My experience with Dr. Wills and his staff has been world class. This began at the inception which was 7 years ago until the present moment in time. He is very detail oriented explains the entire process of surgery to the end which is recovery. I’ve been patient of Dr Wills for several years now. He and staff his have professional and attentive in my treatment.

I was originally scheduled to have total knee replacement in March 2020. Due to Covid-19, my elective surgery was canceled. By the time elective surgeries were back to being scheduled, my surgeon had retired and my PCP had left her practice. I waited until 2021 to find a new surgeon as I was having both knees replaced and wanted to maximize my out of pocket.I was lucky to find Dr. Wills. From my first meeting with him and all follow up appointments and phone calls, Dr Wills and his staff have been very professional and informative by answering all of my many questions. At this time, I am still recovering from my first surgery. Looking forward to getting my second knee replacement in a few months!!

Great experience with OrthoVirginia & Dr. Wills. I had knee surgery for my right knee, in which Dr. Wills did an excellent job. I’m healing well & 2 weeks after surgery I rarely have pain. Now, I may experience pain once I begin PT...but as of now I’m healing & bending my knee just fine. Thank you Dr. Wills!

I was referred to Dr. Wills several years ago for pain in my shoulder. I was highly impressed at my very first visit. He has an excellent bedside manner which is one of the first things I observe when seeing a doctor. Along with being highly professional in his dealings, he also takes the time to show a relaxed, friendly, personable side which lets a patient know how much he enjoys what hes doing. This says a lot about a doctor as their schedules can be extremely busy. I have been very pleased with the results of my treatment. He has gone over my diagnosis in detail explaining my condition, reviewing my x-rays, and letting me know step by step what my options are. I have a family member who volunteers at the hospital and she has shared how impressed she is with Dr. Wills just seeing him in passing on a regular basis.
