I love Dr. Domah

Dr. Domah was compassionate and understood the situation and pressures I was under. Her staff is very professional and efficient.

Dr. Domah is my mothers new PCP. She has been wonderful with her! Very professional, caring, and really takes the time to understand my moms concerns. Im very pleased!

This Dr. Was the worst physician i have ever encountered. I am new to Richmond and needed to find a primary care doc due to being diabetic, and an amputee. She did not listen to me and spoke over me. I will never return, and would advise any one looking for a new doc to go anywhere else

I had my first appointment with this practice today. I will not be coming back. Dr. Domah did not listen to anything I had to say and spent all of 3 minutes with me. She then suggested major medication changes to my psychiatric medications (I dont understand how she thinks she is qualified to make those suggestions).I also told her that I had been having a little bit of sinus pressure and she immediately told me I needed antibiotics. When I told her I didnt feel that was necessary nor did I even want them she said, under her breath, its what youre going to end up taking anyway.I left feeling angry and unheard. All I came in for was to get referrals because my insurance requires that I need referrals for specialists and I had asked about weight management options, to which she replied, we need labs first. I brought in complete lab work that I had gotten done a few weeks prior to this appointment. She said it was what she needed but that she needed me to get labs done so she could see them on her computer. When I told her I would fax or email them and that physicians can look up any patients records and results through labcorps it was like I was speaking a completely different language.I would tell anyone looking for a physician around the Richmond area to never, ever make an appointment with Nau Domah. I would even go as far as to say avoid this office all together. There was only one employee there who did not seem to be waiting for death.

Not the best experience by far. Did not feel like I was listened to, repeated myself several times, quoted what computer said. No real patient doctor conversation. Got given list of pain management places and told some were being done away with and I had to call to see who took my insurance, really !! Now i see why people say NPs do you better. Also told too they dont do pain medicine because of all changes. What happened to doctors that actually help you ? Looks like Ill be saerching for another PVP yet again 🙄

Put in 2 requests for Dr. Domah to call me. First on 2/1/17, and the second a couple days later when I did not get a return call from her. It is now 2/16/17 and still waiting. Time for a new PCP.
