Dr. Redtfeldt has taken such good care of me. I had a horrible sinus infection that an MRI showed had been there for years. It was really bad. She kept at it, and today my sinus cavity is totally healed. She is a sharp doctor with surgery skills and a kind heart that is difficult to find these days. I will be forever grateful for her care.

The care from Dr. Redfeldt towards my son has been nothing less than exceptional. Her level of care has touched the hearts of our family as she treats my son as one of her own. She is professional, caring and genuine. We love her, Dr. Gonzales and this staff!

Dr. Raquel Redtfeldt. Is awesome. Super friendly very very thorough. I wish she could be the primary doctor for our family. The office was a little bit hard to find But well worth looking for. Her staff was very courteous, they all explain things very well. If I could give her more stars I would. Out of all the doctors I’ve been to she is definitely the nicest one.

Dr. Redtfeldt performed surgery on my son. The care and diligence she showed during the diagnosis... the surgery planning & scans... as well as the surgery itself was amazing. She and her staff are true professionals and I would happily recommend her to anyone.

I have been in misery for 2 years plus. Allergist have tried to solve my problem. Dr. Redtfelt went beyond conventional care. A CT scan and report were incorrect and she saw the error and promptly went to work ASAP. She even went out of her way voluntarily after hours to speak with me and move forward a remedy. Still, all in all I was reluctant to great results after having been unable to breath through my nose for 2 years, plus the pain was so severe I had to rely on high strength pain killers. I am 2 months after the surgery and life just keeps getting better. I can breath like never before. Dr. Redtfelt and Khai are professionals that care and are competent. I very strongly recommend them!

Dr. Redtfeldt has taken care of me and my whole family. Over the many years I have been to her office for myself or for someone else in my family, everyone in her office has been kind and professional. The best thing about Dr. Redtfeldt is that she actually cares about me. She takes time to make sure she understands what Im having troubles with and she makes sure I understand what the plan is and why we are doing what we are doing for the problem. I feel lucky to have her as my ENT.

I am giving two stars only because I really liked Dr. Redfeldt, however the rest of the office is horrible. I have had only about six appointments total and two have had to be rescheduled. It is no easy task getting on their schedule anyway, both times after being promised I would get a call back and not receiving one, when I called them back their computers were down. After finally getting a hold of somebody getting on the schedule is very difficult. Billing was a whole new issue. I was missbilled and their bills never match up with my EOB. I am sad to have to find a new doctor, especially because we are still having issues with the surgery she did on my son, but I just can’t handle the office anymore.

I contacted Dr. Raquel Redtfeldt to help me with a plugged up feeling in my ears. She took the time to do a thorough evaluation, asked dozens of questions and showed true concern for my wellbeing. Her diagnosis and path to recovery was exceptional. I carefully followed her directions and was very pleased with the results.
