It contains such gems as it is difficult to accept the fact that you are the cause of the feelings that take away your joy in life and for some reason, you are consciously or unconsciously choosing to be in the lousy job, to hate your life ... I was seeking treatment for complicated grief and depression. I took responsibility and found a good counselor elsewhere.
