Cannot say enough about the amazing staff at First Impressions in Marshfield! They are so kind, extremely patient and are absolutely incredible with children. They certainly excel in their practice. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

They were so well with my daughter. Explained everything to me great and listened and responded to my questions without confusing me. 10/10 will br going with my furture children.

It was my sons first ever visit with a dentist and I couldnt be more happy with the service. The assistant gave us a small tour of where everything was and how they entertain the children to make them not feel scared. Being his first time, my son was afraid and cried, but both the assistant and dentist were very patient with him and reassuring. They each kept smiles on their faces and were very kind and helpful with explaining everything they were doing. I will definitely be sticking First Impressions for my sons dental care needs.

This morning our boys had work done and the assistants were Deb and Mandy. They were both excellent at making our littles feel comfortable and they also thoroughly explained things to me once done. Thank you ladies for the excellent care you give our children!

My kids get excellent gentle dental care at First Impressions in Marshfield. The staff are all super friendly and professional.

After a fourth and final visit we will not be returning. When setting up my daughters first visit we explained she had a past traumatizing experience with the dentist at a younger age and we had hopes for First Impressions to show that it is not all dentist are like her first visit. That firat visit did exact what we hoped for. However, the going back alone causes her to get nervous. I understand it is their policy, but when that doesnt fit the child they need to make exceptions. She needed serious work done on cavities, and they required payment up front. They have been unable to finish the work that is paid for because she gets scared and uncooperativ; they seem unequipped to handle a scared child. They appear to have 1 method and when that doesnt work they give up.Im less than impressed. The first visit my daughter seemed to actually enjoy it. But subsiquent visits have not been up to standard. This very last one my daughter went running out of the room screaming, Im unaware of what happened because leading up to the appointment she was excited to go.

We have always enjoyed going to First Impressions! We started going when my daughter was very young and she was terrified to go! Dr. Maggie and her staff made the whole experience so easy and calming for her. Now my son goes as well and he too thinks its so fun to go! We appreciate the time they take with each child and the detail they provide for us at the end of their appointments. We love Dr. Maggie and even drive over an hour to see her now she is THAT wonderful!!

Our family LOVES first impressions. My daughter is always a bit nervous to see the dentist but warms up the second we walk in. The indoor waiting room offers a great setting for children to relax before their exams. The staff are always friendly and so patient with the children. When I asked my daughter what her favorite part about today’s visit was she immediately answered “Dr. Maggie!”. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

We absolutely love First Impressions! Dr Maggie is humble, kind, and so genuine! She truly cares and it shows! She learns her patients vs being a number. Hannah is also SO good with kiddos! My daughter sits with her like it’s a breeze! #pediatricdentist

I wasnt sure what to expect on my 2.5 year olds first visit. The option of text messages for appointments is very convenient. The waiting room was huge and great for kids (an indoor slide and video game consoles!) Everyone, including the receptionist Amber, was genuinely friendly (no forced smiles here.) Vanessa went through everything and patiently answered my questions. She was gentle with a wailing toddler and not even phased about it as she brushed the teeth. She also gave a little tour of the office even though it was close to lunch time for everyone! Dr. Maggie was great, she soothed my jitters about little things that I thought might be big issues. She also gave me advice without the guilt and gave positive feedback which I SO appreciate. I also did not feel like I was being rushed through the appointment either. While my childs visit was short, I am so comfortable with coming back! Take your child here, you both will be glad you did!

This was our twins first trip to the dentist. The staff made it such a positive experience for them! Very impressed!

They always take time to be gentle and kind with my kiddos and to explain everything to mom and dad! I appreciate the focused care and that they go out of their way to cater to kids of all ages and situations.

We have been very impressed with Dr. Maggies care for our childrens dental health. When we heard that she was being transferred from the Plover office to Marshfield, we followed. My kids have had such positive experiences with Dr. Maggie at First Impressions (even and especially with more serious procedures) that they are excited for their appointments! (The slide in the waiting room doesnt hurt either ;) )

Dr. Maggie and staff were amazing! I would recommend first impressions to anyone with kids, my 5 year old is already asking when he can go back to the dentist!

Staff are very nice however they dont want you to accompany your child back for the procedure. This has caused a lot of anxiety in our daughter.

This dentist is like no other. I like that they are so welcoming and caring for the kids. My daughter loves coming here.

Pleasant surprise to have a kids slide, video games and a kids cartoon movie there to entertain and delight my kid before we go into any dental appt. fun space. Where the kids have cleanings is also friendly with plenty of cartoons:)
