Dr. Pronczuk and her staff are very professional and always friendly. With Covid around, I was very apprehensive in going. But once I got there, last year as well as this year, seeing all the safety precautions they were following, I was quite comfortable being there with no hesitations about any future appointments. And her office is on the main floor, no steps to climb!

Love the new office! I have been going to Dr. P for years. Staff is very friendly and awesome. They explain details of procedures and what to work on so you dont need any procedures done. The office environment is clean and state of the art new equipment! Highly recommend. They are great with kids too!

Dr. Pronchuk and her staff are exceptionally professional and efficient. Their facility and equipment are first class. Their work is excellent and they readily answer any questions I have and explain things very well. The support, customer service, and communications are excellent and very convenient. Their use of social media helps me get the reminders I need. With appointments being six months apart, it is easy to forget. But her groups social media tools provide advance reminders. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Pronczuk is always very warm and welcoming and seems genuinely happy to see me, which makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is highly skilled and her work is impeccable. Patty, the excellent hygienist, does an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. At my last visit, she used a new instrument and my teeth have not been this white in years.

Doctor P is the best dentist around! The staff are warm and welcoming! Dr. He is committed to her patients theyre not just a dollar sign to her she really cares about them. Everytime I get a procedure done she consistently asks how Im doing. If you are concerned about abything being done or needs to be done she explains it in a way you understand and feel at ease. Great staff and a new/clean facility. They have screens that let you watch Netflix while youre getting your teeth cleaned which is pretty cool, especially if you have a little one in the chair.
