I was extremely impressed by the professionalism kindness and patience shown to me by the staff and Dr lesueur was absolutely wonderful. I was quite nervous because I had had a bad experience a little over a year ago with the dentist in northern Arizona but this was completely different. I am so happy a friend told me about this dental office. Very thankful for the entire group especially the dentist he was absolutely wonderful very precise and knowledgeable and didnt waste any time.

The entire staff are very friendly and professional. The office is exceedingly clean. I have a medical condition that requires extra care whenever I have dental work. All care and sensitivity to my condition was addressed to make the work as comfortable as possible. In short, I really dread going to the dentist, but with the people in this office I will dread it less, and at least look forward to visiting with with the very nice people there.

Dr. L went above and beyond to care for me! I’m a new patient and he was very thorough and served me beyond my expectations making sure I was emotionally and physically comfortable (especially since I’m pregnant) and that all my questions were answered. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists were so welcoming, kind and friendly. The office had a lovely home-like atmosphere. As long as I live in AZ my family and I will be going here for our dental care.

As a new patient who has extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work, Ive had nothing but a great experience so far. Ive constantly switched dentists because they claim to be sensitive to dental anxiety and then turn out to really not care. The staff at Drs of Smiles has been wonderful, they have gotten me in for urgent appointments immediately, and the doctors are all respectful of my anxiety. Ive definitely found the dentist Im sticking with and would recommend them to anyone!

I haven’t had dental cleaning in 5 years (not because I hate the dentist but I never trust them like car mechanics) anyway it was an awesome experience, they were super thorough. I only had one cavity and Dr Glen fixed it basically pain free. I’m already scheduling for my next 6 month check up.

I am a new patient to the office. They are have been absolutely fantastic. They front desk is very friendly, great me by name when i come in. They take me back quickly, explain everything they are doing. The dentist Dr. Glen is gentle, and caring. Explains everything in detail. I am very happy to have them as my dentist office.

I gave it two stars because the doctor and office staff were all nice and pleasant and punctual.However, if you are seeking treatment for TMJ, I caution you to not go spend the $198 consultation fee unless you are willing to spend $6,2000 for a splint that will likely not be covered by medical or dental if that is the recommended treatment for you.. if you can’t agree to that then they won’t even really evaluate you or get any diagnostic information or offer alternative treatments or therapies which are more affordable.. I was recommended to not get my CT unless I was planning on spending the money on the splint.

I went in for an emergency route canal [2019] and had never been there before. I cannot express my appreciation toward Dr. Glenn and staff. The procedure was painless, (I’ve never had a route canal and had been avoiding it for years because of other people’s experiences). I’ll be going back in a few days for another and have officially found my new dentist. The care and concern from the initial phone call, to payment/insurance help, to the procedure and aftercare was so comforting. I was traumatized by a dentist as a teenager and avoided it like the plague due to anxiety. I’m so excited to get my teeth fixed and keep them.Update: 07/13/20I have been back several times for additional dental work and a cleaning, and my husband has as well. We still have nothing but great things to say. We’ve received post procedure phone calls to check in on how we were feeling, pain levels, sensitivity, etc. I have never experienced this type of care from any medical professional in my life. I just had a cleaning with [Erin?] and she was fast and informative, coached me on some brushing and flossing tips and explained everything she did so there were no surprises, the cleaning was painless as well. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair. I have zero anxiety when I’m there. :)

My recent visited went as I aspected, all employees had mask and gloves, bins for use pens disinfected cleaners, but this was the norm before the virus except for the mask and the use pens holder. I felt as safe as one could be right now. ThankYou Dr S. LeSueur.

Those are just some of the reasons I gave Drs of Smiles five stars.I went in for an urgent procedure in which numbing doesnt always work very well. For those of you who have experienced an abscessed tooth, you know what I mean when I say that those things bring on a pain that leaves a person unable to think of anything else, and unable to find even a moment of reprieve. When the dentist explained to me that the numbing may not be very effective, I was nervous, to say the least, but was anxious to get the procedure underway. The sooner it began, the sooner I would finally feel relief from that all-encompassing pain.We all know numbing injections hurt. When enduring them in an abscess, its an entirely new experience in the realm of pain. Despite that reality, both the dentist and his assistant were so cautious, so compassionate, and had such genuine interaction with me, that I found myself feeling relatively calm.They both worked diligently and thoroughly until my issue was resolved in its entirety. The pain I experienced was lessened by my ability to remain calm, which was only possible because of the stellar manner in which the two consummate professionals handled themselves and their task.I dont think the procedure couldve gone any better. It was so well performed, that I didnt need more than a single ibuprofin several hours later, and following that dose, nothing more than some ice cream and relaxation was all it took to feel no pain at all.Its a no-brainer to me, as to who anyone in need of dental work, whether routine or urgent, should choose to entrust their care. Drs of Smiles created a not only a new, loyal customer, but a grateful spokesman to anyone wanting to know where to find the best dental care in the valley.

Dr. Glen and his staff are great! I went in for an emergency visit for a filling that came out and ended up needing a root canal done. Dr. Glen made sure I was always comfortable and explained every step of the process. I will be back for sure!

I normally don’t post reviews, but this place is amazing! I have serve anxiety and seen so many dentist. I’m so glad I was able to find a sedation dentist who is caring, and doesn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Thanks to this place I was able to save a tooth and save money . Btw I had a second follow up appointment with my old dentist to remove a tooth, and thank god for me getting a second opinion my tooth does not need to be removed and I do not have any cavities! I will be coming here for all of my future dentist visits . Staff is AWESOME!!

I have a huge fear of cleanings but my hygienist was very nice. She number my gums and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout the hole thing. She even took time to show me how to properly floss. So helpful. My dentist took time to go over every step of my treatment plan. He answered any questions I had. And get this. I understood him. And the front desk explained my estimate for cost well. I had zero confusion. Dental assistant was beyond helpful. I could go on. I definitely will be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott LeSueur for 15 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The staff is efficient and caring, their costs are very reasonable, and Dr. LeSueur himself is amazing. He takes the time to thoroughly listen and discuss options, he ensures that Im comfortable prior to any procedures, and if Ive had any major work done, he always follows up to ensure Im doing well after. They have convenient office hours as well. All their hygienists are thorough but pain free, and the dental assistants are top notch. And what I like best is they dont push cosmetic dentistry like so many other offices do. They definitely have those services available, but dont focus on that as their primary objective. I will definitely continue going here.

I love this practice. I have tried several dentists and was treated like a number. Everyone in the office treats you like family. The dentist, hygenists, and assistants all communicate in front of the patient, making it possible for you to be part of the team and the decisions. I went up for my 2 year son and my girl had a appointment for the following day. They told her that they had a opening if she rather do it the same day as our son. She did it saved some free time on her day off which is nice. I was going to set up a appointment for the next week and they said they could take me as well (same day) so I was like yeah of course. But didnt have one to watch my son while they looked at me. The dental assistant sat down and played games with my son so my girl and I could get looked at. Thats in my opinion going above and beyond.

I definitely liked this office and location. I had both a routine exam and cleaning done. I would recommend both the Dentist and Hygienist Erin to others in the future. My only complaint is I wish they had more evening hours. Currently they are only open late on Tuesdays.

Ive been a patient here since 2007. One of the best decisions I made when I moved to AZ. The staff, from Mrs. Terry all the way to the back rooms, are the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. There are 3 doctors there and I have seen all of them at some part but my #1 is Dr. Lesuer. His heart is genuinely good and I always feel like he truly cares.

Above and beyond for patient comfort, exceptional friendliness and great music (either 80s pop/rock or modern country) playing at just the right volume, Explanation of treatment plan was clear and concise with no surprises on out of pocket cost or time. Ive been to many dentists in my day and this is the first time ever I got a personal call from the doc before the appointment, as well as a follow-up call to check on me afterward, and I was just having crown work done...no extraction or anything drastic. Office is clean with plenty of private parking. Highly recommend.
