Mindy is so talented. She has treated so many of my health and wellness concerns for over 7 years. I work with my hands and after taking on too many projects last summer, she successfully treated my accelerating tendonitis and repetitive motion conditions. In addition to her long-standing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, she had a 20+ year career as RN for urgent care so she can critically assess your condition from eastern and western perspectives and advise you on the most effective treatment plan. Her bedside manner is caring and professional, and her office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As long as she is in practice, I will be a loyal patient!

Mindy Hayden listens actively and has a professional demeanor around customers.She is intelligent, skilled and considers the quality of her work to be important.Ive been seeing Mindy for the past year or so, and can testify that she truly works wonders with her magical touch. I have mostly sought out acupuncture as part of a personal stress-management strategy, but whether something in my life is stressing me out or physically causing me pain, I always emerge from Mindys treatment room as a more peaceful, centered being. She has a gentle but effective needling style. I saw results within 24 hours and have been coming back to see her ever since.

Mindy is an amazing acupuncturist as well as a beautiful person with a genuine concern for her patients. Mindy did a very thorough intake and she spent time talking to me about what acupuncture is all about and made me feel comfortable with the idea of the needles. She also explained why she was putting needles in certain places and what the benfits could be. When you walk in, it smells so lovely and has wonderful soft soothing sounds playing which made the atmosphere very calming. This place is by far the best stress and pain relief experience I could ever wish for. Mindy is so sweet, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and is personal. I left her office feeling rested and more centered.

This is my third year being treated by Mindy. I have had a dead spot running down my leg to my toes from an injured nerve requiring lumbar disc surgery in 2003. This caused increased sensitivity in my foot, toes and buttox. It was your typical sciatic nerve route. Three years ago while staying in Mesa for the winter, I thought I would give acupuncture a try. The only thing that lessened the pain was opioids. After the first treatment from Mindy I was amazed in the changes to my nerves. A few more treatments and I not only had minimal pain, I felt the deadened area again! Unfortunately winter was over and I had to leave. Last winter (2018) and this winter (2019) Mindy has treated several different problems from my knee stiffness and pain to ringing in my ears. Each has proven to be helped by acupuncture when nothing else did. I began taking CBD oil before beginning acupuncture it helps with pain and Mindy sells a very good CBD oil at a reasonable price. The combination of both has worked very wellMindy is professional, listens to your problem areas, has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I have to leave Mesa soon and envy all who live here and can see Mindy year round. I will be back next winter and back to the Hayden Wellness!
