I am so sad and frustrated withmy result. I showed him three photos of what he wanted and this is not the least bit alike. Even a person starting to study would do this. Its really ugly what they did to me. Not at all what I wanted. Here are the photos of what I wanted and what they did to me. its really frustrating. I wanted a balaye or highlights and what is this? She couldnt even handle my hair because its too long I had to tangle it because she couldnt.

I went to this salon (mhk walmart) a couple of days ago and had a great experience. I asked for a “wolf cut” and it came out amazing, I love it! I believe the girl who cut my hair was Gabby and then Mariah also helped a little with the layers. These girls were so nice and very interactive with customers. :) 10/10

Used the online booking feature. Had an appointment set & confirmed not once, not twice, but 3 times and all 3 were cancelled. Set on up the day before I wanted to come in and it was just cancelled again!

Did a great job cutting my hair

Hair was not what she said it was suppose to look like. Suppose to be caramel highlights and its just my bottom half orange. Took 5 hrs for nothing it was suppose to look like.

Gone twice both times worked with Lee she has been fast and professionally funny both times. All the girls in there have been in great spirits and manage to joke around with everyone while staying professional about it. The new manager Amanda is great also ive worked with her before at another location.

I went in yesterday to get a wax. Which the lady who did it did a decent job. However good she did on the service does not make up for her personality. From the moment I came into the shop she was rude and kept making rude comments the whole time. I go to a salon to make myself feel better not to have someone being rude and making awful comments about me. At least you had the balls to say it to my face then wait until I left. Still the rudest person I have dealt with.

Amazing service, Ms.Lee is an awesome stylist who is outgoing and fun to be around. She made us feel at home with her polite and fun loving personality. Her manager Amanda is just as loving and amazing and I would highly recommend going here.

The girl working the other day told me to just walk in on Saturday because they don’t schedule appointments that day. So I went in just right after 9 and was told it wouldn’t be till almost 3. So they must schedule if they are that busy! Thank you lady that was working Tuesday for telling me false information. That’s why I tried to schedule as I live almost an hour away😡

I used to get my hair cut in junction city, now amanda works here at this one and is a manager! Congratulations!I take the extra 40 minute drive for the great haircut!

So gone a couple times now and everytime all the ladies are cheerful and professional while still being fun and joking as well as my wait has been short. First time went to Amanda haircut was exactly what i wanted and she was really nice and fast about it... 2nd time to Lee she was nice and joking the whole time so much so that i didnt care it took a bit longer! Would highly recommend plan on coming back

Good staff gave me a great haircut and eyebrow wax. The staff also helped me pick out some good hair care products and gave me tips on hair car to make it look fuller an grow better. Even though its in walmart good place to get your hair cut.

They are very courteous and well informed, keep track of products you buy for home and products they use on your hair, ex. tints and highlights.

They do not how work with the colors... my friend pay $180 for orange and yellow color and she wanted ash... and they dont care... so bad!!!

You guys cant cut my hair when you dont close for another 25 minutes? Ive been coming here for over a year. There have been times where I came in 5 minutes before and still got a hair cut. Thanks guys.

Great service with a competent and friendly staff. Especially the hairdresser Kendra, you can tell she really loves what she does and she does an amazing job of making you look great.

Go in there all the time past couple times they have novice hair cutters who want to upcharge you thinking you dont know any better and they hacked my hair because they didnt know how to do curly hair.

Went this morning I was told there was a 4 hour wait. After looking online and only a 30 minute wait I went back. They still could not get me in. I drove 14 miles there and 14 miles back home each time. They pick and choose who they want to give a hair cut. I will not go back and waste money on gas to and from only to get discriminated against.

In my experience coming here..they have messed up my eyebrows completely! They took off half my eyebrow!! Then I went in today and got my hair dyed and they completely messed up!! It wasnt even close to what I wanted!!! Im never coming back!!! You shouldnt either!!

I got my hair washed with the intention of getting it styled and then the stylist told me she didn’t know how to put in simple curls and a bump and didn’t have the tools. I did want a chem shot so i got that and was totally fine paying for that but I don’t feel I should have been charged for the wash as I only got that because I had the intention of getting my hair done. I left the salon in tears and called the JcPenny Salon. I’m now here and not only did the girl there at Walmart screw me over, my hair isn’t fully dry either so the stylist here is having to finish up someone else’s work. Other thing... you don’t wash someone’s hair if they’re curling it because then you have to put a billion pounds of product in it as it won’t hold a curl. Not to mention now I’m having to pay double to get what I wanted. Also don’t ever tell someone you are incompetent right in front of them. If that’s the case get out of my head please. And if she was doing it to be smart that was super rude. The girl shouldn’t have told me she could get me in if she truly couldn’t. Please understand I’m not trying to be mean I’m just frustrated.

I gave her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, it had some length to it but what I got was a mans hair cut, my husbands hair is longer and his is short. Never AGAIN.

I went to get my hairdye I wanted it silver but the lady that painted my hair did it Orange noy silver.
