Been going to this dentist office for quite a few years Megan and Ashley are the best!! Ive always had a fear of the dentist since I was a kid because of a bad experience with a dentist. They make me feel so comfortable and at ease! The dentist are so nice and informative and do a great job!

Ive been coming here for about 5 years and Im so happy. I usually get overwhelmed with the dentist but here they make me feel comfortable taking one step at a time. Megan is the best asset that they have. She is so kind and caring.

I love Central Valley Central Care!! I have been going there since they opened, probably 20 years!!They are the best, everyone in the office is very sweet and caring. Megan is my favorite hygienist, she is the best! After all of these years I feel like they are part of my family.Because my husband and daughter go there also, they probably know more about me than I do!! LolBecause I work for Frys, they are our Union dentist so I dont pay for anything!!If you are a part of the UFCW99 Union, you definitely should be going here!!

I’ve been to a few dentist and by far this is absolutely the best and they work with you on payments. I am signing up for the in house plan. Ashley and Megan are the best. Megan is top notch hygienist. I highly recommend this place.

I had a client in Chandler with a medical problem and was late but waited to see if other patient would show up. I was seen and my teeth were still cleaned. Great experience.

Theres nothing negative to say about this Dental office, everyone there is so nice, they make you feel so comfortable. My first time there made me feel so welcome. Second visit had some work done and the Dentist Bigler made sure I was doing ok during my procedure. This will definitely be my new Dentist forever. These guys are by far the best. I women up the morning with a very swollen jaw. Went to my normal dentist they were closed. That when my son found CD that would take walkins. Very nice people, Ashley has got to be one of the best assistant. So caring and kind. The doc the to is one of the best. He even called me at home to check up and go make sure I knew what to do next. Now who does that anymore. I will be seeing you again .

I have had two emergencies that consisted of my tooth breaking and each time Dr Bigler and his staff has accommodated me. His staff is amazing. If you are looking for a family oriented caring dental group this is it.

Dr Richins and Megan the hygienist are wonderful. They have a new office staff that is by far the best that I have ever encountered. They truly listen to my concerns and treat me the patient. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

The customer service was phenomenal from the first phone call to walking out the door. The staff was courteous, polite, and attentive. The doctor was extremely friendly and descriptive when I found I needed wisdom teeth removed. I wasnt pushed to make any hasty decisions, and I recommend this practice to anyone.

It has been a while since I had visited a Dentist. Central Valley Dental Care has been an experience that was a pleasure! They have the best dental care group that I have ever had the pleasure to call it a pleasure!I wasnt pressured into having a bunch of work done. The decisionschool to take care of all & any other work that needed done was up to me. What really impresses me is the fact that everyone wants you to know exactly what needs done & will work with you to make the best decisions for your circumstances.The visit I had to have a tooth removed was amazing! I felt little to zero pain! When the tooth was out, I didnt even know it! Now that in itself is pretty impressive to me! Central Valley Dental Care is a joy to have to help with a dental plan or problem.

Being new to the area I did some looking around. I came across Central Valley online, started to read the reviews and decided to press my luck. I booked an appointment as a new patient online, which infact was very easy to do and in minutes they called me back. There must of been a misunderstanding on the timing of my appointment but I showed up earlier then they expected me too. With in seconds the receptionist ( sorry I never got the name ) and Karen started my paper work because I was in excruciating pain. Soon after I sat down with Dr. John Bigler. He was extremely professional took a look at my X-rays and made sure I understood what the next step should be. With in minutes they processed my insurance, set up and appointment for my surgery 4 days from today. I AM VERY PLEASED AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE.

Always very friendly. Never pressure me to get whitening or cosmetic things like some other dentists. They never disappoint!

I have been a patient for years now. Love the people that work there. The dental hygienist is awesoooommmmeeee.

So I missed my appointment, and the receptionist (started with a T, I think) and the Doctor totally squeezed me in. They were super understanding. I originally went in for a consult regarding my wisdom teeth, and Dr. Richins and Julia seriously came in, looked, took and x-ray of my wisdom teeth, numbed me and pulled them. I dont even think I was there an hour. It was amazing, seriously. Its been a HASSEL trying to get my wisdom teeth out. I love this place, and Im definitely only going here from now on.

I will never again use this dentist. I went in for a minor problem (in no pain), and of course like many medical professionals they tell you that you need much more work done so they can get more money out of you. Dr. Richins is no professional. He instisted I had too many cracks in 2 fillings on my left lower jaw in the very back. As he was working on me, he kept filing down, and filing down the 2 teeth. Then he told me he had to do some filing down on my upper 2 teeth!! Days afterwards it felt like those 2 teeth on my left lower jaw were hardly there!! On top of that, ever since my visit all the teeth on my left lower jaw have ached. Now we come to tonight. As I was eating dinner, the very last tooth on the my left lower jaw BROKE OFF! IN ADDITION, as I came to this web page I found a review with my husbands full name, and with 5 stars. ALL LIES!! He did not write that review nor gave Dr. Richins 5 stars!! He was just as unhappy with this doctor as I was. In his visit he was having a tooth pulled and as Dr. Richins was doing that, he broke another tooth that was perfectly fine!!! Sorry I ever stepped foot in this place!!!

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Richins. He installed a crown that was too thick and made my gums inflamed and very irritable. On first visit the injection he gave me hit a blood vessel.and my face swelled like a balloon. It seemed like Everytime I went to see him he referred me to a specialist, when what the X-ray he was looking at was only showing the damage he did to my gums. I paid another dentist to fix what he messed up. Will not go to that office again.

I get my teeth cleaned here. I would recommend Megan!
