Primrose Estates has been a delight so far. The staff and residents are friendly and the sites are organized well. I have ample room for my fifth wheel and truck, and there is a very nice concrete slab patio. I am happy to have found this all ages community with such generous lot size.

This is the nicest mobile home/RV park we’ve been to so far. My husband is a travel nurse. We have a 38’ travel trailer, and it fits with space to spare. We have a concrete patio, and we park our Dodge Ram next to it. We still have plenty of space to take our dogs out to potty in front of our trailer. The concrete patio is definitely a nice touch, and we are glad to have full hookups again! The grounds are kept pretty clean from what I’ve seen so far. Our lot is more spacious than the last mobile home/RV park we stayed at. We have quite a bit of space left between us and the mobile home next to us after we’ve put our awning out. I haven’t met the ladies who work here yet, but they’ve been really friendly on the phone. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, too. They do require a lot of information to get approved here, but I feel it is the main reason it’s so nice here. I’ll eventually upload pictures to this review.

I am a current resident and after talking with some of the others this place used to be a lot different than it is. Today the tenants all seem to be nice and I enjoy talking with and hanging out with my neighbors. The area itself is pretty clean and has a laundry facility. There are just a few small things I would change that after talking to the management company may get changed. The lot rent is not bad either.

We were able to move into Primrose Park with very little effort and it was not hard to get all the details finished. My wife and I had a great experience moving into the park. We also got support on how to fix things at our home. Thank you for a positive experience!

We have been staying in this location part of the winter for probably ten years. We like its nearness to our daughters home. Most of all we have had good experiences with the Park. The employees we have dealt with have been friendly and took care of any need we had. We also feel secure in this location and noise has never been a problem for us. As long as we are able to spend part of our Winter in Mesa, we will stay at Primrose Estates Mobile Home and RV Park.

I moved in at the beginning of March and havent had any issues (other than the amount of roaming cats). It is very quiet here, my neighbors are friendly and the lot rent is affordable. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Very quiet, peaceful community my daughter and I commute to a lot of areas this one is one of my favorites so far the manager is a gem; sweet, and very helpful.

We moved in on a Saturday and had no issues with getting into our space. We found a blown 60 amp fuse in the breaker box and contacted Dawn who immediately responded with anew fuse. Our stay has been pleasant and we are happy with choosing this location.

They blocked my other account for telling the TRUTH. The truth is this mobile home is extremely unethical. They took my $45 application fee and wouldnt even give me assistance when I needed help signing the lease online. I asked FOUR employees for help (Dawn, Stephanie, Emily, and I also called the help line). NO ONE HELPED ME SIGN THE LEASE. I submitted my payment but after no one returned my emails or texts asking for help I put a stop on the payment. Why would I pay over $700 when no one was helping me sign the lease??I recieved an extremely rude call from mark. Someone I never saw or spoken to before, telling me that I needed to leave or the police will be called on me for trespassing. He was berating me for failure to sign the lease and make a payment. I tried to explain the situation to him but he made it clear he did not care at all and he kept repeating I needed to leave.I asked stephanie why I was being forced to leave when she knew that I was having trouble signing the lease since day one and she also did not care what I had to say. All they kept talking about was how I stopped the payment but they refused to take accountability for their horrible customer service.There was also exposed gas lines and electricity lines in my RV spot. When Dawn came to give me the paperwork all she told me was that I needed to be careful around them and she put rocks next to them so I would see it. Completely unacceptable. If you keep blocking and deleting my honest reviews I will just continue to make accounts in order to warn people about this horrible establishment.

The property/grounds manager has been kind and communitive during the first few weeks here. The grounds are clean. And the residents here are kind.

Be advised: Even to rent a space for an RV (just a few months in the winter) you will be required to fill out an application, have a credit rating of 680 or better and have a stable income of at least $1200 a month. Also, make sure that you can wait at least 1-2 days for a call back or to actually speak to someone. The person that called me back was not very helpful and despite my detailed message and email she seemed confused as to what I wanted. It was very odd.

Everything was so easy from viewing property to moving in and everything in between. Nice and quite, clean and people are friendly.

I would not move here!Ive been here 8 years!These people are not going to be your friend!I suggest you keep looking if you want to be happy. There is many choices in mesa to chose from and this place is a wrong one! The staff is rude and zero communication just a call center for emergencies usually takes several days for a response. So if your looking for the absolute bottom of getto life this place is for you!The trailer a cross the street is infested with a couple million cockroaches and human waist in toilet to the rim! Ive complained and nobody cares.Dont move here!!!This is a trailer they will paint and rent to you lol!

Place is great, friendly people and they come from all parts of the States will definitely stay here again.

The owner of this place is a coward who hides behind his female manager. Coming in the door I was lied to.They manipulate the Arizona landlord tenant statutes for their own means.There is no communication from them.Beware of property owners and management companies who think they can bully you with the law while they are who crosses over the line. They think they can simply file their claims in the justice court and you the tenant do not have a chance against their might.I started out explaining everything that has happened to me since signing the rental agreement. I had only gotten started when I had reached my word limit, so I erased all of my statement and re wrote it as this. Only you can weigh in the facts and make intelligent decisions for yourself. I only wish for my review to be an alert for all who read it; there is something very wrong here.

Havent been here since 2000. I was a little kid back then. I remember a lot of trailers, people decorating their patios, and abundant sunshine!

Lived here for 7 years no issues what so ever liked it better when this place was a 55+ community some of the new tenants are such slobs not disposing there trash correctly

Looked here for a RV LOT for Monthly rental.Talked with Julie and submitted everything needed for a RV SPACE.Was suprised that I even had to do this just for a RV SPACE.I would understand if it was an apartment.Usually you just pay your fees and let them know your length of stay.Julie contacted management first to see if I should even submit an application and pay the $40 per applicant fee if in case I didnt qualify. After reviewing everything I agreed to follow thru with the process ...cause of course I needed a Lot for my travel trailer.After submitting it she told me it would be 24 to 48 hours before I would know.Left me to look for a rv space again.By 445 pm I called Julie only to hear I was not approved.So after 2 days of communication and paying $80 dollars and still no RV lot to stay at.I would diffently NOT ADVISE you to go thru any anything with this place.They should know before hand if someone would qualify or Not.I couldve had a nice stay with KOA with that $80.

Cant believe what a dump this place is no cable tv no pool the managers are a bunch of liars and the seonal residents have more privileges than the full time residents and the sewer is always backing up leaving everything stinky
