I scheduled an appointment to get my covid vaccine, I show up and the pharmacy is closed down and no one there “short on staff-positive covid cases with staff” I wish they would have notified me so I could have rescheduled somewhere else and not wasted my time

Id give zero stars for the pharmacy if I could. The people are all extremely RUDE! They never notify you when prescriptions are ready, when you do go to pick it up its at least a 30 min wait (usually closer to an hour), and calling is a joke! Currently am trying to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy and have been on the phone an hour now and no one has even picked up the phone. Take your business elsewhere.

I love this store! The employees are very nice and helpful. They also have everything that I am looking for in stock. To be entirely honest I go out of my way passing three other CVS stores because I enjoy the shopping experience at this store so much.

Wouldve been a 5 star before today. Whatever girl was working in the pharmacy needs to have an attitude adjustment. I had surgery yesterday and after giving me the wrong prescription she claimed that she didnt get the other script until today, even though it says it was filled yesterday. Then she left me on hold for 30 minutes after she got done saying my prescriptions werent ready, even though Id already been told they were. So Ive had to wait over 24 hours for my pain medication after surgery and sit in a parking lot for over an hour because of her attitude. Or maybe its just her incompetence.

These people at this pharmacy are very Rude, they are not in any hurry to help you either at the counter or driveup. I dont recommend this pharmacy!

Ever since Walgreen’s stop taking my insurance I went to CVS and haven’t had a good experience ever since I went to them I am finding myself having to do their job back-and-forth with the doctors in them time to find a new pharmacy ☹️

Insanely overpriced grocery. 6 and a half bucks for.a pack of American cheese. 8 bucks for white castle burgers. 5 bucks for milk. Oh and every time I go in there at night the clerk goes out of his way to remind me every time that he is an ex cop and Im being watched. Yeah awesome experience!

I do not support vaccine mandatory for their employees. They should have the option to sign a waiver.

Complete ignorance! You sit on the phone for a matter of no less than an our each time you can but can be waiting up to two and a half hours for no one to answer. They just pick up the phone and hang it up. I have been in the store and have witnessed this behavior.

Bought a bottle of wine, manager asked me to take off my mask during a pandemic to identify me! Did not ask anyone else in the store that purchased alcohol.

The pharmacy here is a joke. They never notify you when your medicine is ready no matter how many times you sign up for the text and call notifications. I have now been on hold with the pharmacy for 30 min. Last week I was on hold for 30 min and I drove down there to see what was going on and there wasnt any customers there and the workers were all just standing around. I watched them for 5 min to see if they were doing anything but no one was working. When I told them I have been on hold for 30 min they just said sorry we have been busy. Dont waist your time going here there are other places that can do what they do but have way better service.

Had a prescription called in that needed to be started asap according to DR. Pharmacy told us they would call when it was ready for pick up, and they would be open normal hrs. They never called, so I Showed up at 4:05 pm, and they closed at 4 as per holiday hrs. They are now closed for today and Tomorrow. I wont be returning to this cvs again

CVS is starting to successfully pull the Curbside program together. I ordered on my phone before work, and texted here when I arrived in the parking lot. Associate delivered order to my car in less than 90 seconds. Very nice CVS!

Great drug store with lots of sales on a variety of things you may need. Pharmacy is convenient, friendly and helpful. Prescriptions can be transferred from anywhere across the USA.

1.29 for a small can of tomato sauce. Pretty much all of their grocery is overpriced.

I never write these reviews, but I just experienced the absolute worst costumer service I have ever encountered, and had to write about it. I went to the CVS with a feminine health product that I purchased at another CVS location, which I needed to return because it was three years expired. Thats right, I was sold a feminine care product that was three years expired at a CVS. Whats worse? Instead of Im so sorry that happened to you, let me take care of that, (or at least something which showed some helpfulness) I was very rudely told that I have to go back to the location where I purchased the item, and they dont take returns from other store locations. This other location would have required me to do a total of 60 minutes driving there and back. Of course, it gets even worse...I asked to speak to the manager, whom she told me was at lunch. She didnt mention that there was an assistant manager there, which I found out later. Lacking any other options, or any semblance of helpfulness from the terrible cashier, I asked for the number for the CVS hotline, which she clearly did not want to give me. After asking three times, she finally gave me a number. After calling the number and speaking to a sales representative, he finally worked it out so that I could get a return with the assistant manager.That was a huge ordeal to go through for a return of a dangerous, expired feminine product. The sales representative had to use the emergency number to call the store manager, who had to work it out with the assistant manager, who was unaware that I was even in the store the entire time. This clerk (didnt catch her name, but an older woman with shoulder length hair) should be fired. Her only solution to my problem was giving me no one else to talk to and essentially telling me to get lost. Horrible, horrible service. Will not return to this location, and I recommend going to the Walgreens nearby.

Dropped off a prescription in the evening and asked for it to be ready for pick up in the morning. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready and the tech said that no one had even worked on it. When I asked why it wasnt ready since it had been dropped off previously the pharmacist walked up and interrupted the conversation. She was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Also she slammed the drive up window when I was in the middle of talking to her. I will NEVER go there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to as well as post on social media.
