I walked into the facility today after falling on my stairs last night. The care I received was top notch, and I didnt have to wait long at all. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and explained everything about what she was doing and why she was doing it as she examined my injuries. It was refreshing to have a doctor so thorough and empathetic. The nurse who took my history and vitals was also fantastic. Even the front desk person was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this facility if youre sick or injured and need help quickly.

If your doing cmp exams for va please please look elsewhere they did my exam jan 11th 2021 and still havent sent it to the va for evaluation.

My partner made an appointment for an annual wellness exam for me, explaining that I would also need prescription refills. After going in and filling out paperwork, stating at the front desk the reason for my visit (wellness exams, prescription refills), the nurse brought me back and asked again why I was there. When it was learned I wanted prescriptions, she left and came back saying that the nurse practitioner couldnt prescribe those drugs and that it was his fault for not checking when he made the appointment if the staff could prescribe those drugs. They were happy to charge me for a visit, though, even though only weight was taken and ears were checked. No other care administered. This place seems more interested in caring for their profit margins than in caring for potential patients.

Went to Manhattan Care directly after consuming 2 large number 4s at burger king. The bathrooms at burger king were horrendous and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get my food. However, the pleasure that was brought upon my every being caused me to nearly seize as I had what can only be described as a cathartic, culinary experience. My blood started to flow faster, my senses were sharpened, and in that moment I was alive. I wont bother trying to associate mere English words with the godly taste of the burgers.What happened just moments later.. like trumpets calling the demons back to Hell...the stench, like 1,000 rotten corpses vomited. I couldnt stand to stay in one room for fear of succumbing to my own odors. I had a gastrointestinal experience like nothing Ive ever imagined. Cramps, sweating, and bloating beyond my worst nightmare. Ive had food poisoning from some bad shellfish and that was almost like a skip in the park compared to what was going on inside me. For 3 hours, the eruptions came at a steady pace.

Excellent providers and caring staff. Had to take my little one in and turned out he had strep. They were so kind to him and has us in and out quickly. They even called to follow up a few days later. Highly recommend this place! Really great service and a clean facility.

Great experience! I had a fall this morning and was able to get in and out within an hour. I realize that cant always happen but even throughout my time there Kelcy who appeared to be the CMA kept me posted about what was going on. I was also able to get my X-ray done here as well. Beth the PA was on today and she was fantastic. Hopefully I wont ever have to come back but if I do Id be comfortable returning.

I had a great experience there!! Very friendly and quick! The provider was very helpful. She gave me lots of advice on what I should do for my knee pain. Fastest urgent care in town. I would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely great care and a nice clean environment. Alexa is the PA who provided care, and she was knowledgeable, nice and thorough. John, the nurse, was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this medical facility.

My daughter was seen here for a rash, the front desk staff was very polite and helpful, we saw the PA, Kaitlin she was very thorough with explaining a diagnosis and treatment plan to us. Pricing is very reasonable and they give a discount for self pay patients which is more than I can say for other urgent cares in town. Would recommend my family and friends to go here.

I have brought my son in several times and each time he has had a thorough exam. If a diagnosis was elusive, symptom management was advised and follow was arranged. I was also seen for strep and my visit was quick and painless. I have recommended MUC to family members and friends.

You should not go here especially if you are a college student because they will take advantage of YOU!! They purposely racked up the bill by testing me for 10 things and charging $100-200 for each test. I was only knowledgeable of two tests for the issue I was having and did not expect the huge bill that came after for the useless tests. This does not even include the office visit. Please save yourself the money and go somewhere else!

I have been into M.U.C. multiple times and I have to say I am highly impressed! The staff has gone above and beyond to help me with insurance and making sure I have everything I need before starting school. The doctors are very knowledgeable and Erin behind the counter is a blast! If you need anything, Manhattan Urgent Care is the place to go!!

Horrible place. The doctor had no idea what was wrong with me and no actual assistance was given and yet Ive been charged about $500 between them and the labs they did. They keep sending me bills a month later. Dont waste your money. Id rather have an extra $500 and just stayed at home til I felt better like I had to do anyways.

The doctor at this place doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. The entire visit all he could say was “I don’t know. He ended up writing me a prescription but said “I don’t know if this will work but you can try it.” Don’t waste your time and money on this place and when I say money they upcharge like crazy. Also the nurse doesn’t really know what she is doing either since she couldn’t even right down my birthday correctly from my driver’s license.

HORRIBLE AND CRAZY EXPENSIVE! I seen Dr. Avila and she was very unprofessional. I was the first patient there that morning and it took almost an hour to be seen. The environment felt more like a dirty basement than a doctors office. I would recommended either going to KSTAT or just stay at home. Not worth it.

Ive not once had a bad experience here and started going to them after I kept having bad experiences at Kstat. Manhattan Urgent Care is way better and the people are way nicer.

I saw Beth Tolentino and she was awesome. For those saying that it was expensive... Of course its expensive if your insurance doesnt cover any/much of an urgent care visit. I have Tricare and left without paying a dime. You cant rate them for something they cant control. It all depends on your insurance and the best way to find out is to call the insurance copy and ask if youll have a copay.

I have been twice, and these folks are great. If you just cant wait to get an appointment with your regular doctor, I highly recommend Manhattan Urgent Care.

Came in with symptoms of the flu. Told them how sore my body was and they told me to go to the ER, as they don’t have equipment for an injury I might have? I assume they think I was looking for drugs. I went to the other urgent care and got my test work done (I did have the flu).Don’t visit this urgent care, go to the K+STAT urgent care.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for a sinus infection...was leaving for a trip the next day. I was told that sinus infections could only be diagnosed by a CT scan and denied antibiotics. I spent my whole vacation unable to breathe and ran a fever everyday. Waste of a copy and time. I would advise going to K-Stat instead.

Sent us for lab work to be done and never heard from them again. Said they would refer the results to another doctors office. Other office said they never heard anything about it. Ended up going to the ER the next day only to have them run the same tests because nobody would return their requests for results.Really hoped this place would be better than Kstat. Not at all. Same heres your prescription follow up with your doctor spiel.*EDIT*Review number 2, a couple months after my review above my wife returned here to get a note to excuse her from work due to nasuea/vomiting. After diagnosing a simple stomache bug, they gave her an intramuscular injection for the nausea. As soon as they poked her with the needle her left leg lost all feeling and her left foot began radiating excruciating pain. The people here said it would be fine in a day or two.After 3 weeks of grimace inducing, constant, excruciating pain that kept her in tears and did not allow her to sleep she called them explaining the situation. Came in for a follow up and the nurse working came into the office with a paper full of scribbles she kept referencing during our visit. It very much looked like she googled my wifes symptoms. When they couldnt figure out what was wrong they said they would refer her to a neurologist that afternoon to follow up (Friday). That Sunday we received a call from them, they still had not sent her referral, and now insisted she would need to see a primary care doctor to get imaging done before a specialist would see her. When asked if they could do anything about the constant pain they claimed they do not prescribe pain medication there (100% false, as that is exactly what they did during the visit in my previous review) they then said there was nothing more they could do (essentially told us to stop calling them). When we finally got to our primary doctor, he did not know why they would not be able to send a referral and got her over to neuro right away no imaging required.Fast forward..It has been almost 4 months since the visit for a stomache bug and my wife has been through 3 primary care appointments, 3 neurologist appointments, a nerve conduction study, an MRI, a CT scan, 6 sessions of physical therepy, has been put on 4 regular medications to control the pain, can not work, can not walk without a crutch, and has had her quality of life SIGNIFICANTLY reduced.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AS YOU CAN.

Hours online and on the door said they closed at 8 pm. Come in at 7:40 and they said they wont see my 3 week old who clearly has thrush because they take their last patient at 7:30. So put on your door that you close at 7:30 not 8. I drove 20 min out of my way because online said you were open. Poor poor service.

When I cut my hand instead of stitches, which I didnt want, they superglued it up and it was good to go.
