Great service (:I’m nervous about going into the dentist but they took care of me and made me feel very comfortable and will definitely keep coming back.

I used to work here 10 years ago and honestly Dr. Amiri is probably one of the best guys around. Very calm, and attentive to detail. Well organized, and well spoken. Always positive, and does his best. He focuses on making it the most comfortable experience which is important.

I’ve been coming to Gentle Care Dental for a year now and every time I come my experiences are always great! Dr.Nguyen is really nice and cares about his patients!! The staff is also really friendly and very organized. He did an amazing work on my teeth, I really love how they look! I am very pleased with their services! I will give them more stars if I could.

First came here last December , got a full deep cleaning , paid out of pocket couple hundred cuz my insurance sucks.I return last month (8 months later) for what I think is a regular / general cleaning (insurance covers 2 a year / every 12 months).I arrive right at 9 & Before checking in I ask the lady employee if I can use the restroom & she replies are you a patient?Maybe its just me but I think that was an inappropriate way to greet a patient , it was obvious I hadnt been homeless on the streets. She couldve responded a dozen other ways but chose a judgemental non hospitable tone.So the Dentist examining me says everythings great! Cool ! Onto my cleaning right ?Well the same lady employee comes in, I guess shes the office financing worker, & explains the dr suggested I get a mild deep Cleaning which will b approx $100 out of pocket . Needless to say Im perplexed as to why the dr said my teeth were fine yet I cant get a regular ole cleaning im given twice a year ? In 4 months itll be a year & I hadnt received my 2 allowed free regular cleanings.Sounds like they are over charging .I stormed out , called my insurance & opened a grievance.For what its worth this place always has now hiring signs which is fishy imo. Why cant they hold on to employees ?I really wanted to support my community as I live 2 blocks from here but Im going to the SGV where I grew up & have had uplifting positive experiences w/ dentistry.

Best Dentist I have visited in my life. From the receptionist Maricela to the manager Letty! Their customer service was exceptional, they take extra steps in helping me maintain my teeth, they played some videos to help me understand what dental issues I have..im so glad Im aware before it gets too bad. Im excited to try the new toothbrush that they recommended! Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Jose were very gentle unlike my previous Dentist. Im very happy I came here, it was a long day and long appointment, but its very worth the wait. I will definitely be coming back here for my future appointments.They also do braces, so once Im able to finish my dental work, im going to come here. They take extra care of their patients. Thank you guys!

Very friendly and professional staff! Very clean environment and they do an exceptional job with kids too. Took my 4 year old daughter for white composite fillings and for a regular 6 month dental check up. Prior to getting the treatment done, they reviewed pricing options with me. The fillings were expensive, but they did a really good job. Thanks Gentle Care!

My daughter and son had their first cavities, they were so scared and nervous.. Dr Amiri and Jose were so gentle and made their appointment fun and not scary.

This place is terrible at keeping appointments. I made an appointment for 2:30 on Friday 1/15/2, and I spoke to Letty before I went in to make sure that I have ample time to come back and work since I work from home, and she stated that the visit should take 90 min which obviously was not the case. As I sat there waiting for 45 min I saw my dentist walkout across the street to get a pizza! They have no respect for patients time and just have you wait there with no updates. Stay away unless you have hours to burn! If I could give 0 stars I would. Brenda did call me back after she saw me walk out to reschedule my appointment which was useless, to say the least.

In February Went for check up they did a filling and told me I needed multiple fillings but I decided to go to 2nd opinions somewhere else and they said none were needed! I don’t know what they did but still have discomfort from where they did the filling.

First off if I could give this dentist 0 stars I would. Personal staff is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this dentist unless you want to waste your time. Your appointment never begins at the time you are scheduled, you go in 2 hours after which is extremely annoying. Doesn’t have a flexible schedule since orthodontist is never there.

Worst service orthodontist is never in town always in Guadalajara or sick. Receptionist is rude and talks back to patients. Every unprofessional since orthodontist is never there during appointment time. Save your self the time and money. They dont do anything if orthodontist isnt there. Literally scam

My kids and I have been going to Gentle care for 1 year; and so far weve experienced a great friendly staff, excellent customer service, a clean environment and affordable prices. Also, my kids was frightened of the dentist but Dr Bertram and staff made them feel comfortable and upheld their name by being gentle and patience with their teeth. I recommend Gentle Care Dental for the entire family.

The 1st set of teeth was made incorrect and they fixed it with the 2nd set. It was perfect.I am very happy with my experience. Thank you staff.

Very relaxing atmosphere. I came here for deep cleaning. They noticed a chipped crown that was rough on my tongue. It was taken care of on the spot. All done 15 minutes after my cleaning was done.

THEY DID WHITE FILLINGS Extremely expensive DID Not explain prices. I had a visit out of nextwork EXPENSIVE!! Did not let me know it was not covered by my insurance. I did not sign a treatment plan. Now I’m stuck with a $5,500 bill. These people are crooks !!!!!!

Before I made my appointment I was told that my Medical covered my Root canal, so I go... they not only take ALONG time to call you in, 50 after your appointment, I was there 2 hours so they can just tell me at the end that my Medical didn’t cover anything .... don’t waist your time at this place & they don’t work with medical like they say they do .

FALSE publicity, the announcement clearly says 59 per month and they were tryng to charge me 130 per month, they just use that big announcement as a hook but they will get sued for that

Receptionist is Rude, unwelcoming, they dont explain why your still waiting for appointment when its past the time of your appointment, they ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Never experienced anything like this before, they cancelled my appointment due to being short staffed in the last minute! They just suck!
