Out of all the Walgreens I’ve visited, this one was by far the worst! The inside smelt horrible and the cashier was in an in depth conversation with one of her coworkers while cashing me out. I had a small baby in the car and was trying to have a quick transaction but was still being polite. The whole time she talked with her coworker and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. When I asked her if my phone number was accepted because the machine wasn’t doing anything she said “I don’t know your name so no, it’s not accepted”. Just bad experience all around. Won’t be returning to this location again.

Came to Walgreens to purchase Advil. Also managed to get a can of disenfectant spay. It was over $9. Had to delete whole order. Adi cashier was very patient and pleasant and took care of it. Good job Adi.

Scheduled an appointment for Covid testing for my 4 year old, who’s not feeling well, earlier today, drove there, the roads there under major construction, only to find out the pharmacy was closed but we were never notified or anything and when I called and talked to someone, they just told me to reschedule.

I went to pick up my medication. The lady was very rude and don’t know how to put my insurance information in. Because of this I was unable to get my medication witch caused more problems.

Been using this pharmacy for years and every time my prescription gets sent to them there are delays... every single time! Customer service is rude, and not helpful. There are only a couple of people that work in this place that seem to know what they are doing.

I am still waiting for an associate to open this hand tool cage to let me get a $20 dollar tool. I’ll be here tomorrow too. Just me......waiting on an associate.......zzzzz. I walked from tools to fabricate, to electronics, to auto, to sporting goods, to makeup, couldn’t find an employee. I waved at cameras. Pushed the red help button. Still waiting.......horrible attention to customers and zero urgency.

This location employs some pretty rude people. If that matters to you hit up one of the other locations or just go to somewhere else with a pharmacy like Target.

For me personally? The best walgreens it all depends on ur own experience, Ive been with this Walgreens for 10 yrs!! never failed to fill my Rx, Cosmetic Dept? Very nice , Mgr? nice.I love this store!!!😀😀😀😀👍

The young cashier at this location clearly has no idea how to do her job, a 90 year old woman helped me out a couple days ago, and this lady is trying to tell me that I wasnt able to reload my card! REALLY??? Ill be calling the corporate office on that one! If she would have simply told me that she does not know what the process is involved on reloading a debit card, then I would have helped her along with the process, no problem at all, but to straight deny me because she was ignorant on how to reload yhe debit card is clearly unprofessional, and unacceptable on many levels, just because you dont know how to do something, doesnt mean you deny a customer!!! Looks like Im not the only upset customer at this location!!!

I will never come back to the store again bad service and they take for ever with my prescriptions, and I just found out there is a pharmacy store right next to el SUPER, is a great store good Service they gave me the medicine with in five minutes and I found everything that I needed, the pharmacist is very polite in the front clerk ladie she is very nice very good customer service I totally recommend this pharmacy it’s called Valley Discount Pharmacy and I saw that it was a five star totally recommend it!! I went in to pick up my daughters prescriptions and was told I had to buy it over the counter. So I went in and asked what I should be purchasing. They then tried to give me adult caugh medicin for my 5 year old and when I asked to see the fax the doctor sent they said no.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the employee CHERON! I was looking for an item that was discontinued but the website stated they may have 2 left. She went above and beyond! Not only taking the time to look because I stated I live far, but she actually called me back and put the item on hold for me when she found them!!! Amazing customer service!

Failed to inform us that the insurance would not cover the prescription because the doctor wrote it wrong. Waited 4 hours, called them back, and now here I am waiting in the drive through because they told me it was ready.

I went to this store when they opened up for the day, to pick up some movies from the Redbox (I know, I know, im addicted). Decided to look around a bit. Didnt know until I decided to amble up to the register, I was being followed and watched by the cashier, who ignored her line of customers waiting to cash out. And they wonder why theyre closing 100s of stores. I will not be back.

The cashier needs to understand she is very slow and should call an I see 3 once a second person is in line. Two separate occasions Ive come into this walgreens with the same lady who is excruciatingly slow. The first time she didnt understand the customer was asking about their rewards card... on a side note the shelves arent stocked well and the coolers up front are usually not kept up. This store needs some help. Definitely will avoid coming here.

Two negative incidents with the same pharmacy tech in trying to get a medically urgent refill. Last weeks is noted below. This week, my doctor told me a script had been sent in, yet the tech said that no calls or faxes had been received, even after I asked whether that meant everyone. Nothing, and I nearly walked out very ill. But first, I requested to speak with the lead pharmacist, who it turns out had my prescription attached to the monitor and was able to get all the kinks sorted out. Im adding a star back to this review because she was very courteous and helpful, and its nice when pharmacy folks regard you as a patient rather than a bum wandering in off the street. Long story short, the refill went through, but not before I had been turned away twice by their technician. Theres a point after which its no longer just lack of knowledge, but lack of diligence and respect. At least now I know the pharmacist is the one to talk to for anything important.----When it comes to medication, I expect pharmacy-centric businesses to take their customers potentially life-dependent needs seriously, let alone show them a basic level of respect, but in this case I was given neither.For the past half year, Ive been on medication for panic attacks and respiratory issues. Until recently, Ive never had a pharmacy worker flat-out look me in the eye and reject a refill because I showed up a few days early. In fact, I wasnt even aware it was anyones business beyond my doctor and I when those refills are made, or that the expectation is for you to run out of important medication before being able to refill. The girl with her nose-ring just stood there, stared at the bottle, stared at me, then handed it back and said its a controlled substance.I took this personally since she didnt bother arranging a refill date, ask the quantity I had remaining, or seem to comprehend the implications of someone suddenly going off a medication like this without tapering down. Their lack of timing flexibility is concerning, and I also intended to avoid what happened last time, where Id waited until I was out, gone to a 24-hour Walgreens, and was rejected because it wasnt the same location (even though I was in their system). Her suggestion was to just wait until the monthly anniversary and hope to get it filled cross-state (!?). Had I known this was a tech and not an actual pharmacist, I would have asked the pharmacist, but got zero information.This being the second incident of its nature, I no longer consider Walgreens a reliable chain. A pharmacy should know better that having to taper unexpectedly on life-critical drugs and pestering doctors on short notice are not reasonably repeatable outcomes, but disrespect alone already suggests there are better alternatives.

Currently standing at the photo counter for the last 5 mins. The front cashier lady walks by looks right at me says nothing. I had to ask for help, even after she has called for assistance...nothing. This store smells like nasty cat boxes that hasn’t been cleaned in months! It’s dirty, I wish I would have sent my prints else where

Dumbest/laziest pharmacy technicians Ive ever seen in a pharmacy. They lie to your face about wait times then you can clearly see them texting on their phones while there is a waiting room full of patients. Ive done pharmacy for 9 years and I would never have let anything close to that fly.

If there was a 0 stars option I would have done that ! Unbelievable poor customer service the Asian guy and older white lady that were there this evening were the worst! First they tell me the medicine was$ 200.00 thru my insurance .... thankfully I know about good RX and found a $30.00 coupon on my own!! The guy argued with me and said there isnt a generic then finally walks to the back comes back and says oh yea there is a generic but i have to order it we dont have it in stock! So frustrating what if I didnt know about good RX or the generic he just would charge some innocent person trying to get their meds 200.00 without a care in the world and not offer any other helpful suggestions . Why be in this field if you dont care about the people you serve ????? Why be so lazy??? Thank God I am now at Costco where they are friendly helpful and clean!!

Beware of the one way in, one way out entrance to deter thieves, feels like a jail. Took 16 minutes in line because trail mix was priced wrong and misleading. Personal care feminine items placed up front, no privacy. 2 stars for being greeted. Tweekers in parking lot.

Manager Chris is HORRIBLE!!! I went in to do a return/exchange and the poor elderly lady at the register wanted to help me but she had to get a manager. She paged Chris 3 times and he ignored her request to come to the register. After waiting 5 minutes I then strolled around and found him in the Photo department. He must be undercover because when I asked if he was the manager you would have thought I was FBI or something and he had something to hide. He was rude, argumentative and downright disrespectful to his own employee. How in the world does this guy keep his job. Come on Walgreens...youve lost me...on way to CVS!

I have no idea how the other reviewers are having such a bad experience. I have been going to this locatiom for years, i am always greeted with a smile whether O encou ter an employee at the door or inside the store.The store is always clean and organized and most of the times fully stocked (well with wjat Im there for at least).The Pharmacy staff has always been friendly and prompt with me. They are very quick to greet me and very throughout when explaning the instructions and interactions with me.I guess the point of my review is that it seems only the few very rare bad experiences have reviewed this store.
