I then validated that Connect Hearing was in my Network.Scheduling was easy and Timely.Upon arrival, I was cheerfully greeted by on of the nicest people ever, Katie.Katie checked me in and during this process was warm, courteous, and personable. Katie is a credit to Connect Hearing’s “people value proposition.”I then met Anna Ellis, Audiologists.Anna displayed extensive knowledge and experience in her field. She took time to understand the reason for my visit, then explained what test she was going to perform in order to analyze and diagnose my issues.At the end of my visit I asked Anna about payments for her services. She indicated that since there were no issues found, there would be NO charge! It appears that Connect Hearing’s goal is to create value in every client engagement...personal, professional, and financial!Fantastic Experience

My Nana got hearing aids from connect hearing and now she can hear us so much better! She can hear me when I call her and at birthday parties and family gatherings. She always complained about her hearing, but not anymore(unless she’s not wearing her hearing aids 😂). She can do weird stuff with them too like answering the phone without even having her phone on her, she looks crazy having an entire conversation with the person in her ear...She’s so happy she got these hearing aids and that makes me happy.

I went to Connect Hearing in Mesa to get my father-in-laws hearing aid fixed. I was totally impressed by the service we received.In this instance, Red assured me that it was a quick fix, and he took care of everything while I waited. (Honestly, writing these sentences has taken longer than the fix.) I fully expected to drop the hearing aid off. At best I might be able to hold my phone appt while I waited for the repair in the parking lot. Nope! I was in and out in minutes.I was lucky it was a minor problem, but what really impressed me was how knowledgeable, skilled, and personable Red was. He provided exceptional customer service that day. What a great feeling to be treated well and get the solution we needed!!You can bet well be back, if anything else needs attention on Pops, hearing aids!!

It was awesome! My other brand hearing aid (not purchased at Connect Hearing) stopped working and I was frantic. I made an appointment with Connect Hearing and they immediately gave me a loaner until the one I purchased came it. I was in heaven! So when she received the Connect Hearing flyer in the mail she was so ready to check out a new place. Anna Ellis was a breath of fresh air. She was very patient and new exactly what my mother needed. The hearing tests were very easy producing smart results. We found out very quickly that I had a definite problem in both ears. The Audiologist Anna Ellis was not only very friendly but gave me a feeling of complete confidence in her abilities. She was very caring and reassuring of the task at hand. She was also very knowledgeable about insurance and the abilities and limitations of all the different types of hearing aids available. She presented them in a side by side format with each listing their capabilities and of course their total cost. However, this was my choice to make and she didnt try to up sell me just to make more money but rather help me make the right choice. After 3 months of my husband having difficulty hearing and being unable to go to his usual company due to the covid issues we were able to get an appointment with Connect Hearing. Anna took the time to determine the issues with his hearing aids, determined that they were still under warrantee and offered to send them to the company. She then provided him with temporary devices and when his came in she recalibrated them and helped him with his phone app. She was SUPER!

This place is great. My mother recently got bluetooth hearing aids which we LOVE. My 2 year old daughter will facetime with her every few days now that our conversations are clear and understandable and we no longer have to repeat ourselves. I just wish she hadnt waited so long to get these. We couldnt be happier.

Ever since he purchased them in his other city of residence he has had troubles. Out of curiosity to decided to check out Connect Hearing to see if they could help. Anna Elliss assistance was to Mikes utmost satisfactory. She sent him home with a new set of hearing aids to use while she worked on his current hearing aids. He came back the next day and she had adjusted them to working much better than before. She also showed him how to put them in correctly. Something he was not shown at his previous clinic. He is super impressed with all the help and advice he was given especially since Anna knew he was not intending to purchase a new set of hearing aids. Anna and Christine are very professional as well as knowledgable. They are with the Connect Hearing company. Their location is on ValVista just south of Southern. Anna gave me a hearing test and she determined hearing aids would be very helpful for my hearing loss. I first settled on the ones my insurance allowed me a co-pay for them. During the trial period I decided to exchange my hearing aids for some that would work better for me. Anna helped me choose another brand and I am in love with them. They were not covered by my insurance but they are well worth the money. The exchange went on with absolutely no problem. Remember when choosing your hearing aids that cheaper is not always the way to go. You get what you pay for. You also need to consider the service you will receive after your purchase. Connect Hearing is the place to go.

I got my hearing aids 1 year ago, and Im happy with them and with the service Ive received.

My mother in-law received her hearing aids from Connect and overall it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable, answering all of our questions in a manner we could easily understand. Her new hearing aids allow her to hear so much better both in person and especially on the phone. She can once again enjoy a chat or Skype her kids/grandkids without straining to keep up with the conversation.

I decided to take my mother to Connect Hearing as it was a consumer reports recommended business for a hearing aides dispensary. Anna first tested my mother’s hearing with her current pair of aides, which by the way are ten years old. Understandably she didn’t hear very well and scored low. Anna explained my mother could her the vowels but not so much the consonants. She was then evaluated in the soundproof booth and then fitted with Phonak hearing aides and then tested again and doubled her score. Phonak was another consumer reports recommended hearing aide. My mother tried them for two weeks with a little adjustment made during the trial period. Hearing aides are very expensive but I feel better knowing that Connect Hearing and Phonak are consumer reports recommended.

Last Friday, June 30, 2017, Dr. Ellis and her assistant Cindy came out to conduct a series of free hearing screenings for our residents at our 55+ community in Mesa. Both were so generous with their time and expertise, and our residents were extremely pleased to have such a valuable service come right to us! We will definitely recommend Connect Hearing to anyone looking for help with their hearing and/or hearing aids... Thank you, Connect Hearing!
