coming back for our exams here in the future.
