I live out of town and My rx sunglasses broke and I walked right in and Dr. Ryan and his staff were so friendly and fixed my sunglasses in a snap. I am so grateful for them!

This is them best experience and quality of optimal quality care i have received for my daughter with a extremely high and rare vision impairment. I can not reccomend Dr. Taylor enough. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much. Totally worth the 135 mile round trip!

My family has been going here for our eye care ever since we moved back into Manhattan. Ryan Wyche, the practice manager, is an awesome guy with great customer service. Great place to get your eyes checked, get some new glasses or just a repair. Recommended Fully!

I really enjoyed all of my experiences with Epic Vision. Weve been to eye doctors offices all across the country since we are military and this office has been my favorite so far. I got a recommendation from a spouses page and Im very glad I decided to check them out. Rachel and Ryan were wonderful with me and my kids, helping pick out glasses and just with super positive attitudes that made the process super breezy. Dr. Epp was also wonderful and kind. The rest of the staff, which I feel bad that I didnt learn the names of were also great. Overall a super staff and great experience!

I made the appointment and indicate the insurance I was cover with, on the day of the visit they did not disclosed all the additional charges i will have. To my surprise I receive a call 2 weeks later that they forgot to charged me additional $123 for contact lenses fitting and if I dont pay for this they will not give me the new set of lenses i ordered for my old frame. This is outrageous!. Please ensure they disclose all what you will be charged after your visit, if you dont want surprises. This is the first and last time I will use Epic Vision. I guess I will be looking for another provider next year!.

Friendly service and very fast

Terrible experience with VA referral. I was sent here on a referral by the VA to get a prescription. Problem 1 - For me to get glasses made by the VA, Epic has to send them back an order for glasses. Epic refuses to do it despite talking with me about the VA and acting like it was all fine. Ok fine, the VA said they will send me someplace else. Problem 2 - Epic sent me a bill for an insurance deductible. Im 80 percent disabled and my VA care doesnt have a deductible. Despite trying multiple times to get Epic to resolve this, they wont even look to see if it was billed correctly, they just keep saying that I dont know my own policy and telling me someone will call me that knows why Im being billed...no one has ever called back. This has gone on for almost 4 months now.

I misplaced my replacement lenses and had a few months until my next appointment, so I called to see what my options where, and within an hour they had two pairs waiting for me to pick up at no charge. Excellent customer service!

Dr. Stigge has gone above and beyond in his care for our family time and time again. He has extensive experience in pediatric developmental vision evaluations and does continuing ed in vision therapy. We appreciated the thorough evaluation when we needed it. He also fit me in last minute for an emergency visit and came in again on his day off the next day to check my healing progress. He encourages a team mindset by consulting with experts in his field and other fields to provide the best care possible. I am grateful to not feel like a number and to know that we are being so well cared for!

The employees were very friendly, I called on a Friday and got an appointment the next day. I’ve never had such a great eye exam before, the doctor Made sure all my questions were answered and explained everything thoroughly! Dr. Stigge is outstanding as was his assistant, but the young man helping me pick glasses went over options too fast as theres a line between knowing subject matter and explaining it properly. Mostly a positive experience.

Very quick and efficient. Everyone who helped me was nice and personable. Normally I would feel like I needed a friend to help me pick glasses, but the staff made me comfortable enough to trust their opinion. He was very honest about what he thought in a very kind way, and I wasnt pushed to buy anything I didnt need. Also, even when things took a little longer than expected and it was close to closing time, I didnt feel rushed out. In fact, we were still enjoying our conversation. Very nice people.

Went in for just a regular eye exam, it was quick and painless (thank goodness). The doctor and the woman who helped me sort out my insurance were extremely nice however it did end up getting a little busy/crowded in there so I’d advice making appointments early. Other than that I’m very glad I chose this place and I’d recommend it to everyone.

Epic Vision is highly recommended to everyone in manhattan. The employees were welcoming and got me in the same day! The doctor did an amazing job as well I’ve never had such a great eye exam before. After my exam one of the employees helped me pick out new frames and wasn’t pushy about buying which I liked. I ended up buying a new set of frames and couldn’t be more excited to pick them up soon!

Epic vision was great! Ryan was super friendly and helped squeeze us in on a Saturday, an hour before they closed. Dr. Stigge was kind and very thorough.

As soon as I walked into Eye Vision the customer service was amazing.I was quickly helped by Ryan. My older pair of glasses needed some repairing. While waiting I walked around to admire the new eyewear and before long was trying on glasses. Julia and Ryan assisted in helping me find the right pair. It was an enjoyable time finding the right pair which I purchased.

I was visiting Manhattan and forgot my contacts on the plane. I called all over to see if I could get a pair of contacts and Epic was more than willing to help! The kindest, friendliest service I’ve ever experienced!

The eye doctor in this office is a Manhattan native. He has been practicing a long time, and it was evident that he takes pride in keeping on top of the latest knowledge and technology in the field of optometry. He was very thorough in the exam and carefully listened to my concerns. I saw other reviews describing problems with the receptionist from several months back, but I had nothing but a pleasant and professional experience with the receptionist during my visit. She easily answered my questions both over the phone and in the office. I highly recommend.

Epic vision has been totally awesome! I recently got my first pair of glasses and they were all very polite and informative. Ryan at the front is incredibly knowledgeable with impeccable customer service and will get you fitted in a pair you’ll be very happy with.

Friendly service. I called on Friday and got an appointment on the following Monday. Make sure you know what your vision plan includes and ask what you will receive here. I went in for an exam which on my VSP is a $20 copay. At checkout my total was $44. WTF? Well I got a retinal scan that I wasnt expecting and that no one there mentioned wasnt standard service. I did not know what to expect since my last eye exam was 3 yrs ago in the Army.So I say they did a great job at Epic vision service was fast and efficient . Be sure to ask exactly what you are getting and is it covered. Epic visions standard of care might be higher than you are used to.

I loved my doctor he was awesome! The receptionist was just plain rude and not helpful at all. She acted as if I was low priority and that I should have been calling them to see if my information had been sent through.Your job is to run an office so, I would think she would be kind enough to give a patience a call if they were having troubles with getting info. I am a receptionist and I would never act this way towards a customer. I Loved my doctor and this is why I think they should invest in a receptionist that has the ability to be just as open and kind as my doctor was.

Stigge has been my eye doctor since 2007. His staff is friendly and accommodating. Hes always able to get me in for an appointment in short notice, and has provided trial lenses to get me through, if I was in need. Hes friendly and has a good sense of humor. Ive recommended Dr. Stigge to several of my co-workers and friends, hes great!

Dr Mondero always explains what hes doing and educates on eye health. He explains the scan of your eye, what hes looking for and why. Really thorough and great with patients

Excellent care from the moment I walked and was greeted by the front office through the entire appointment. Very detailed and thorough exam with cutting edge equipment. Organized, efficient, clean, and positive office.Dr Mondero took the time to look further in to a vision problem that started 30 years ago and went as far as to spend extra time encouraging me as I tried out of couple of options for regaining sight in one of my eyes. Whether or not I am able to restore sight remains to be seen but if it happens it will be because Dr. Mondero took the time to explore options and dare to wonder when all other doctors for the past three decades have not questioned my situation.

The doctor is amazing but the staff is very unhelpful. I am on vacation and lost a contact and needed to get my prescription sent over. Not once was I rude but they did not care that this was an emergency. I asked them to call when my prescription was faxed and never received a phone call. Disappointing as l am on vacation and would love to see. Awful service.

I am very pleased with the care I have received for my eyes since I moved to Manhattan. Ive been a patient since 2000. Dr. Stigge listens to his patients concerns. I have worn contacts since H.S., now 69, so fitting my eyes is no doubt not easy but I have been given not only what I want but very good vision using contacts & glasses. I believe as I age he is looking out to provide the best vision and keep my eyes as health as possible. He respects my desire to not spend more than necessary for eyecare but to encourage me when spending makes sense. I am very pleased with Ryan Wyche who fitted my glasses. It takes a devoted person to know all the detailed benefits under different types of insurance as well as the best type of eyewear that will look good and provide good vision. I was very impressed with Ryans professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach. He allows the patient to discuss concerns about cost or which bells and whistles to add for the best match to the patient. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Stigge and Ryan at their new location. Spotted a problem I was having with my contacts without me bringing it up. Also he performed a larger variety of tests than my previous optometrist. Very positive experience.

Made an online reservation the nigth before, very nice facility and good doctor. They dont have a wide selection of glass but i found something i like.

The eye doctor was more thorough and professional before becoming part of Epic. Due to scheduling difficulties on 3 different occasions and rudeness my family will be seeing a different eye doctor henceforth.
