Horrible was client for few years and had crown put in fell out three occasions. The previous crown was in there for 15 years never fell out. Do regular cleaning and doctor didn’t inspect throughout. Sometimes doctor not in there during cleaning. Went to another place took their time on there patients. Stay clear from them.

THERE SIMPLY IS NO BETTER DENTIST THAN DR. WILL. I needed two implants but was told by another dentist I could only have one. That dentist sent me to a specialist who confirmed I could only have one. Had my first appointment for a Routine Cleaning/Check up today. I saw both the hygienist Melissa and Dr. Sarah.I had been dreading this appointment as I have never had a good experience with a dental office and because of this it’s been...awhile. Well, I’m happy to say this was a positive experience from start to finish. The office was friendly, professional and tech savvy. After many years of neglecting my teeth, I made an appointment at Luxesmile in Marshfield, MA. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted in a very warm and professional manner. Dr. Sarah was wonderful! She explained everything that was being done before she did it and I was so relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Sarah went over, in detail, all my options for the work I needed done and it was my choice. Cari, who worked along side Dr Sarah was also great to be around. On my second appointment, I met Dr. Yalda, who is such a great addition to the team. I also need to give a shout out to the owner, Dr. Will. As I was leaving I had the pleasure to meet Perri Ann. She worked getting me set up with all the follow up appointments, and also explained exactly what the treatment plan would be and what it was going to cost me. There were no surprises about what I would owe. This is the place to go. I travel from New Hampshire, THATS HOW GOOD THEY ARE!!

Awesome! Although they were booked weeks ahead they let me know when there were cancellations and got four of us in for our regular exams with in a week’s time. A very happy, friendly and enjoyable place. We got to play some checkers in the waiting room and take a guess at how many matchsticks were in a jar for a chance to win a fun prize. So nice to have a fun experience a good cleaning and great advice from pleasant knowledgeable people.

Well thats how I felt after dealing with dentist from New York to here. Guess what - I have not left here since 2008 I believe. Dr. Will can tell you that I was one tough cookie to break. I had more trust issues and fears than you can imagine. Dr. Will put on his charm and in my head, I was thinking heres another dentist working it up to hit me with a HUGE bill. NOPE! I love everyone at LuxeSmile. I have always had an irrational fear of the dentist but Dr. Will made me feel so at ease. The equipment is top of the line and they have done everything possible to make you comfortable, from choosing the music they play to the comfortable chair to the sunglasses they give you so the lights dont blind you. They made an experience that I usually dread one that I actually look forward to. I recently took my young children there as well and the hygienist, Amy, was amazing with them. She was calm and patient and went slow whenever they were nervous. She also took the time to show them how to take care of their teeth and brush properly. (Dr. Sara is prompt, knowledgeable, quick, very understanding and she does excellent work.) thats what I said 2 years ago when Lux smile sold me on getting the smile I always desired. my front two teeth were not perfect so the solution was to have them ground down and capped. in the process temp teeth were cemented in while the new teeth were being made at a lab. in the 2 weeks the temp teeth fell several times and they fixed them. The new teeth came in, they were cemented into place and I wrote my original review about how great I liked my smile. 2 years has passed since I had my front teeth capped they have fallen out numerous times Ive had them recemented, Ive super glued them...I dont have one of them now because I swallowed it... and now they cant put another crown back on that tooth. Had I known I was going to be left with one tooth essentially missing... I would never have had my teeth ground down. I would have had it bonded or veneered and fixed like that... not this kind of repair that compromised the teeth I have for ones that cant stay in. The dentist said they cant put another cap on the post (my ground down front tooth) so now Im stuck with a smile that has to be taken to another dentist to repair. After spending thousands of dollars I have compromised my functional smile for one that is un acceptional last month I ordered another night guard to keep from grinding my teeth the impressions were already taken this is a replacement nightguard and the dentist essentially put a filling in the space where my tooth is missing to fill the gap. We scheduled a consult to discuss other options ... the invoice was over $600.00 for that visit. the filling tooth fell out in 4 days. Im hoping they will ship me the nightguard Im working 4 hours from the office this week and cant make it back for the visit.
