0/5 stars, extremely unprofessional and injects personal opinions rather than standard professional diagnoses on important medical decisions. Do your job properly instead of letting your personal beliefs affect your patients and their families.Dr. Choudhri (he should be stripped of his medical license) made multiple misdiagnoses that has severely impacted his patients and their families.

Ive been seen by Dr Choudhri for 8 years. I have severe COPD. He is the kindest most compassionate Dr that Ive ever seen. He and his office staff, especially Liz, are the BEST.

Dr. Choudhri is very thorough and attentive of concerns. Hes friendly and compassionate to my son during each visit.

1st I want to say when writing A review about a professional it would be nice if we could keep our reviews about the professional not office stuff our feelings got hurt we were not prepared so it was all their fault rather lets keep these reviews about the professional so that others that need their specialty can get the good qualified help they need.That being said, I love doctor Chouhdri, he is very thorough and professional and if he does not have the answer he is not afraid to refer you to a more qualified practitioner.I first met doctor in the hospital when I was low on oxygen. All the doctors that looked at me really wanted to push and infectious source for my problem but I felt in my own peace of mind that it was not an infectious process at all it was some type of an inflammatory lung condition and doctor listened to me and agreed and encouraged me to get coordinated care at Mayo Clinic to get an actual diagnosis.I followed his recommendation and surely I was correct! I have been surgical biopsy diagnosed with a rare interstitial lung disease. Unfortunately for me all the coordinated care providers at Mayo were not able to connect my lung disease with any other condition, so I am back at doctor Chouhdris for maintenance care on this disease which appears to be active again.If I have any complaint, it is that I no longer work, pay cash for my visits, and I want what I pay for. If a visit supposed to be 15, 30 or 45 minutes, please take your time, answer my questions or charge me a reduced rate for a non-complex 5 minute visit ;)

Too bad cannot choose zero stars, girl who just answered (Ferrari) was speaking over me, insulting my intelligence about not knowing my insurance and did not help me!! Had to call back 4 times and still did not get a chance to speak to a supervisor about her poor phone manners, this is your company and the way she represents, I will not be going there, so you can cancel my appointment. You arent the only sleep doctors around. Very unprofessional, Stay Away!!

Very rude staffAsked for the address 2times and they gave the wrong address called and told them it takes time to get there since the address was wrong they said we cant see you because your late now this appointment was for a emergency xray reading. Talked to the manager kelly she also was very rude and did not let me to speak with the doctor and see what the emergency reason was for? They dont care abt their patients here. I would choose another location.
