We LOVE Broadway Mesa Village! Our Dad moved in 3 weeks ago and everyone on staff has made him and us feel very welcome. You can tell that the residents here are happy and the staff is happy too.We did our homework and visited approx 5 other places before we found Broadway Mesa Village but this one is hands down the very best! Thank you Barb for making this transition easy for us and working with us. We feel comfortable knowing our Dad is well taken care of Oh and the food is amazing and the residents can go to the dining room all day.There are so many different daily activities that our Dad is doing now and he is having so much fun.Thank you Broadway Mesa Village and EVERYONE on staff here!

Beware! Do your own research. Do not believe 5 star reviews by employees and relatives of employees. New company, new management, new staff; decreased level of care but increased price. Unsafe conditions, call lights not answered on nights, residents are left in urine and feces for hours. My mother fell and was on the floor for 6 hours and no one checked on her until 9 am the following morning. PLEASE do your own research, assisted living facilities are plentiful in Arizona.

Beautiful community with wonderful staff! I volunteer there on Fridays and absolutely love it! The community always has fantastic events for the residents and families and takes great pride in the care of their residents. There are always daily activities. Great community!

This facility is absolutely breathtaking!! Residents are always smiling due to the amount of love and care they receive from the caregivers and the entire staff! I highly recommend this community to anyone in need.......

Great facility with wonderful new management team. The staff really care about their residents! Wonderful activities planned with a ton of community participation.

Following a stroke, we searched almost a dozen memory care providers. This was the only one where the residents smiled and waved. Each followup visit found the group busy in an activity. The staff was upbeat, helpful and creative. The transfer from a Brookdale assisted living was seamless. The new wing is gorgeous. I cant believe the quality for the cost!

Great Community. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Their memory care area was just updated and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this community.

Unfortunately this property has gone down hill. No stability of management and owners dont care about their residents, only profit. Building is filled with huge roaches. Management knows of all problems and does nothing. Probably going to sell again.

We recently had to move my mom from this facility to another due to financial reasons. I wanted to thank all the staff in both the assisted living and memory care units for the wonderful care they provided to her over the past 4 years. They were all very caring and compassionate especially the aides in the memory care unit. They became family to my mom and she cried when we moved her! I especially wanted to recognize Beth-activities director-since she arrived at Brookdale Broadway my mom improved drastically. She brought her back to her former self and we will always be grateful to Beth for her new happy life.

The residents here are treated like gold. I have never worked for another company that treats their people so well and ensures they are cared for!

BEWARE!!!! There is an investigation right now regarding the negligence of my aunt. She died, no CPR was administered, and lied to cover it up. Listen to the 911 call. Go somewhere else if you love your family member.

Very homey feel, incredible friendly staff and excellent food.They also have a very active Veterans group.

Absolutely beautiful place and the entire staff are always kind and attentive.
