I’ve been to the Emergency Room at this hospital a few times and have always been treated promptly and all staff treated me with respect and had great bedside manner.Recently, I was admitted to labor and delivery to deliver my baby via c-section and I couldn’t of had a better experience. The staff was AMAZING and all truly went out of their way to make me and my guests comfortable. Our nurses were especially amazing and very caring. Every single member of their medical team took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me and when I began to have side effects to anesthesia, the anesthesiologists’ assistant also went out of his way to care for me and make sure I was comfortable, offering even to play music of my choice during delivery to distract me. After staying 3 days, I was truly grateful to the entire staff for caring for me and my daughter the way they did. It was also very nice of the hospital to bring my husband and I a complimentary steak and shrimp dinner to celebrate the arrival of our daughter. It was so very tasty!! I would recommend this hospital to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

There are few good nurses and doctors at this ER but the majority seem like theyve got some better to do or are just killing time and waiting for their shift to end. Many of the people are unfriendly and seem bothered by having to take care of people. You can tell when people dont like their job and this is a place with lots of those people. Youre better of driving to another facility, SKIP this place. Dr. Cummings is amazing but watch out for a large blond Nurse Practitioner who dresses in purple scrubs, if you have her, ask immediately to be seen by another provider! She only care about the numbers in the computer and NOT about you as a person. Very impersonal and unprofessional!

I came by ambulance when I broke my ankle and they treated me so well in the ER splinting my injured ankle. I am so thankful I came here. I did get admitted and have spent the last couple of days on the 2nd floor. The nurses and other medical staff are very friendly. They assigned me a great podiatrist to perform my surgery today and Im very pleased and thankful for everyone who has treated me and cared for me. Five stars all the way!

Horrible. There are 6 items that they promise to do listed on the patients whiteboards in every room.... communication, including pt in shift report, wash their hands, pt safety, and 2 others. These people DIDNT GET ANY of them. 0 for 6. We wouldnt see the nurse till 2-3 hours after shift start....if we were lucky. The dr would change meds or discontinue them and it wasnt until the NEXT DAY we would find out why AND even then we had to fight to find out why. The nurse diane was rude when we did see her, and dont dare ask her for anything. Staff couldnt even bother to say hello. It was like it was too much effort. Aides would come into the room, do their vitals and leave without so much as a flipping word. NOT ONCE did ANYONE wash their hands. NOT ONCE! Only time my son got any water to drink was when I went to the nurses station and asked. Even then it was a bother to them. We WILL NEVER go back to this utter joke of a hospital. How they manage to stay open and operate is completely beyond me.

Currently still in ED... been here since 5:30AM. Came in triage male nurse rude never made eye contact or nothing. Got into the back fairly quickly within 20 min. Had an IV started fluids running and blood drawn within 30 min. That’s an impressive time. Well it is now after 10:30 AM and they have not received one lab back. They are only doing a BMP and CBC... seriously it doesn’t take this long. Staff is good to answer a call light via phone but as far as follow through with the question or concern it is definitely lacking there. We will not be coming back to the ED. It’s so sad to see a local hospital not have good patient care... I do hope they can find employees who like their job and care about patients and patients family. This is not the case now...

I had a major surgery today and am already home thanks to the great care I received. I opted not to stay overnight as I was feeling pretty good. Everyone I dealt with from registration ,Pre-OP, OR, recovery and on the floor they admitted me to were great. My nurse was outstanding, I think her name was Danielle. Attentive when I needed her and left me be when I wanted to rest, did not make you feel dumb some some places do if you don’t understand the terms or instructions and praised me when I was doing good. Will go back for sure if I need anything else done.

Nurses and doctors were great, wait time was moderate but that is to be expected with the volume of patients. Overall caring and helpful experience

This place... there are no words. Especially if you are not an arizona resisdent, go to Chandler!!! I was a victim of an absolutely horrifying experience and I am shaking as Im saying this, I am lucky. To. Be. Alive. I need the number d the supervisor and will be getting 0awye as i was afraid i was being held hostage. I was shot up with an anti psychotic drug while going thru benzo/alcohol withdrawal. I literally thought this is worse than jail. Every flashback was horrific I was convinced I was a lab rat. This place, stay far away!!!

I came with an abscess the size of a golf ball on my lower stomach. Seen a nurse for a brief minute right away the nothing for almost 3 hours. Never did see a doctor! She tells me the worst thing to do for and abscess is squeeze it, then comes in right before I leave and tells me to squeeze twice so she can get a culture!!
