Overall kind nurses and knowledgeable doctors. Takes a long time sometimes to get appointments.

First ever appointment, Starting my primary care here very professional and respectful staff from the moment you get your covid screening to going in the clinic and checking in, very pleased with the hospitality and care that was given to me , my rating in only because inside the building placards, and direction where little confusing, but I will definitely recommend this facility and primary care to family and friends

Dr. Westberg is thorough and talented. Im thankful she was recommended to me as a general practitioner, and I highly recommend her to anyone else. Shes thorough and determined to help you get well.

Dr. Ruggle is a quack. He doesn’t listen to what you are telling him what is hurt. Doesn’t do jack for your pain but wants you to go to physical therapy hey that makes since when you already have chronic pain. Let’s adjutant some more so you’re in more pain. He’s a waste of time and money!

Dr. Ruggles is very personable and easy to talk to. He is a young doctor and not set in his ways. I like that because he listens to me and takes in everything I tell him.I finally found a doctor I am comfortable with and who will outlast me! I hope he sticks around!

The receptionist that answers the phones here is incredibly rude. Every time Ive had to call, shes very short and unpleasant. I understand she deals with a lot of people every day, but thats no excuse to have bad manners. They need to hire someone with a better attitude and better people skills. Especially since thats the first contact that people have when they contact the clinic. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the place for sure!

Annette Hems (Cardiologist) is outstanding. She has listened to me through every step of my treatment and has always helped me out when I voiced concerns about my condition.

The whole complex smells like mold and mildew. Dunno how youre selling wellness in a contaminated enviroment. Not a very compassionate enviroment either. Feel like they want to condemn their patients rather than care for them and make them well again

Dr. Westberg is a nice and good at her job right along with 2 of the nurse practitioner, I do know 1 of the nurse practitioner very well because I use to see her when she wss working in the Emergency Room at the hospital, Dr. Westberg, Cora Lee, and Summer are good they listen to what Im telling them and they explain things to me clearly and that I understand what there going to do for tests.

These people do not know how to deal with Tricare! They perform a lot of tests that are not approved by Tricare (Yet they tell you they are until you get the bill.) and then they try to bill you for them and they are very persistent about it. They harass you over the phone, through e-mail and through the mail. If you have Tricare do not go through them. The provider did a bunch of tests and then told me that she didnt know what was wrong with me and that she didnt know what to do with me! Very incompetent.

Dr. Westberg is a fantastic physician!
