Great friendly customer service! And pain free work. The crowns are made in house and adjusted on the spot. Beautiful photographs around the office. Really has stepped up my trust in dentists.

Heap & Bunker Dental is the best dentistry I have ever been to. I have been going to Heap & Bunker for over a year and they are all amazing. They are very welcoming and know your name. They also care about your comfort and well being. Heap & Bunker will help you in anyway that they can and make sure that you happy with the work they did. I recently took my kids ages 2 and 4 to Inspire dental. They saw hygienist Breanna and she did an amazing job. She gave me great advice on home care for them. I had a visit for myself to get my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Snell. I liked that I didnt have to go to another office and my recovery was fast. So happy to be a patient of Inspire Dental.

What an excellent place to be a patient! I was very impressed with the professionalism of each member of their staff. They all smiled, shook my hand, and introduced themselves. I received a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of the objectives for my visit. Everything was very well organized and thoroughly explained. All of my x-rays and pictures were reviewed with me in detail. I felt more like a person than a number. Nothing was rushed and I felt valued. The most memorable and impactful statement from Dr. Heap was that he was not going to do anything to me that he wouldnt do for himself. This is reassuring because I know there are many providers out there who perform procedures unnecessarily for the extra pay/income. Additionally, the organization and each member of their staff believes in philanthropic efforts through the donation of their time and money to those in need. What a selfless act! This place truly wants to do good for their patients and the community. What a blessing! Exactly what I was looking for in a dentist!

Going to the dentist is often scary and usually the last thing on the list. After my experience at Inspire! Dental, a visit to the dentist will definitely be at the top!From the first phone call, to the end of my appointment, I felt as if I was their only patient. Jeanette was knowledgeable, kind, and informative. I was never put on hold and she answered all my questions.My issue was a mouth abscess that had required antibiotics and a visit to a dentist. My Mum recommended Inspire! Dental. Not only was I seen quickly, but I walked out of the office with a new crown and a well done root canal. I am still in awe that I feel so much better. The overall experience of having the root canal done was non stressful and I my comfort was always in consideration. I don’t think that Dr. Yates or his assistant (she was super awesome and highly skilled) could have done a better job! For those of you looking for an excellent dentist (I saw Dr. Yates) and a fantastic staff go to Inspire! Dental

It took me ten years to switch dentists. I would drive for two hours to go see my hometown dentist. My friend encouraged me to make the switch to Dr. Heap, and I’m so glad I did. Both Dr. Heap and Dr. Yates have taken such good care of me and my husband. The hygienists are simply the best I’ve ever seen too!! I’m always impressed by their friendliness and how much they remember of our conversations from my last visit. Dr. Heap identified my need for a night guard, which has been such a great relief. Dr. Yates recently provided my husband with bonding on his front teeth, and it looks amazing. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. I highly recommend their office!

We recently relocated to the area and needed to find a dentist. I used Yelp and Google to find reviews for Inspire and after checking insurance we decided to give them a try. I have to say that dentist and good reviews do not generally go hand in hand BUT my experience has changed my opinion. My daughter and I felt like we received Resort Style dental treatment. From a tour of the facility to engaging introductions we felt like a guest. Thank you to Breanna and Dr. Yates for excellent care! Way to go Inspire!!!

Went in today for a consultation for a strange tooth I had coming. I was hoping to get a plan for what I should do since I am pregnant and due in 12 weeks, but they were able to pull my small tooth same day and I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Heap was very thorough and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process considering how nervous I was. Everyone was friendly and I was very happy with how everything went!

We have been going to Inspire Dental for a little over a year now and love it. Very nice and personable staff from the front desk to the dentists themselves. They have treated us very well and have done a great job in our time with them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the friendliest dental places Ive ever been to. The previous two dentist I went to told me there would be alot of work to straighten my teeth and didnt want to do it Dr. Heap took at look at me and took on the challenge and a year later I love what he did and all the staff are so professional and very friendly. I have a spinal cord injury and they go out of there way to make me very comfortable I cant say enough how wonderful this place is. I was Blessed to find them!

I just had a crown done and some cavities filled at Heap and Bunker Dental, and they did a fantastic job. I was comfortable in the chair the whole time. I noticed that the doctor and assistant both paid very close attention to detail as the work was done, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Heap, Dr. Yates, and his entire staff are incredible! Dr. Heap offers a type of cosmetic orthodontics called Six Month Smiles which has seriously changed my life. I have been looking for a dentist that could help fix my cosmetic crowding for years with no luck, and I was so grateful to come across Dr. Heap. Orthodontics can be outrageous and invasive for adults who never had orthodontic treatments at a young age and I was so thankful for Six Month Smiles. I am no longer embarrassed about my teeth and I dont go to great lengths to hide them, I am so grateful for my new fantastic smile! Dr. Heaps hygienists are all so educated and informative and everyone from the front office to the back makes me feel like Im part of the Inspire! crew. Everyone is so patient and nice and I refer all of my family and friends to Inspire! Dental. I will never go anywhere else!

Finally made it in after 5 years with no dental insurance and couldnt have had a better experience. I was anxious before going in thinking that I would have a ton of problems, but that anxiety was quickly relieved. The staff was fantastic and you can tell they take pride in their work. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist due to traumatic experiences as a child, but this place turned that around for me. They were friendly and efficient and explained all options without pressuring me. Already scheduled my next visit and about to schedule my familys first visits.

Best customer service a patient could ask for. I came in with my 2 y/o. I brought him equipped with his stroller and an IPad. He didn’t want anything to do with the iPad, he was more interested in what this lady was doing to his Daddy’s mouth! The hygienist was amazing with my son. She gave him a toothbrush, she moved him closer to me so he could hold my hand. She was talking to him the whole time and made what could have been a horrible experience into a great one. I would recommend no other dentist than Kris Heap and his staff. They are simply amazing!

I was very disappointed when my husband was running a few minutes late for his dental appointment at 7AM. He had run into construction. He got there at 12 minutes after. The dentist wasnt there yet. However because he was more than 10 minutes late, they would not take him.Its difficult because he goes before work since its the only time he can go.Today, they have lost three long time patients.

In this hectic world it is always a pleasure to find anything you can rely on--Inspire Dental has provided me the best dental care I have ever experienced. You are literally in good hands with Dr. Heap and his staff.

I have been coming to Heap and Bunker for near 2 years now... The doctors and hygienists have been very good and my wife and I have referred over 10 people to use their office in this time frame..Now for the bad. My wife went in for treatment and she was given a price at the time of the treatment (cash owed and what insurance covered). She paid her portion and then we were sent a bill a month or 2 later for an additional $150. We called and discussed it with the front desk (misty) and we agreed to pay the balance. Then I had a cleaning and I asked Before i received the treatment if it was covered by my insurance and I was told it was. Again another bill for $50 because the insurance did not cover it for some reason. Not a problem but I would of paid it in cash at the time of visit and would of liked to know.I told the front desk I would pay the balance on my next appointment which was Friday the 10th of June. But on Thursday (the 9th) the night before my treatment date I received a letter from a collections agency stating that I had a past due balance and was in collections for this amount owed..This is Not how you treat a loyal paying customer.. I am Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I explained to the front desk the issue and they seemed to not to care. We will not be returning to Heap and Bunker Dental again or referring any more potential patients to them due to this and how the front desk (misty) handled this matter.. We are VERY disappointed and we will be telling everyone of our experience.Not recommended!
