I was referred to this practice for a fairly complex problem, and have been going there since. Im a relatively new patient, but its very obvious the entire staff is competent, efficient, caring, and friendly. Its an excellent quality dental practice, with very reasonable prices and attention to explanations of dental work needed.

The office is pleasant and well-run. The staff is professional and friendly.Dr. Remsing and Alexis, the hygenist are very knowledgeable, open to questions, and spend whatever time is needed to give excellent care. And their pricing is reasonable, especially their loyalty program.

I love my dentist, and I always have a very great experience with them everytime I go there. Howeverthis last time, they didnt even help or try to find an answer to that problem. If you dont like it, make a new appointment. It does not like I have been waiting for this appointment for months now. The lady who was taking care of us was not very helpful. I got the feeling from her if you dont like it, then go I dont care attitude she didnt care at all.

I explained in detail when I made the appointment what I was wanting to do. Only to get there and be told they dont do traditional dentures anymore. Waste of time and money.

My spouse has lots of dental issues happening right now—Dr Wymer and his great staff are just one piece of the care he is receiving. We are driving 65 miles from home for all his dental work, instead of doing care in our city, because of their great reputation!It was our first visit, but we were treated like family! My daughter sees the same dental hygienist every time and she is sooo excited to see her and does a great job with my girl! I know everyone is taking precautionary measures during this COVID situation. HOWEVER after driving for 25 minutes in the blazing sun, with it beaming on my forehead the entire drive over I cant imagine why my forehead would read 99. ANYTHING! I was not informed that 99 had ever been a high or ANY type of fever. Has already waited about a week to ten days to be seen for a crack tooth. This experience was a real turn off. Considering that my temp is taking every where on FT. Riley i couldnt imagine that theyd let.me walk around with a fever, let alone work with one. Im pretty sure that they were just weeding out patients and I unfortunately was one.

Ive previously had a some pain with fillings (at a different dentist office) and they did a through job making sure my mouth was numb before beginning! Everyone I encountered was really friendly and did an excellent job making me feel welcome!

Oh, man, I cannot believe how lucky we (=Manhattan) are to have such an amazing dentist in town! Dr. Ellen and her entire team are truly the best! Attentive, patient, understanding, accommodating, and good humored, they truly care about providing top-notch quality services. I did try a few dentists in town and Dr. Ellen and her team are by far the best for the following reasons: (a) they fixed previous damage that another dentist had done to my teeth, (b) they made my teeth look beautiful, (c) my kids (7 and 10) absolutely love the entire team at Advanced Dental Art (in fact, they want to go to the dentist every week, now! ha! :)), (d) Dr. Ellen did not recommend pulling my wisdom teeth out as I dont have any real problem with them, which is exactly the opposite of what previous dentists had automatically suggested without considering the lack of dental issues (really, if its not broken, why fix it?), (e) their dental assistants are so fast and gentle when cleaning my and my kids teeth, and (f), did I mention the high-quality care that they provide? Bonus: good humor and transparent bills. Love that place!

The good folks at Advanced Dental Arts do a great job. There are 6 of us in my family and they treat us all great. They are always polite, professional and timely. We have a family member with very sensitive teeth and they go out of thier way to make her comfortable and are always looking at new ways of improving her experience. We love them and recommend them to anyone.

They are amazing at communicating what they plan/need to do and what its gonna cost and how they are going to bill insurance. I really like talking to them as it feels like they always understand me.

Called to make a new patient appointment and the receptionist Carolyn (spelling?) couldn’t of been more helpful. Original apt was 3 weeks out but when someone cancelled last minute she called me back saying they could squeeze me in that day! The place is very clean and comfortable. The dental hygienist AND dentist were so kind and patient. Never thought I could love a dentist office but this place is awesome!

Always great customer service and thorough cleanings. My amazing hygienist (Emily) was actually picking off brace glue during my first visit. I hadnt had braces since I was a teenager and she caught it 10+ years later despite being to a different dentist regularly. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen :)

Very friendly staff. They offered ideas on products that could help with problem areas with no pressure to do anything on the spot. Wait times were minimal and they had several things to make the wait more enjoyable; TV, wifi, massage chair, etc. Ive been in for cleanings, fillings, and crowns and its always the same; excellent!

I had two root canals done in 2012 over the years I’ve developed problems and discomfort with my image and sensitivity. The personal working at advanced dental arts are extremely understanding they worked with me to find the best possible solution to not only fix discomfort dental issues but be proud of my smile. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I went in this morning for a semi-annual cleaning and exam. The dental technician, Ashley, did a great job. She explained each step in the cleaning while it was underway. She was careful to ask how I was doing during the cleaning. Dr. Ellen was, as usual, excellent when describing treatment options for the future. She gave a level-headed evaluation of how soon such future treatment should be scheduled. As always, my experience at this office was first-rate.

Just had my first appointment yesterday and am very happy with my experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the dental assistant I had. Met with the dentist quickly and he was able to go over everything with me and get me set up with what I need to do next! I have a cleaning already scheduled and will also be having an extraction done soon as well! Im already anticipating good experiences with that! Would recommend my friend go here if they are looking for a dentist.

Went to my first appointment after avoiding dentists for years. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and nice. The whole facility was clean and spacious. I havent had any procedures done yet but they did my sons first xrays and tooth cleaning and he already looks forward to going to the dentist again, I was happy that they allowed us to stay together the whole time and it just made everything go really smoothly. They were very patient and accommodating. Rachel the Hygienist was amazing and so was Dr. Ellen they both were very informative and was able to address all my questions and concerns. The receptionist even contacted me several days earlier when there was a cancellation and asked if Id like to take it. Overall Advanced Dental Arts exceeded my expectations, I look forward to my future visits. I 1000% reccomend
