I brought in my dad this morning for an 11/1115 appointment with Dr. Yelamanchili as a new patient for a follow up from a hospitalization (Banner Baywood). We arrived and there were 4 staff sitting at your front desk. An individual with 2 braids sat on the right side, an individual with dirty type blonde/grayish hair with glasses in the front quite visible to the front lobby, another individual with long hair appears she is pregnant and another individual on the one side with her hair with 1 braid as well but not visible to the lobby like the 2 individuals. I walked up after having my dad sit while I check him in and the young lady with the dirty blonde/gray hair was on the phone so i waited patiently while she tended to her phone call. She did not look up to greet or even acknowledge that I was standing there. I stood there for a good 3 - 4 minutes before she got off the phone and then continues to NOT make any eye contact to acknowledge that i was standing there and finally as she looked up managed to say yes, I proceeded to let her know that my dad has any appointment and she asks for my dads insurance and id. I hand her the information she then says the copay which i paid. She then gave me some paperwork to fill out and handed me my dads cards and says shell be right you. In reading your offices Values: Communication, Respect and Dignity, Team work, cooperation, and integrity, I feel your front office staff lacked communication and Respect and Dignity as well as integrity! That is the most unprofessional customer service receptionist staff I have ever been to and I have worked in the medical field for 21 years and now am currently working for the State of Arizona. Thankfully the medical assistant and Dr. Yelamanchili were very professional and compassionate to provide a sense of compassion towards their patients. I drove from San Tan Valley to your office in hopes of the continuity of excellent patient care to be provided for my dad, but after todays visit, we will not be returning to your office and although, Dr. Yelamanchili has been highly recommended cardiologist, the front office staff lack a sense of compassion and professionalism to match your Core Values! While I understand they may have been quite busy, they were not busy enough to share off side comments and communications between themselves that did not give out a great first impression on the office. Perhaps, more customer service training for your staff as a way to keep patients in your office. I hope that my email is a learning moment for the continued Core Values that your office puts out to draw patients/clients in to your office. Thank you for your time!

My first encounter with Dr. Yelamanchili was at the Cath Lab at Banner Heart Hospital, Feb 14, 2019. (Valentines Day.) Where he saved my life, after I had a heart attack. Since that time, he has continued to work with me to greatly enhance my quality of life. He recently performed an angiogram on my right leg to clear out blockages and enhance blood flow to my leg, to aid in the healing of a bad cut in my leg which for five months wouldnt heal. (Since then, it healed in three weeks.) He has taken me from being nearly bed ridden, to being able to shop with my wife, and even work in the yard planting trees. Currently, Im planning a family vacation to Florida where Im hoping to be able to take long walks on the beach with my beatuiful wife, once again. As Dr. Yelamanchili says, Walk, walk, walk! I cant thank this man enough for enabling me to have these experiences. Its all about quality of life. Thank you, Dr.!

The first intro to a Dr is through his phone answering system which is easy to navigate for me being a senior. Next the communication with the staff is kind and solution focused helping me ask the best questions to get answers. But when you go into the office it is even more friendly & welcoming during this time of Covid stress. It is clean, easy seating, a spotless restroom, the waiting room has indirect lighting avoiding any glare from a curtain being open. Then you get to see Dr Yelamanchili who not only answers questions completely, but makes suggestions for my quality of live that give me encouragement.

I have heart disease. I feel that Dr. Yelamanchilli & I have been working as a team to find a cause and have made good progress. I have great faith inmy cardiologist Dr. Yalamanchili. I have recommended him to other people who feel the same. New Hampshire

I am very impressed with this man and I rate him with the highest. He is a man who cares about giving his patients the best care possible. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. With my care, he found things that others had missed. I highly recommend Dr. Yelamanchili and his staff.

The Dr is great and thorough I wish his staff could figure out how schedule a appointment waisted the whole morning and where late to our next appointment. We will find another cardiologist..

My husband had a full blown cardiac arrest. Dr. Yellimanchili said there was 100% blockage on left & right groin arteries & the rest was 70-90%.Dr. Yelamanchili persevered until he was able to place ablestents able to penetrate

Dr. Yalamanchili is refreshingly cheerful and encourages me to become more educated about my medical problems.He has helped me through some very serious situations.Each member of his staff is polite and ready to help in any way they can.They work very well together making the atmosphere comfortable.The offices are modern and clean.I trust dr. Yalamanchili with my life!
