Love it here. I’ve been coming to Marshfield Dental Group for 10 years now!! Dr. Ameri is so great and has such a fun personality. Every single staff member is kind and helpful and I’ve always had pleasant experiences here. Even when I stopped working in the area and moved, I still drive over 1/2 hour for my appointments. I won’t consider finding a different dentist closer to my house!! I definitely recommend this practice.

This dental practice I found by accident when my previous dentist retired. It has been a great transition. Their office and exam rooms are clean, they comply with CDC protocols and the staff is warm and friendly. They are very good about billing too. I find their work to be thorough with state-of-the-art equipment. Highly recommend

The best dentist I’ve ever been! Amber who is dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle cleaning my teeth and I felt very comfortable. She also suggest me what kind of tooth brush I should use for my sensitive gum. I highly recommend this place!

The ladies at the front desk are saints. They help me with everything and make me feel comfortable and assisted me with financial options. The hygienist and dr also made sure I knew everything about the procedures they were doing. I always come in as a stress case and leave feeling confident because of them.

Whitney is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been too. Her care for health of my mouth and gentle touch are unmatched!

There was confusion checking in. I received an email that morning with instructions to call phone number given and wait in car for return call telling me to come in building. I called, got voicemail and left message and waited 15 minutes with no call back. I called three times and got voicemail each time. I decided to go to door and saw note on door with different instructions telling patients to knock and wait for staff to be admitted. Email instructions need to be updated. I had appointment with Whitney and she was great. She is very personable and caring and did a good job with cleaning although I wasn’t able to have my teeth checked because the dentist was not there.

I was very impressed with both Amber’s knowledge and professionalism. She did a terrific job!

Dr. Ameri made an extra effort to have my moms procedures as seamless as possible for us. She has a great personality and explains treatments thoroughly!

I have been a patient at this location for years and have always had a good experience. This time was no exception except for the $10 PPE charge added to my bill, which is why I didnt give 5 stars! I own a business in the health field, and while my costs have also increased, I have not passed on these charges to my customers especially since many have lost jobs or had hours decreased. My opinion is that we should be happy that our customers and/or patients are supporting our businesses and trusting us with their safety. I appreciate your asking for feedback and look forward to your thoughts on this.

I have been going to Dr. Ameri for several years. She is very professional, gentle, and on top of the latest technologies/procedures in dentistry. Everyone in the office - dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel are very friendly and efficient. It is a pleasant experience to go to their office.

Covid procedures are easy to follow, staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Dr.Amari is personable and professional. She always spends a lot of time with you and asks if you have any concerns or problems. She is also a perfectionist and does a great job if you need any crowns, etc. I must say I have never experienced any pain while getting work done. The whole staff is great, hygienists, assistant Diane and Donna & Marilyn in the front office. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible toothache, and after calling several offices to see who could see me ASAP, Marshfield Dental was the only office that graciously told me to come on down. I walked in and immediately felt welcome. I filled out paperwork and they quickly got to work. Despite not having the time or personel to complete the procedure (RC) on such short notice, they called several locations and referred me to another local practice within a 2 hour window!!! They went out of their way to genuinely help me, and I’m extremely grateful...Thank you!!!!

My dentist from Hanover sold his practice to this group. We have been with this office for over two years. After roughly a year with them I received a bill entitled Conversion Adjustment credit for $190.00. No detail for this charge. When I inquired, I was told the prior dental office had billing issues and had never charged for these services. I have asked countless times if I could have a breakdown of these charges. The answer was yes. It has been well over a year that I continue to receive this charge with no explanation with it listed as over 90 days in arrears. This is unfair and frankly unacceptable. I have left this practice because of their lack of respect and poor service for their clients. BTW, my son has left as well as they continue to bill him the entire bill and have never submitted the charge to his dental insurance co. This is a very incompetent dental office.
