It is kind of hard to get appointments but Dr. Payne is really great.

I have seen Dr. Sean Green and he is so awesome and nice. I love this place.

I am not one to leave reviews good or bad but my experience here was so wonderful I had to share. I saw Sean Green and he was so informative and sweet and listened very well. The nurse was wonderful as was all the other staff. I have extreme anxiety about getting blood drawn and everyone was so nice and accommodating and helped me get though it with no problems. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to this doctors office for the past 20-plus years. The nurses, the receptionist, and the doctors are all exceptionally positive, upbeat people.

Very bad service and rude staff. Wow, has this place changed.

Today after experiencing what others have wrote I complained to nurse/receptionist Reggie that I was at the point I was ready to go get another doctor as I had already complained personally to the manager and Dr Overmeyer about how poor the level of service has been since Bon Secours took over. His replyWhy dont you go somewhere else Would you like to talk to the managerIn other words.....I dont care about your complaint take it or leave it or call the manager or go somewhere else.Ill be going to Patient First in the morning and finding another doctor this week.

It would really be nice if you could talk to a nurse when you call no some person somewhere else scheduling appointments! I can never get an appointment so i am looking to go to another practice! I love DR. Payne but the service there is awful!

While I absolutely love Dr. Overmeyer, I am tired of taking to the answering machine that nobody ever listens to. I called three times (once on MOnday and twice on Tuesday) this week to get an appointment and nobody returned my call. I ended up paying twice as much at Patient First, because I couldnt get treated by my own primary care physician. My husband even tried to get through, and when someone finally contacted HIM back (not me), they left a snippy message about if I needed to be seen that badly, just go to an urgent care place. Absolutely NOT acceptable. Goodbye to this practice.

Professional, friendly, on time and good at what they do. I highly recommend them for a general practice provider.

If you like waiting over an hour in a waiting room every time you go to the doctor, this is the place for you.

Love it the folks are nice & professional, in and out in a timely manner.
