They always have a good variety of things! I always got skincare products and cosmetic stuff in here. They have a great variety of stuff especially cosmetics. One of my favorites was facial packs. These stores always tidy up almost every shelf. Easy to find what I was looking for. Employees were always helpful and super friendly! I want back to shop here. I recommend this shopping center.

First time in this store. Its huge and lots to look at. Prices are fair. I definitely seen a couple things I need/ want for future events. Id definitely shop here again. I recommend this establishment.

The staff is fun and knowledgeable. My wife worked at a hub in Indianapolis and loves the bare minerals make up. They are fairly priced and have a big selection. The staff knew the answers to every question we asked

This place is really nice but way too expensive! $32.00 for an eyebrow pencil,really? Its for some people but not for me, I gave it 5 stars because of the staff and how nice it is 🌝

The staff is really nice and helpful, but the stock is pretty “meh.” Whenever I want to try a trending new product, Ulta never has it until it’s old news/until I’ve already bought it to try from somewhere else. Additionally, when they finally do get trending items in, once they’re gone, they never get restocked, so even if I wanted to re-purchase them, but from Ulta this time, I never can anyway. Like I said, nice staff, though.

Visited Ulta Beauty on the 10th of April for a hair cut and color. Service was great although the color seems to have mostly washed out already, kind of disappointing considering the cost of it. Will update when I hear back from them on the issue.

There is a surprising amount of quality mens products here! Picked up some House 99 beard oil. Every now and then you need to switch up the beard oil you use and House 99 is a great option. Smells great and is not as heavy as most others. It is best for everyday use in a short to medium beard but on a fuller beard like mine it is perfect for an active weekend as it is not as heavy. On a windy day outside fishing or doing yard work or a day at the range, heavier oils will cause your beard to look a little bit crazy by the end if the day from catching dirt and getting cooked in the sun. House 99 stays pretty light and is much more subtle in its flyaway control while still keeping your skin from drying out.

Really didnt have the selection I was anticipating but I did find a product Ive used before and they were having a sale so that was a plus. Ms. Yvonne was a great help to us. She took the time to help us look for a product that another employee said their system said they had four items left in but she couldnt find them; but Yvonne took us straight to them.

This store has cosmetics for all complexions, which is sometimes difficult to find in Kansas.

Victoria is the best sales person at a beauty shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She saw my fiance and I looking around and approached us asking if we needed any help. She was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations and was able to tell us how to get the best bang for our buck! Will be returning here and to her for all skin care needs.

I didnt know they did waxing up front, but the young lady who helped me at the Benefit counter was very helpful. And, the girl working in the Clinique section knew just what I needed. I will definitely be back.

I’m very disappointed! We drove from out of town to go here and found out the website is wrong and they don’t open till 12 on Sundays. So we had to wait over an hour til the store opened. It would be more professional if they corrected the hours on line!

Wow first time. This store is your one stop shop,for anything hair , beauty products and makeup. Its likea super store for beauty products.

Ulta is generally good but this location is just OK. This large brick & mortar location doesnt carry enough shade/color options of many of the more popular brands. That means this community with growing diversity is only having a small portion of our beauty needs addressed. What do I mean? Even brands like MAC--which has a solid range of foundation hues even if it isnt Fenty level amazing--are woefully limited here. If you are darker than a neutral near beige hue or lighter than a somewhat peachy hue, youll have to get into KCMO to test out these brands. The Walmart down the street has a wider range of NYX hues and tones suitable for the more alabaster and/or tan among us. Since Ulta is supposed to be a makeup mecca, this fact is pretty sad.

Ever since this location opened the staff gets smaller and smaller, and even ruder. A few weeks ago I went to go try and get foundation and get matched. The employee gave me two recommendations and then told me they probably dont have anything for someone as light as me and then just walked away from me and didnt help me any further. At that point I had to go somewhere else because I didnt know where to begin! That encounter left such a bad taste in my mouth. So disappointing.

I feel like when they opened there was always somebody to help! Now if you ask it feels like youre a burden..

-Used tissues, makeup remover wipes, and one-use applicators left around the store-Some one-use applicators were out at the stations, so you couldnt test products-Haughty and unhelpful staffHeres the long version: I visited on a Monday afternoon with my mother to help her find a new shade of matte natural eyeshadow. We were the only customers in the store. Three sales associates greeted us at the door where they were standing in a circle chatting; after we said we were going to browse, they promptly went back to gossiping and completely ignored us. Usually thats fine with me; I hate shopper stalkers. However, my mother and I repeatedly had trouble finding applicators (q-tips, sponges, etc) to test out the products because their cubbies were empty at more than one station we went to. We did, however, find used applicators and tissues with old makeup on them balled up into a pile near the mirrors. I thought that was odd; if there are three employees there and zero customers, why hadnt anyone restocked the applicators and done a sweep of the store for cleanliness?We moved to the MAC station near the front door since it was the nearest area that actually had a stock of applicators and one of the employees noticed we were trying eyeshadows. By that point, Id swatched three different matte MACs (using a q-tip) but none of them were quite what my mother was looking for. The employee asked if we needed any help, and we told her we were trying to find a natural-tone matte that could be worn everyday, and she took the tester palettes. I thought this meant she was going to help us find a good product - I was wrong. She said in a haughty voice, Well Im going to put these back because these are the testers we only use for our clients. and she walked off. We waited to see if shed come back, but she went back to gossiping with her coworkers.My mom and I looked at each other - so I guess were NOT clients? We came there with the intention to try and buy products. Guess thats not what a client is. We left without purchasing anything and wont be going back. Makeup shopping is supposed to be fun and clean, this store wont help with that. Get your stuff somewhere else.
