Not my favorite dispensary in the east valley. I have visited 3 or 4 times as this is the closest dispensary to my home. I find the prices to be above some other places and the selection a little limited for my desires. The items I have purchased here were top notch and quality was outstanding.

This was my go to spot. Best quality Id found in the valley. Id buy ounce once a month and was only disappointed with the Rick Sanchez on one occasion. However the change to recreational seems to have killed their passion and quality control. The last ounce i purchased is very low grade and tastes awful. I am sad to say Ill have to find a new spot.Edit 8/4 : A week has passed since I emailed you the details of my bad experience and I have gotten radio silence. I spend over $3000 a year at your shop. If thats the way you treat a loyal customer you deserve to lose them for good. What is the point of telling me to reach out if you are going to ignore me? Good PR optics? I gave you 2 stars based on good interactions in the past, but it seems one star is more appropriate.

KNOW THE DEAL BEFORE YOU PAY:: Be careful when dealing with this dispensary! You will have to inform your bud tenders if there are any deals or specials going on. Otherwise they will charge you full price! I had to go to the ATM and pay the fee when my order was 22$ less than I was told initially. And when you call and discuss it with a manager (Gabe) he will be rude and talk over you. He is unprofessional and childish. Instead of noticing their error and apologizing he continued to talk over me and tell me that I was being rude and told me to never come back…I’ll send my friends :)

Worst customer service ever, never again will I give my hard earned money. Over charge like a mother, and I tip the staff Accordingly. Mint hooked it up with more for my buck. It really sucks, i liked the staff but remember. The customers dont remember the many good time they had, but remember the bad times they had. I will definitely remember this.

Johnny came over to offer his opinion on flower . Loved it. Albert at the front desk was so welcoming . This is a good place and 20 percent off ftp deals . I’d come here more often if it was closer but definitely one of the better dispensaries . The only thing is it was a little hard to find in the business center . Had an unfortunate incident not related to the dispensary itself and the staff here went out of their way to help me remedy the situation. They were so awesome with how they handled a situation that wasnt their fault. Amazing customer service. I love them.They have an awesome shop with a nice selection, too. When Im in town, this will be my go-to place from here on.

I love this place. This is the 3rd dispensary I’ve been to in Phoenix and it’s definitely the best. It was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I’m used to Oregon and Colorado where I could really shop and get help looking for exactly what I want and I finally found that place here in Phoenix. Kind Meds will be my dispensary from now on.. This place is good for product and the reps are cool. The manager is a different story. They have been out of a product for 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager and he looked at me like I was stupid and said we dont have it just because you want it It comes in cycles I guess. Stay away. Used to be my favorite place, but has quickly lost its appeal with me and several others.Pros:Tax is included in anything Ive purchased.Small place with a lot less traffic, so its usually easy to get in and out.Laid back staff.Cons:Updates are frequently incorrect. Its even hit or miss on if they will even be open at times. Website and even the phone recording will say they are open, but thats just not the case. Being closed on New Years makes sense, but let your people know. It shows a complete lack of respect or care for their clients to let those things go. Incredibly unprofessional.Subpar deals. Besides the same 30% off HG products they have each week. Its not worth the drive simply for dealsTheir Point of Sale system is terrible. They dont have scanners so each budtender has to manual type and locate the CORRECT product sku and ring it in.Some staff is TOOO chill. They all move at a snail pace, they all seem to offer terrible advice, but it does make you feel like youre being helped by homies.With all the other dispensaries and competition in the area, Id love to see these guys step up their game to us back.

I walk in and 3 employees are standing at the desk, all 3 employees not wearing a mask. The chubby dude working the desk tells me its cash only. I went to the ATM spent 5 dollars to grab cash as he watched me, and after im done he tells me I cant enter without a mask and wouldnt even provide me one! Completely disrespectful staff, and the prices are the highest in town. I would not recommend this location.

I’ve been working with cannabis and absolutely no pills for almost three years now..was hooked on OxyContin, Oxycodone and Actiq (fentanyl lollipop)...I have gone to many many dispensaries and must say that Kind Meds by far is the nicest most knowledgeable of all, bar none...they care about you and not the money...they speak from experience and that is what’s most important....I am a retired Doctor and you’ll understand when I say...they got a real good bedside manner...I tell all my friends about this dispensary and will continue too..keep up the great service...RE...

I go here all the time. Always a good experience, not sure about all the complainers. Its not the cheapest store, that is a fact but the bud is always very good quality and the people are always cool. I have no complaints

I dont know if theyre under new management or if its because they just have an overall better team now, but lately Kind has been my favorite spot. Staff has been helpful, it can get a little pricey since they do $15s for flower, but the quality has been worth it and they prep their phone orders fast af.

They will charge you 1 gram out of your allotment per 100mg edible instead of .1 be aware on the overcharges on your allotment... they do it differently then other dispensaries and claim its their policy(which does not make because no other dispensary does this that Ive seen)..............I dropped off a resume then withdrew it after I figured out they did that.. anyway, so they can see what the problem is, drop a like if you agree this would grind your gears. P.s The staff was not knowledgeable however at least they were respectful and friendly.

The flower was pretty good, but they only have what they considered to be top shelf and that I do not consider a top shelf for $10 a gram. Other than that, does the fairly decent place. The location is kind of weird, I almost felt like do is catch because you have a dispensary in the middle of a bunch of legit doctors offices in insurance companies in such in a very upscale part of town and I was definitely watching for cops pulling out of their butt it was an overall good experience. The only reason I probably wont return is because of the lacking variety of choices when it comes to flower.

Unhappy with my purchase

Came from Flagstaff a few years ago and for while Id just take a trip up to flag and go back up there for meds because of their quality. Kind meds is only place that came close to my previous experience. They know their products and only have the best there. The location was a bit odd being in a business complex, but I actually liked that because on my way out I didnt have strangers coming to me and asking to pay double for a gram like at other places in Mesa. It also just adds a classy feel. Too many places focus on amount per dollar but any patient that does their research knows quality comes first quantity second. Kind Meds has that in mind; best place in the valley.

Love this place. When I first started coming I didnt know what to choose from. From the beginning employees just asked me what I was simply dealing with and what am.i looking to solve. Even tho it took me sometime to settle on what worked best for me. I wouldnt have been able to get to a place of recovery and stability that I now experience.The knowledge generosity and patient kindness from the staff. Is what keeps me coming back. No where else to go in my eyes.Were like family.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to those with seizures as myself. They always ask how I feeling using the Charlotte’s Web. They try to stear me in the right editable. And they help me when they are out of my normal buy. A great friend recommended this place. I have not been disappointed yet and the people are so kind and know what’s the best.

Only place Ive been, that NEVER gave me a bad/ mediocre batch. This place needs more recognition (swear Im not a bot).. Tenders are awesome, and you never have to wait long. I spent 3 years going to the same 2 places, until I discovered this gem. Now I dont go anywhere else for my medication. This place is all about quality and customer satisfaction.

I was a frequent client of Kind for over 2 years until the Mask thing happened and their true colors came out. The prices werent great, and the quality is low.Anyway, I continued until today when the staff made it clear; for someone like me who cant clinically wear a mask, they did not have any accommodation. Instead, I was told you need to put on a MASK or GET OUT. Were not giving you any business without a MASK. Those are the RULESWell okay! That marks the end of my patronage of this children-run drug hive. Hey Kind, lower your prices, improve your quality, and fire your staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. They are very happy to answer questions and they are so patient. They have a great selection of flower. Including a huge choice of pure Sativas. As for concentrates. WOW so much to choose from! Literally dozens of waxes.I was impressed by my experience at Kind Meds. I will be returning.

Extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. They carry the KIND resin pens which last forever and they source their flower from our local medical testing labs. Because of that they are able to provide detailed descriptions of how the medicine will work with you and I LOVE that :)

This has to be the worst run dispensary in Arizona.There are a bunch of 20 year old pot smokin, under educated people working here. We are a medical state here in Arizona please educate your people on what medical marijuana is.It amazes me how poor this management team has trained their people.The products are average quality and overpriced.

This place and the staff are absolutely amazing!!! I just got my license and was kind of nervous because Ive never smoked tobacco or weed. and when I went (Daniel helped me) they made me feel welcome and they were very kind, professional and patient. They took their time with me and answered all my many questions with patience. They asked me questions to see what would be the best route and they did not force any other products on me. The facility is very clean and it almost seems spa-like. I would definitely recommend to everybody--both new and seasoned customers.

Spoke to a gentleman named Ryan. I simply called to see if there was another option to order online because leafly nor the website has not been updated in 4 days and he acted as if it was a pain to answer the phone and gave me the nastiest attitude for simply trying to order online ... what the heck maybe it was because it was the morning time ..

I gave a poor rating because they dont accept credit cards when there is a OVER CHARGING FEE TELLER MACHINE ON SITE, SO I HAVE TO RUN TO BANK, THEN RUN TO STORE GET GOODIES, ...COME TO THINK OF IT ILL GO SOMEWHERE THAT TAKES CREDIT CARDS.Careful too. Not very good at keeping a regular customer, due to poor support and follow up. Very hard to catch someone on charge.

They were rude, disrespectful, and I cant believe how I was treated by these people. I called ahead and told a rep about this advertisement, he said as long as I bring it in they will honor it. They didnt and tried to cause a big fight. I wanted nothing more than to leave I really wasnt trying to argue for my medication. After asking for my deal that was promised, they became hostile and two of them started ganging up cornering me at the door. Then I asked to leave and when I tried to open the door the rep said Woah stop trying to break my door, where are you going and wouldnt let me leave even when I asked!!! Another representative said after another told him to open the door just get out of here, we dont need your money. Dispensaries are ment to be a safe place and this one is hostile.

The only dispensary Ive been to that sells horrible pre-rolls. These were a joke. The container was a generic plastic sandwich bag. I purchased 2 for $20.00; so not as if they were cheap by any means... The flower smelled horrible and had ZERO affect.I have had my card 2 years, this place is the closest to my home and I would rather drive to another dispensary 3-5 miles away. By far the absolute worse place I have walked in to. Honestly, going to file a complaint with AZDHS. Glad I didnt spend more than $20.
