When I recently inquired with Mariposa Point of Mesa, about possibly moving into their community, I received prompt and efficient response. They made the entire process very easy and made me feel confident in my decision. Everyone was extremely helpful and I immediately felt comfortable moving into their community. My first few weeks have been awesome and I feel like I made a wise decision living here.

WOW- I have never been happier with a community! Everyone is so friendly and the residents are so welcoming to other new residents. The marketing director did a fantastic job guiding me through the move in process. I felt SO supported throughout the entire transition!!

I recently walked in to tour this community. I was completely blown away by the cleanliness, the staff, and the overall welcoming spirit of the marking director. Even though I did not have an appointment, she welcomed me into the building and talked with me in depth about what I was exactly looking for in a community. She was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable in my decision to move my mother into Mariposa Point of Mesa!!

Recently have been looking for a community for my grandfather. Ive been to quite a few places recently and Mariposa point of mesa was by far the best. Everyone in the community is so friendly, the staff were so kind and informative and I really feel like my grandpa will enjoy being Here. I have honestly been so nervous to put him in to a care facility because of Covid. I dont want him to feel lonely or to get sick during this craziness but coming to this community helped ease my nerves. Thank you friendly staff for reassuring me and making my decision so much easier.

I recently just started with the company about three months ago. I have worked for many senior living communities over the years but none have compared to this community. Every staff member here truly cares for each and every resident. I love being apart of this Mariposa family!

I appreciate how genuine the caregivers are in general and with my great grandma! My grandma has met so many new friends, and enjoys all her activities. It’s nice to see her happy and healthy here, I absolutely love them!

I recently worked helping a family move their dad into Mariposa Point of Mesa. We only had the weekend to find him an apartment in Assisted Living, and we are all so impressed with a ‘window’ wall that can be opened to connect a beautiful indoor sitting area to a patio with furniture on the outside- perfect For social distancing visits.The community is so new and beautiful- and all on one level- not overwhelmingly big like many communities.Ariana, the Marketing Manager, was response by calls and text through the evening on Saturday and also on Sunday. The Wellness staff helped navigate Covid tests and other assessments within the one working day (Monday) that we had to get dad moved on Tuesday.The whole family is very happy at how everything went and dad seems very happy with the friendliness of the staff and the environment.I represent many seniors and their families, helping them move to senior living communities throughout the valley- and Mariposa Point far exceeded my expectations - I am so impressed at how the staff worked as a team to make the move less stressful.

The staff has been nothing but amazing to my great grandma! They are the sweetest people I have meet but yet the funniest. Truly life changing

I have worked here ever since the start of the pandemic. I chose to work here because the moment I entered the building I knew that everyone there was doing their best to protect the residents and staff and keep them safe from COVID-19. For the past year, every person in the building has held such high sanitation regulations and precautions. Our residents, even throughout the pandemic, were never isolated or alone, we as staff members have taken care of them since day 1.

I felt so safe with my decision to move my loved one into mariposa. Throughout the whole move in process the staff was very helpful and supported me through the entire process. It is not always easy to make such a big decision but I am glad that I chose such a wonderful facility to help guide me through the process

My mom has been living at this facility in the memory care section for 1-1/2 years. When I was looking for a facility, I wanted one that would provide the best possible environment for her. This facility (I prefer to call it a residence) was without a doubt the best one for her needs. They have areas where everyone can gather to eat, watch TV or participate in any one of the other activities. Outside entertainment is brought in on a regular basis (other than during COVID times). The staff is loving and the caregivers learned her likes and dislikes very early on in her stay. She continually tells us how happy she is. Isnt that what we all want! If your loved one cant be with you, they should be here!

My wife has been at Mariposa Point of Mesa for over a year. They have taken great care of her on the memory care side. Shes happy and doing well.

I absolutely love this place. Such caring and kind staff. I work in the medical field and have been in many facilities. This one is definitely my favorite. We moved a very nice couple into this facility after living at home, it was time and they made the transition extremely easy and made them feel welcomed. Brings a smile on my face to see such a warm hearted environment.

As a senior referral and placement agent operating in the metro Phoenix area for over 16 years, it’s rare to find an assisted living community that goes to the lengths that the staff at Mariposa Point have gone to provide the high level of care that my clients have found once they moved it to this community. I have a high level of respect and regard for the leadership of the director and how accommodating the staff and caregivers have been under the leadership of the Health Services director. When I visit my families or conduct tours, the atmosphere and the energy in the community is wonderful and attractive. I have had great feedback over the food and activities that the community provides. I highly recommend Mariposa Point Mesa

Although it appears to be a nice enough place, I would be wary of placing a loved one there. They have hired the lowest of low housekeepers there despite her unfavorable history at another facility nearby. She falsely accused a resident there of being a registered sex offender when he was not. She started drama in a place where it is not needed. On a personal level she takes advantage of people, lies, steals and creates drama wherever she goes. Be aware of housekeeper K.

Wonderful warm environment. Stacey was so caring and really listened to our questions and answered all of our questions in detail. She introduced us to other residents and staff, they are all happy. We cannot wait to move dad in.

I started at Mariposa Point of Mesa back in October of 2017 when we first opened as the Concierge. I worked my way up to my currant position as the Assistant Executive Director. There is no better company to work for.

And I have tried to call you many times, I have left messages to no avail. That in of itself speaks volumes about your facility.
