I appreciate how everyone abides by the Covid 19 health guidelines during this pandemic. Regarding Dr.Craft, he is very knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough, and at the same time personable and funny. Since my dental work is more extensive, he always takes the time to explain each step of my treatment and involves me in the decision making. When I say I truly had a fear of the dentist, Im not exaggerating. On a scale of 1 to 10, my anxiety was at a level 100.I had went somewhere else in town first, and still had a not so great experience and feeling.Dr. Craft met with me. He and his staff listen to everything and didnt make me feel embarrassed for not keeping up with my dental hygiene as best as I should have.They have been so kind, patient, caring. Doctor Craft, Tish, Ariel, Grace, and Jessica are wonderful. I first came to Dr. Craft after having a horrible experience at a different dentist. I was anxious and very nervous in the chair. Dr. Craft took his time to understand what made me anxious and helped me to be more comfortable. He explains everything, tells you how things are going as he is working, and gives you breaks if you need them. He even shows you before and after x-rays of your teeth once he is done. I love Dr. Crafts office. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Craft does excellent quality work. He saved me from having to have a root canal. I told him once that I was going on a visit to Kansas City and he took some time to research some things to see and do after I asked for recommendations. Our insurance recently changed and even though we have to pay more due to this I didnt want to change dentists. Thats how much I like and appreciate this dentist practice!

I made an appointment three weeks ago. The receptionist called me the morning of and I missed it due to being at the doctors. So they gave my appointment to someone who called that day. They told me this person works for the school district so they needed that slot. I work for the school district and I planned ahead. So please beware. Also I asked to talk to a manager to let them know they refused this. Saying it was my fault for not picking up my phone.

I have worked with quite a few dentists and Dr. Craft is by far the most conservative with his work, great bed side manner, and cares about educating his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Craft for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are quick to answer calls and to get you in if youre in pain. One time I was even able to have my emergency consult at 9 a.m. and get the needed work done at 10:30 a.m. that day. The staff is super professional and friendly. Anytime Ive had a question about insurance theyve been accurate and helpful.
