Had an appointment with Dr Banthia who was great and the allergist she was great.Office staff not friendly at all and third party billing service is the worst! I have been dealing with them for the past year to try to get them to realize sending me an incorrect statement which I double checked with my insurance just to be sure what I owe. So pay attention to your statements because most likely overcharging you and they do not know how to coordinate benefits if you have dual coverage. They never answer phone and do not look at EOBs or anything you send in with statement, they only cash the checks and keep sending statements. Horrible horrible billing service and the one time I did speak with someone she was rude and did not take care of issue!!

I worked with Dr Herzon and Dr Newman at Northwestern in Chicago.They are both superb physicians... I’m practicing in San Luis Obispo, CA and will be referring patients to their practice.

I had been to two other doctors regarding my ear pain and all they gave me were 4 rounds of antibiotics and sent me for a CAT SCAN and one suggested I have a small hold put in my ear drum.When I went to Dr. Hopp, it was a totally different experience. He took swabs, put tubes up my nose, asked me to hold my nose to see if my ears would pop, etc. None of the other doctors were as thorough. It turns out I have TMJ issues, coupled with some probable allergies and some old Eustacian Tube problems. What a difference!!! He was unbelievably thorough and listened carefully. I am indebted to him and would recommend him to anyone who wants quality care.

Excellent care and follow up after surgery. Already recommended to a friend, who was also very pleased.

A doctor who’s proud to write that she worked for the best doctors in Chicago should care for patients and be able to see urgent care when a patient expresses that she fell because she has no balance caused by ear infection.

My first review was excellent... but after I had a bad reaction to prescribed medication...and called the office 3 times and a lady said I could leave messages and transferred me to a number for voicemail...and told me theyd be back from lunch soon and I could call back then...I called back and left another message... never received a return call that day or the next day which was a Friday... nor since days later...so this part I give one star... would give less if I could.

I have been going there for at least 20 years. Love my doctor and the staff is great!

Dr. Hopp is a very good listener. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

What is the staff doing ?!I tried to make an appointment on line by completing the form on their website, they never came back to me.I tried to make an appointment by sending emails, they never came back to me.I tried to make an appointment by contacting them, they never picked-up the phone, so I have left several voice mail messages.... still nothing after 20 days.This is a very strange way to lead a business.

I was very well treated by this office. I was referred by a friend. When I called to make an appointment describing my symptoms of a blocked ear and hoarseness and an ongoing month long cold, the receptionist got me in to see one of the MD associates within two days. I was seen by an excellent doctor who allayed my fears and concerns that my symptoms could be managed with some medications, but the process would probably take 4 to 6 weeks of treatment. He said he himself had something similar in his past. His examination and explanations reassured me and gave me hope of a good, healthy outcome. I will have a follow up in a month to check my progress. I recommend this medical group highly.

I see dr. hopp and hes terrific. but i had a bad experience with a tech that he trusted to do a procedure on me. it bothered me greatly and i wondered why they would hire such an unqualified person?

Dr. Hopp is the best! Quick and friendly diagnosis. Everyone in the office was extremely kind, personable and professional! They have my highest recommendation!

I had a great experience with the team of doctors who checked me out at cedars Sinai hospital for a three day visit.. I am so happy i went to this facility. I had major sinus issues. Dr. Hopp was very knowledgeable and could diagnose my problem quickly! He suggested minor medication and small lifestyle changes. It worked like nothing else before! So glad Dr. Hopp could free me from continuous sinus issues.

Avoid at all costs. Didn’t get a call back from Dr. Hop as a follow-up, and when we made an attempt to get the cat scan sent over to another doctor we left several voice messages without receiving a call back. Supposedly they said it was sent to the other doctor, but no record of that was created. Ultimately, we had to go down to the office to pick up the scan only to have a frustrating conversation with the office assistants. This is a churn and burn business and a major scam.
