Called here after having a dry socket and being in the worst pain of my life, after dealing with another dentist who didn’t do anything-they we’re able to get me in and get me out of pain. Sharon at the front desk was amazing. Tyler the assistant was amazing and so was the doctor Dr. Benson. Highly recommend this office.

Called for an urgent visit for my son. We are from out of town, and they got him in same day. The dentist was great. He did not want us going anywhere without making sure everything was taken care of. Even scheduled a follow-up in 2 days to check on my son. Online reviews were accurate. Great group.

I am totally impressed with how friendly and unassuming the staff are at this office. My first appointment with Dr. Brott was for an exam and he is definitely an “honest broker” and very thorough —never felt any pressure to have any dental work done unless it was absolutely necessary. Candace was my chairside assistant and made me very comfortable as we had a pleasant conversation while taking the X-rays and photos of my teeth.I came in the following morning for a cleaning with Monica — it was probably the best and most thorough scaling I’ve ever had . . . and I’ve had my fair share! Totally impressed with her training and expertise!Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant when I made the appointments and you just have the sense that they all enjoy working in this office!P.S. Did I mention that I’m a dentist too? 😄

I had a nice visit. I had to get a tooth extraction and as abnormal as it seems, it was very calming to know I had nothing to worry about. The dentist and assistant was very friendly and talked with me the entire time to keep my mind off the pressure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was in pain and sore after but during the extraction, weirdly I could have fallen asleep. Highly recommend!!

My son and I have been with Manhattan Dental for going on 20 years. They replaced my 4 amalgam fillings with white 18 years ago and they’re all still in great shape. My crown was done there at least 10 yrs ago and I’ve never had any problems with it. They’re good with young kids and teens - my 18 year old son has only gone there. He is cavity free and timely referral and communication with his orthodontist made for very good results. Dr. Brott and his staff are professional yet relaxed and pleasant. I highly recommend Manhattan Dental with 5 stars!

Dr Brott & the whole team are simply just great at what they do, but also great people. Your comfort, results and experience as a whole is clearly their priority from the moment you fill out your intake. I absolutely love going to the dentist for any issue and I used to avoid them at all costs.

Manhattan Dental is, as always, quite professional and thorough. The did a thorough virus symptom question check as checking temperature. These are high quality professional and pleasant people to deal with. The work went extremely well. I would recommend them without reservation.

I have always had an intense dislike for dentists after having to have multiple issues orally. Dr. Brott and his staff are the most caring dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Ive had so much work done here for multiple teeth that my entire mouth is pretty much all Dr Joels stellar construction. Partials (upper & lower) Ive had made there have fit perfectly, and the service youll get from the staff is always awesome.

They take care of our entire family... super caring and attentive staff. We would recommend them highly.

I dont know anyone who particularly loves going to the dentist, but its nice to be in a place where they cake good care of you, being attentive to your level of pain tolerance and sensitivities. THANK YOU!

Great place, great people. We started taking our five-year-old son there after having not very good experiences with a pediatric dentist in town, and he loves it there as well. Our whole family goes there and I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Modern dentistry is amazing. The pain was minimal and that only from the initial anesthetic. The drilling, noise to worry but not a hint of pain. How did people endure dental work in the days of Ben Franklin? I presume whisky was the first step, maybe even for the dentist.

Nice facility, clean and well lit. The Dentists, and the staff that I have spoken with are all friendly.

I thought that they had great COVID protocols. The staff was very nice and did a great job of explaining what they were doing. The Dentist was very nice, knowledgeable, and personable. I really enjoyed my experience at Manhattan Dental.

After my family and I have been patients for over four years, I was running late due to construction at the stadium for my filling appointment. I was parking in their parking lot when they called me and told me they would not be able to see me and I would need to reschedule. I was six minutes late. I am mother of three, including a newborn, and have NEVER been later in over four years to an appointment (I drive from out of town even!). I am wondering what the policy is for cancelling on a patient (as they are in the parking lot)... minute 2? Minute 3? Obviously by minute 7 it is! Every single other time I have been to an appointment for myself or my children, I have sat in the waiting room for a short time, waiting on THEM to begin my scheduled appointment. Fortunately for me, this experience provides me with the opportunity to find a dental office that values their long-term patients!

The staff here are so kind and put you at ease. Both myself and my husband go here, as well as my 3.5 year old son. My toddler had his first dentist appointment recently and loved it! The dental hygienist and dentist made him feel comfortable and explained things in a way he could understand. It didnt hurt to have a treasure chest of toys for him to pick from at the end!

Went in last year to get a crown reattached and was charged a whopping $258 for 5 min of work and a little glue. 15 months later the crown falls off and they refuse to honor their work. Thanks for nothing Manhattan Dental

Never been to the dentist before, but they took my stress about having to have a root canal serious. I barely remember a thing about the actual procedure, and as Im writing this my tooth doesnt even hurt, barely any swelling in the gums, the procedure was yesterday. Great place. I do believe I will have all my dental work done here.

Placed my crown in a non ideal way twice and I might need a root canal thats possibly from this. Cant chew on my back teeth where I had crowns done. Ive been in hell because of this. Nice people though.

Manhattan Dental office has a very friendly staff, a clean place, and they work quickly, and you get all of the help you need! I am so pleased with the service I got from Dr. Chain, and Mrs. Clarke. The ladies up front are so nice too!

This review has nothing to do with the actual services because I haven’t been able to receive any (so I guess ignore the required star rating), but just an FYI to the company - it should be the company’s responsibility to update any insurance carrier on whether or not they are accepting new patients through that specific insurance. Called today to schedule an initial appointment, as both Dr. Brott and Dr. Benson are listed as “now accepting new patients” through the United Concordia Tricare dental plan website.... took the time to give the receptionist (who was very friendly, btw) all my information, then only to find out they are not accepting any patients through this specific insurance. It’s frustrating enough to have to move every 2-3 years, let alone start the process of finding a new dentist every single time.

Its odd to rave about getting fillings, but Dr. Chain & his team have done OUTSTANDING work for me with fillings on two separate occasions!He does a masterful job applying pain killers. I didnt even feel the needle yesterday!!As he was finishing up, he was diligent about making sure it was a quality job; literally polishing off any rough edges!Afterwards, he took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure.Such great service I just have to rave about their work!!

I have two teeth fillings in late March, i am afraid some part of fillings has dropped off. Because i can see my own teeth, instead of filling materials, and i feel painful when i have something hot, cold, especially hard food. I am going to check tomorrow. I do not know why this happened. However, i found it on the second day after filling. On that time, Dr. Chain says that it good, no problem at all. Now, it is August, recently, i feel painful for the whole tooth. i am afraid it is worse.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but my first experience with Manhattan Dental today was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Wendy, Tylar, Nora and Dr.Brott!! Highly recommend!

Comfortable service for an uncomfortable circumstanceIf you are like me, the dentist chair is the last place you want to be. Dr. Brott and his team, however, have made it a fun experience for the first time in my life and Ive been to plenty of dentists in the past that have made me cringe to even make an appointment. They care about your teeth and your perception of the service you are given, which is new to me. While I was getting service done, they made me laugh and kept me engaged in the conversation they were having, which did make a huge difference. Also, as I was walking out the door they noticed I was seeping fluid from my lips, which I would not have noticed and they cared enough to put a new gauze in and clean up my chin before letting me walk out the door. . I know thats a little more information than you wanted to know, but it just shows you that they care for the experience you receive from start to finish and you dont feel rushed out the door, even if they have the doors locked and the answering machine taking calls. Just an overall great team and I cant believe Im going to say this, but I look forward to getting back in the chair. Ive been with Dr. Brott for about a year before I made this review, so this is not just lip service.

Went for a second opinion, they saved my thousands of dollars and got the work done faster. Would give a million stars if I could.
