In 2008 I had orthognathic/maxillofacial surgery to correct serious bite issues... a bunch of screws and plates in my face left me with a pretty nasty bit of anxiety now whenever I go to the dentist.After moving to this area, I started going to One Dental Studio a couple of years ago.One Dental has been really great at being communicative and gentle, helping a lot with my anxiety. Rather than leaving the dentist sweat-soaked and with sore muscles from clenching, I have had relatively minor anxiety for the first time in 12 years.In addition, they have given me fantastic recommendations for other specialists when I needed some attention to problems which had arisen out of that previous surgery.Very happy, highly recommend!

This office is the BEST! I’ve been a patient for a few years and have had multiple procedures and cleanings done. I was referred here by a friend back in 2018 and had a cavity filled the day after I called. I had such a pleasant dental visit that I hadnt experienced anywhere else. Shortly after, my job started providing dental insurance so I was forced to switch dentists. I went to Aspen Dental in the fall of 2019 and had 3 bad experiences in a row. I decided to switch back to One Dental and do self pay because it is just that much better. I will never switch dentists again. Thanks, Dr. Broadbent!

I had a wonderful experience at Harris Dental. I had a chipped molar. Dr Brodbent was able to fix my chip and the filing on the same tooth. I was so pleased with service and the staff was very helpful. Most dentist I’ve gone to in the past when doing a filing my mouth is very sore for a few days. The following day after Harris Dental took care of my mouth and tooth felt great sore free. I’ve lived in the Phoenix metropolitan for over 30 years. Best dental practice I’ve been to. I always think its a little much when people use a 5 star rating but I honestly think it is deserved here. I am a big believer on customer service. I think over time customer service standards from employees has become sloppy. It isnt what it used to be. Coming here I felt so welcomed and everyone was so nice and personable. The service was great and I love having Harris Dental as my dentist. I am from Arizona and live in Utah and I wait to make my dental appointments for when I visit AZ. I love Harris Dental and will continue to go here.

I havent been able to go to the dentist in a little over two years. We moved here in 2014 from California. I really missed my previous dentist. After doing some searching and reading reviews, I decided to call Harris Dental. I felt very welcome the first call after speaking with Ashley. I was welcomed the same yesterday at my first appointment. I have quite a bit of work that needs to be done. I also have MS and they are very sensitive to that fact and understanding about what my needs are. Very impressed with all staff and Dr. Broadbent. They just made me feel at ease about what I need to have done. Im looking forward to improving my dental health. And by the way, I really get freaked out about the dentist. Yesterday, I was NOT freaking out. Good sign!

I heard wonderful things about the Harris Team in Mesa and I was not disappointed. I was warmly greeted at the desk, quickly escorted to the exam area and everything explained as we went through the exam and cleaning. Treatment options were discussed in plain and simple terms with the final decision left up to me. No hard or pushy sales tactics, no guilt, just sincerity. I do have a couple of cavities that need attention, but I was not forced into having them taken care immediately. Will I be back? Most definitely! In fact I felt so comfortable with Harris Dental, I scheduled the appointment before I left. See you in a couple of weeks!

I am in several dental offices on a daily basis, selling the latest technology in Oral Cancer screening. From my first contact with Harris Dental, I was impressed. After learning about OralID and the benefit of early detection for their patients, the team at Harris Dental didnt even question the purchase, saying that if theres something out there that can help their patients in the fight against Oral Cancer, then it was something they had to have. The focus of everyone, from the dentists to the entire team, is always on how to best serve their patients. I needed some cosmetic dentistry done and couldnt have been happier with Dr. Joseph Harris--personally and professionally! What a kind, compassionate dentist who is truly a perfectionist. I would refer him over and over again. Because I have suffered from TMJ (temporal mandibular joint) pain all my life, Dr. Joe recommended that I begin treatments with his massage therapist, Jackie Ballard. Skeptical and reluctant, my expectations were low. But after the very first treatment, I was much improved. It took about a month before I felt like a whole new person--almost pain free! I still see Jackie as often as possible for flare-ups and maintenance. She is truly a master--helping me more than any drug or doctor ever could. Thank you, Dr. Harris, and Jackie. Youre both miracle workers.

I am not one to post a review but after my experience today with Harris Dental I felt that I had to share what happened today. I had to have two root canals done today, not something that I was looking forward to having done. I have never had such a great experience with a dentist as I did today with Dr. Yates and Taylor. The office is unlike any dentist office, it is more like walking into their home. As I sat in the chair Taylor handed me the remote to the TV and a full headset so that I could watch TV in comfort as they did their work. They went out of their way to make sure that I was as comfortable as I could be considering the procedure being done. The entire staff from the moment I walked in until I walked out acted more like family then a dental staff. I was kept up to date on the progress and at one point Dr Yates asked me if there was a beeping in my headset, I said yes there was. He stopped for a moment so Taylor could replace the batteries in the headset. When I say they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable I truly mean it. There were times that I forgot that I was at a dentist office having a procedure done. I was in the chair for a couple of hours and it flew by.All went well from my first visit last week to my procedure today. Other dentists should visit Harris Dental to see how an office should be run. It really does feel like you walked into their home and you are treated as if you did.If you are reading this looking for a professional, caring dentist and a staff that treats you like a member of the family you can stop looking and immediately call Harris Dental.Thank you for the best dental experience that I have ever had.

Update:This is the best dental office in East Valley. The hygienist Amy is amazing and did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. I would 100% recommend this dental office and the staff.I had an dental emergency in which I needed my tooth pulled because I was in so much pain. I called Harris Dental and they were able to schedule me for the same day. The office staff was so nice and explained my estimate of charges bases on my insurance very well. Dr. Broadbent was amazing he went over the procedure in detail and even took my blood pressure before starting. My tooth was really embedded in my gums so he had to use a different technique but he explained it step by step and checked with me during the procedure to make sure I didnt feel pain which I appreciated. After many different dental practices, I have finally found the one that fits everything I expect in a dental staff. The care I received from Dr. Yates is second to none. He truly cares about his patients and their overall health. He always has time to answer questions and he gives special attention to each and every one of his patients.

Everyone is extremely nice and supportive. They educate you on what they are doing and what you can be doing to improve your oral health. I am extremely wairy of dentists. But they were able to do oral sedation along with the laughing gas stuff to keep you cool and relaxed. I didnt feel a thing.

1st time appointment with cleaning. Besides all of the staff being very hospitable and welcoming, the state of the art techniques and technology assured me that I was receiving the best and top of the line care. Highly recommended.

Very freidnly staff! My husband and I had a horrible experience with our previous dentist when it came to billing and not communicating. This office is great with communication, whether it be email, phone calls, and even text reminders for appointments. They explain everything perfectly with a break down of whats going on. The office itself it lovely and welcoming. They do great work here!

Dr. Yates did a fantastic job. I cracked my back tooth and had cavities that needed to be taken care of. I was impressed with the equipment used and the level of professionalism. Didnt feel any pain, even when I was given the shot to numb me. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I could not be happier with the care and compassion with which Dr. Broadbent and his exceptional staff (Dyana, Ashley and others) demonstrated to Grant and our family. They went above and beyond to ensure Grants safety and comfort during the extended treatment. My daughter also recently completed dental work with Dr. Broadbent and we are thrilled with the results. Excellent care, state of the art treatment, and dedication to their profession and patients.

Ashley Sant recommended me to this office; I was surprised at how quick they were able to get me in for an appointment. Even though I goofed and got the days mixed up of when I was supposed to come in they still were able to make my appointment work. I was pleased with how fast they had me in and out of the office for my cleaning.
