I had such a great experience with Dave the Audiologist & Stacy at the reception desk at the Mesa office. They were kind, helpful, and so friendly! I had a one off situation where I needed some help with impressions made for out sourcing. They were able to get me seen in a hurry and were so kind, even though I felt I was probably a bit on the difficult side! Thank you so much Dave & Stacy!! Its refreshing to experience such pleasant people in this crazy society! :)

The people at Tri-City Audiology were, as always, very pleasant and welcoming. Ashley, the Audiologist, was very knowledgable about the different hearing aids with respect to technical aspects and how they would relate to my hearing loss and life style. Ashley, also was very eager to answer my numerous questions and did so with very understandable explanations.

Dr. McBride and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! He fitted my dads hearing aids and my dad cant be happier with the service!! The people are very nice and Dr. McBride explained everything in detail and he was so great with us!! Definitely would refer this office to our friends and family!

I can think of nothing negative to say about the audiologists and staff at Tri-City. When I arrive for appointments I’m never kept waiting, I’m never rushed and I always come away satisfied that all that can be done for my particular hearing loss has been done. I will recommend them to anyone who repeatedly asks “what?”.

Ive been a client for many years. Dr. Kimberly Gates is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very client-oriented. I especially appreciate her patience in figuring out how to correct challenges I encounter with my hearing/tinnitus instrument. I am confident that she provides superior audiological care! Stacy keeps the office running smoothly; handles insurance, appointments and reminders effectively and is very supportive of client needs. I highly recommend each of them.

Kim has always taken a lot of time with me and worked very hard every time I haeve gone in for a appointment. She has been very knowledgeable and answereed every question i have ever had with hearing aids. Kim is greatas a person and a better audiologist. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends

Dear Dennis: I can certainly appreciate the need to express displeasure with poor customer service, but I strongly believe that it is important to give a business a chance to make things right. Tri-City Audiology has been under new ownership since 2011 and this is not the type of customer service that we are known for. I reviewed our chart notes in your file and found a few things that you mention that dont seem to be consistent with our notes. We havent seen you since 2010, but would very much like your business again. Please contact our Mesa office and I can address your issues directly.

I bought a hearing aid here in 2003.Had it replaced twice ,first time it was destroyed by family pet, the replacement they gave me got stuck on one channel, I took it back,they couldnt fix it so they replaced it again. This replacement had issues too, the warning beep for low battery didnt work, but I lived with it. A year later I called and asked for an adjustment, she snappily told me I was out of warrenty. I told her I would pay, as I was sure my hearing had changed and the hearing aid needed to be reprogrammed.She told me it was too old , over three years old,it couldnt be reprogrammed, I needed to come in for a new hearing aid.I took it to the local hearing aid company in Gold Canyon, they happily tested my hearing and reprogrammed the aid at no cost ! I still use it as backup when my new aid is in for repair. Tri-Citys customer service is non-existance,they only want to sell ,take my advice ,go elsewhere !!
