Worst office ever! Actually so infuriating how poorly ran it is. I came in to check out my nose, which they made me come in twice when it could have been done in 1 visit. Then after confirming that surgery is needed and submitting proper documents to be approved, I get approved and set my appointment for surgery. I confirm it over the phone a week before. I come in today, waiting and waiting. They then tell me that I never had a surgery date set. They Had me wait 3 months for a surgery date that was never set! I now have to wait another month and visit twice more before I can have my surgery. So unprofessional.

This doctor is remarkable, not only professional, kind courteous, he is gentle, and honest. He repaired a 7 year old rhinoseptoplasty I had done that did not successfully restore my breathing. He said left side was 80% obstructed so I went in and had the surgery and it was well worth it, my breathing is so clear now and sense of smell even more sensitive. Worst receptionist I really did like the doctor I felt like he did help me in what I needed I was sent to come back but missed my appointment so I called to reschedule the receptionist kept telling me if I been there clearly I have kept asking me so many times like if I was dumb if I’m sure I been there had attitude and all her boss needs to actually train her again because that’s why they have one star hope this company learns how to treat people because looks like they will go out of buisness treating people like this she was rude not helpful at all worst place ever please don’t go !!!!! Than she had the nerve to call me back after I told her what she needed to do try harder !!!!

Receptionist is very unprofessional and rude . This office needs to be over looked and managed by someone who is more courteous to seniority and have better manners as well as respect . Not recommended due to my judgement ........... 😕

This guy doesn’t solve any of your issues and just milks your Medicare. He applied a ear canal tube for my brothers ear which we found out was not nesassary and kept up without solving the issue for 2 years. When we went to another primary physician my brothers ear issue was resolved within a month. This guys a fraud and a discrase to the art of medicine.

If I could give a negative I would. Dr sat inside ALONE and made all the patients and their parents sit outside until the receptionist was SURE the dr. Would get paid. Dr rude, ignorant, and completely inept.

Do not go here. If you are referred, demand to go somewhere else.

The calling service is a bullshit, have a month trying to get an appointment
