Tracy gets 5 stars, and 10 if I could give more for her. But this location only gets 1 star. Tracy no longer works here but she was an amazing theraperist. She had to leave and told me that someone will be contacting me for 2 things: 1 for medication (anti depressants) 2 for setting up services with a different therapist to take overy for her. I have left 2 separate voice-mails and no one has gotten back to me (its been a few weeks). She said she also sent emails for them to call me and nothing. Whats unnerving about this is that I typed up a timeline for Tracy, which was incredibly difficult to do that left me feeling vulnerable. She said she forwarded that timeline to the other therapist to get back to me and nothing. So knowing that this timeline I typed up, which is very personal, is just floating out there makes me very uncomfortable. It took a lot for me to reach out to a place for my own mental health but now Im left feeling like a burden. Thanks Core connect!

Make sure you carefully read over each and every online document that you e-sign when signing up for your first session. My insurance covers 100% of these services resulting in a 0$ copay. I communicated two appointment cancellations without a 24 hour notice two separate times, and each time was assured that there were no concerns and only asked when my next appointment should be scheduled. After the second one, I brought these up with my therapist who then let me know these would charge me at full price of the contracted cost. Checking my bank account revealed the nearly $100 cost. I find it irresponsible for a counseling service not to remind their patients of this or lay it out for them at the start of their sessions. If I was made more aware of this policy I would have taken measures to make the appointments and save my money.I reached out for assistance regarding these charges and was told nothing could be done because of the forms I electronically signed before I saw anyone. This is not a service I would trust with something as important as mental health.
